Installed new pressure switch under warranty. Also found one of the pressure switch hoses to be a little loose. Re secured pressure switch hose with zip tie to make tight connection. Ran furnace for about 20 minutes and had no issues with it cutting out on any error codes. Also checked outside exahaust vent for debris, vent is clear. As furnace was running it displayed an e3 error code which is high limit code. Increased fan speed by 5% trim to help with temp rise. Now have a 51 degree temperature rise. Homeowner also would like an estimate from our office to add supplies and returns downstairs off of existing duct work.

Service call that the Gas Furnace for the First Floor of the Home was not working. Upon arrival found furnace in the EO Error Code. Tested system and found Proper Pressure at the Front Door Pressure Switch. Pressure switch did not close on several attempts for the furnace to fire. The pressure switch began closing after several ignition retries. Exercised the Pressure Switch and the contacts were closing. Restarted system and cycled multiple times to ensure the Furnace was firing. Will follow up about replacement of the Pressure Switch.

Homeowner called about water damage on the ceiling. Found mold and growth in the Bathroom Linen Closet. Found area in attic where damage to the drywall was occurring. Found no signs of water present during visit. Inspected Vent Piping and Condensation Drain Line. Inspected Refrigerant Pipes to insure it was insulated. This area is directly below the Exhaust Pipe where it terminates out of the roof. The Roof Flashing May be leaking and the water is running down the exhaust pipe. Also checked Reme Halo Air Cleaners on both systems. Both Air Cleaners are receiving the 24 Volts but are not turning on. Checked Ballast Connections. Checked Transformer wiring on both units. Need to replace both Remes. When we return to install the Remes we will further diagnose the First Floor system.

Returned to site to install new Control Board. Turned Power off to system and removed the old Control Board. Mounted new Control Board and made all wiring connections. Reviewed Dip-Switch settings on system and set all Dip-Switches. Reviewed Wiring on system and put system in operation. Checked Pressure Switch Tubing. Tested system in Heating and Cooling Modes to insure that it was running properly. System Was responding to the thermostat properly and is operating to standards at this time. While inspecting system, found Reme Halo Air Cleaner was not operating. Checked unit and verified that it was receiving proper voltage. Would recommend replacement of the Cell Membrane on unit. Reme recommends replacement of cell membrane every 2 Years for optimal performance. Homeowner has purchased new Cell and is going to replace. After testing system, found the Fan was continuing to run between cycles. The thermostat was not calling for Fan but was receiving 24V signal at the Board on the G
