Chris from DiBiase was professional and courteous. In this time of Covid, he was careful to wear covers on his shoes, gloves and a secure face mask which made me feel comfortable with his entering my home to do the work. He was also careful to put things back exactly where I had them and clean up afterwards also. The work was done efficiently and correctly. I will definitely use Di Biase’s services again and would highly recommend them!

Performed Precision AC Tune Up on system. Replaced 16x20x1 Air Filter. Cleaned Condensation Drain Line on system. Inspected electrical components on indoor and outdoor units. Inspected Indoor and Outdoor Coils. Measured refrigerant charge on system. While performing tune up, found the Air Scrubber was not operating. Recommend replacement of the Cell Membrane for the Air Scrubber. System operating to standards at this time.
Performed Precision AC Tune Up on System. Replaced 16x20x1 Air Filter. Inspected Electrical Components on Indoor and Outdoor Units. Cleared Condensation Drain Pipe. Would recommend installing an EZ Trap to better clean the Drain Line. The EZ Trap would be wired to the system and if the Drain line clogged and tripped the Float Switch inside the EZ Trap it would shut power off to the system. Measured Refrigerant Charge on system. Refrigerant Pressures are fluctuating due to possible moisture and/or non-condensible in the system. System is cooling and refrigerant levels are within safe operating range.

Poured Water through Drain Line to ensure it was flowing properly. Measured Refrigerant Levels of system. Homeowner not home at time of job completion.
