Great service

Chris performed several tests to make sure all potential issues could be addressed. He was able to get the heater up and running so that we could at least have heat until we replace the unit.

Cooling Tune-Up and Minor Issue
Chris - Thorndale, PA
As always Luis was prompt, and professional. He did his annual cooling maintenance and also addressed a minor issue with the furnace. During the COVID-19 pandemic, he wore the proper protective gear and I just let him do his work. As always, a happy customer.
Excellent work at a reasonable price.

Kurt, Paul, Dave, Stephanie, Sarah & Joe are just the best. It's been my experience that they are highly customer-focused & regularly go above & beyond to ensure a quality experience for their clients. Can't say enough good things about DiBiase HVAC!
Concerned over gas leak.
Chris - Thorndale, PA
Luis was our technician. Because he has done much of the maintenance on our units after install, he is very familiar with our system. Luis is friendly, efficient and takes the time to listen to all of your questions and explain everything in detail. I've dealt with a number of different HVAC professionals as we used to have a home warranty company. Luis and the other DiBiase techs are significantly better than any of the other HVAC company's that serviced our older HVAC system.
Fall Maintenance
Chris - Thorndale, PA
Luis was the technician who serviced our Central Air in the spring, and serviced the furnace for the fall as well. Luis was prompt in his appointment window, friendly and answered all of the additional questions I had. Everyone from DiBiase has been very professional. Luis was great with offering little tips on what I can do as general maintenance in order to keep the unit running well into the future.
Excellent customer service

Emergengy Call
Chris - Thorndale, PA
There was concern I smelled gas coming from an area right by my water heater. I called DIBIASE at about 10:30 AM thinking I would have a technician out the following day. The scheduler recognized the urgency of the situation and had a tech out the same day at 5:30 PM. The tech had been to our house before so it was nice to see a friendly face. He was able to diagnose the issue quickly and completed the repair quickly as well. The repair was completed in about an hour. As always, The tech was very friendly, personable and answered all my questions.

Great Service, Personal and Thorough
Chris - Thorndale, PA
This rating is based on the follow-up inspection as the unit was installed at the beginning of April. The unit has been running as expected without issues. I mentioned an area or two where I felt the unit was not quite proficient; however the technician went into the control settings and made and adjustment that has resolved the issue, and the unit has been working fine ever since. The technicians were the ones who installed the unit, and were great to speak with for both installation and follow-up. They were both personable and answered all of the questions I had; in addition, they allowed me to ask specific follow-up questions in order to get a better understanding of how the unit works and certain maintenance items. I have dealt with a handful of HVAC contractors in the area for both home warranty work, and when pricing out replacement units. DIBIASE was by far the most professional, prompt, and attentive to the needs of our situation.

Service call that the Gas Furnace was not running. Upon arrival turned system on to test operation. Found system was lighting and then shutting down within 1-2 Seconds. Checked Amps across Flame Sensor. Measured Gas Pressure on system. Checked all safety switches on system and measured Pressure across the Inducer Motor Pressure Switch. System was intermittently lighting and running. Control Module on Furnace is working intermittently and shutting system down. Due to age of system would recommend replacement of the Gas Furnace and AC rather than repairing. The system is about 24 Years old and the AC system has a known refrigerant leak from before. While the system is operating now, it may continue to have issues. Due to the age, and issues with both the AC and Gas Furnace system replacement is recommended. We would have to call manufacturer to get pricing for a new Control Board. We will follow up with a quote for the replacement of the system.
