Fully assessed no heating situation. Found gas furnace locked out on an ignition trial code. Found burners not lighting the entire way across. Further inspected burners and found some rust and corrosion naturally on the ends of the burners. System is 100,000 BTU natural gas. Recommended either cleaning the burners, or doing a better upgrade to the new stainless Steel burners. Homeowner decided to go with new stainless steel burners. Clean burners for now enough to get it working. Performed precision heat tuneup on American standard gas furnace. Replaced 413 air filter. Checked all electrical connections and components. Check gas pressure. Performed combustion test. Will need to give him a call once burners are in to install. Gas furnace is at time of service.
After assessing situation found broken glue joint at union coming out of furnace drain. Replaced one side of union and used primer and glue to fix leak. Ran furnace for a while no more water leaking. Furnace is working fine again at time of service.
Upon arrival for heat maintenance on heat pump tune up I changed the filter. Checked electrical and wiring and emergency heat kit. Checked blower motor and assembly. Checked delta t. Inspected coils. Checked fan motor and assembly. Checked refrigerant pressures. Forced unit into defrost. Unit is in normal operation at this time.
Perform precision heat pump tuneup on Amana heat pump system. Replace 20 x 25 x 4“ media air filter. Checked all electrical connections and components. Checked operation of emergency heat. Check temperature rise. Tested outdoor capacitor. Check refrigerant pressures and temperature at indoor and outdoor units. Heat pump system is working fine at time of service.
*The Bosch Heat Pump Repair is covered under full Warranty.* Upon arrival found thermostat malfunctioning intermittently old school prestige with eim . Replaced with eim and T10 thermostat. tested operations. System is running to manufacture specifications.
Arrived to leaking water heater and Paul showed me where the leak was coming from. Found pinhole leak in cold side hook up at anode rod. The T pipe should be replaced to ball valve as you can see it has corrosion signaling a low leak. Also I noticed a pool of water on relief valve rusting and rust running down to thermostats and elements as well. Don’t know how much other damage this could have caused. The anode rod is rusted as well. Unhooking from anode rod could destroy that as well. I highly suggest replacing the unit.
Upon arrival for maintenance on oil furnace I shut the oil tank off. I changed the filter, strainer, and nozzle. Cleaned electrodes and tested transformer. Pulled the clean out caps and checked flue and chimney to ensure that it was all clean. I checked electrical connections and blower motor and assembly. I changed the air filter. Turned on unit and bled the air out of oil line. Unit fired up and tested operation of primary control. Checked air temperature rise 66° return and 134° supply = 64°. Target air temp rise is 60°. Max out put temp is 170° with a high limit of 200°
Installed new airhandler on new return box in auxiliary drain pan. Adapted to Supply duct. Installed new returndrop with custom transition to aprilaire 2310 filter rack. Ran new lineset from. Indoor unit it to outdoor unit. Made all high and low voltage connections to unit. Installed new Honeywell t10 thermostat with eim panel. Reinstalled reme halo and Humidifier. Ran new condensate to new condensate pump and ran new Vinyl to point of indoor discharge. Set new unit on new pad with snowlegs and leveled. Installed new disconnect box with internal surge protector and sealed to wall. Piped new unit in. Brazed pressure tested evacuated and charged system. Made all high and low voltage connections to unit. Performed all test out procedures cleaned all work areas and reviewed installation. With home owner.
Performed gas heat tune up on 2002 80k but Gibson furnace. Check electrical components, low and high voltage connections inspect air filter, clean sensor burners perform combustion test check supply return air temp temperature. performed smoke test, heat exchanger failed test. Use camera to inspect heat exchanger could noticed some pinholes on heat exchanger and also other big marks that will soon be cracks. during today’s visit found several safety issues. Flexible gas line is been used inside furnace cabinet, high limit switch is missing metal shield, and heat exchanger didn’t passed safety test. Informed customer about unit condition and read tagged furnace, unit should not be in use. Repairs or replacement is needed for furnace to be back in safe working condition, turned power off to furnace and red tag furnace. called manufacturer and was told they don’t make this heat exchanger anymore. Performed tune up on amana gas furnace performed combustion analysis and checked gas pressures and temperature split across unit, inspected burners and heat exchanger as well as inducer and blower motor. Changed filter and clean drains for unit no issues with unit at this time.
Arrived to the customers home to replace his failed control board on his furnace. I turned the power off to the furnace started removing connections off of fail board remove the fail board placed in the new OEM board connected all connections in power to system back up, tested equipment with the new furnace slid off no problems. Customer has heat on his gas furnace again.
Check up on a heat pump system. Checked the air filter, and found good . Checked the wiring connections and the voltages. Checked the thermostat in all heating modes, started with electric heat. Inspected the amps for the heating elements and checked the blower amps and the operation. Took electric heat temps at the return and supply. Performed a outdoor BTU output for the heat pump. Checked the outdoor unit, wire connections and the voltages. Inspected the components and tested the amps draws for the compressor and the fan motor. The heat pump is in good working order.
Gas furnace tuneup on a 90% Checked the air filter and replaced. Also serviced the humidifier and tested , and set at 35%. Checked the wiring connections and the voltages . Inspected and tested the burners and flame sensor and igniter. Flushed and tested the drain lines and furnace trap . checked the thermostat in heating mode and checked the gas pressures and the furnace safeties. Inspected the flue pipe and fresh air for bellies. checked the motor amps on the inducer operation and blower motor . Took indoor heat temp rise and tested for combustion. everything is in good working order at this time of service.
Fully assessed no heating situation. After talking to homeowner found that he replaced his own thermostat with a Sensi Wi-Fi thermostat. Gas furnace was not heating before replacing stat. Found loose connection on flame sensor at gas furnace. This was causing it to shut off. Also found Sensi thermostat was wired incorrectly. Moved white wire from OB terminal to w terminal. Also went into the programming in the thermostat and changed the settings to conventional gas furnace and a/c. Performed combustion test on gas furnace. Gas furnace is working fine again at time of service.

Indoor coil on main house system is very rusted and corroded and also has a lot of bacterial growth. Provided estimate to install UV air scrubber to kill bacteria. Also system is a 2014 and would recommend replacing this heat pump system. Went into crawlspace and perform maintenance on Lennox heat pump system. Air filter is a 14 x 14 x 1” air filter and needs to be replaced. Do not have the size air filter on the truck. Let homeowner know to replace. Tested back up heat. Check refrigerant pressures and temperature at indoor and outdoor units. Both heat pumps are working at time of service.
Add heat pump and ductwork for home in attic space. Provide estimate for Goodman equipment in attic space with new duct system.
Perform precision heat tuneup On gas furnace. Replaced 16 x 25 x 1“ air filter. Checked all electrical connections and components. Clean flame sensor. Check gas pressure. Performed combustion test. Gas furnace is working fine at time of service.

Upon arrival for heat maintenance on oil furnace I shut tank off. Changed rf-1 filter. Changed nozzle. Cleaned heat exchanger and inspected chimney liner. Checked air filter. Checked blower motor and assembly. Inspected cad cell and tested transformer. Checked air temperature rise. Performed combustion test. System is in normal operation at this time. Inspected coils on heat pump. Checked electrical and wiring connections. Checked delta t. Inspected fan motor and assembly. Checked blower motor and assembly. Tested safeties.
