Kurt arrived right on time and was very professional. He explained exactly what the problem was in terms I could understand. (I had a contract with another company and half the time I had no idea what they were telling me and I think they just did it on purpose!) Kurt also showed me pictures of the problem. He was able to fix the issue right away. This visit could not have gone better and I felt the price was right. Their office staff is just so nice AND they call you right back.
