What happens after you call
Five steps, no surprises. The price is agreed before anyone picks up a tool.
-
You tell us what's going on
Use the request form or call the office. We need the address so we can confirm you're inside our service area, and a short description of the problem — what it's doing, when it started, and which rooms or fixtures are affected.
The more specific the symptom, the better we can stock the truck before we leave.
-
We call you back to confirm
We confirm coverage and agree a time with you on the phone. Nothing is booked until you've spoken to someone — we don't drop an unconfirmed slot on you and hope you're in.
HVAC emergencies are answered around the clock. Plumbing is scheduled during normal service hours.
-
A technician diagnoses it
The dispatch fee covers a trained technician at your door and a real diagnosis — testing the system rather than guessing at it. That's $99 standard, $149 after hours for HVAC emergencies, or $84.15 for VIP members.
On replacements and new installations a comfort advisor quotes the job free, with no dispatch fee.
-
You approve the price before any work starts
You get a flat-rate price for the repair, in writing, before a tool comes out of the truck. Not an hourly estimate that grows. If we open something up and find a second problem, we stop and re-quote rather than letting the number drift.
You can say no. The dispatch fee covers the diagnosis either way, and you'll know exactly what's wrong.
-
We do the work and clean up
Repairs carry a two-year labour warranty. We leave the space as we found it.
VIP members pay no overtime rate at any hour, and get priority dispatch ahead of non-members.
That's the whole process. If something here isn't clear, ask when you call — a question about your own house is never a daft one.
Ready when you are
Call us 24/7, or send the details and we'll come back to you with a time.
