1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service apply to your use of this website, operated by DiBiase Heating and Cooling Company. By using the site, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. About the website

This site provides information about DiBiase Heating and Cooling Company's heating, cooling, plumbing and indoor-air-quality services and lets you request service or estimates. Content is provided for general information and isn't a substitute for an on-site professional diagnosis. Educational tools on the site, such as estimators and comparisons, are not quotes.

3. Estimates, scheduling & service

• Submitting a form, chatting or calling requests an appointment or estimate — it does not by itself create a service contract.
• Pricing is flat rate: the price for the work is quoted and approved before the work begins.
• Pricing, promotions, membership plans and availability described on this site may change; the written estimate, agreement or invoice you receive controls.
• Financing, where offered, is provided by third-party lenders subject to their own terms and credit approval. Rates and terms are set by the lender, not by DiBiase Heating and Cooling Company.
• DiBiase Heating and Cooling Company is registered with the Pennsylvania Attorney General as a home improvement contractor, registration number PA026480.

4. Your privacy and your choices

How we collect and use information is described in our Privacy Policy. You can opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, and exercise your other privacy rights, in Your Privacy Choices — Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information. We honor the Global Privacy Control browser signal.

5. Text messages

If you check the separate, optional text-message box on a form, you agree to receive text messages from DiBiase Heating and Cooling Company about your service request. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Details are in the SMS section of our Privacy Policy.

6. AI chat assistant

The chat window on this site is answered by an automated AI assistant provided by our chat vendor, Broccoli, on our behalf. The assistant can make mistakes, and what it says is not a quote, a diagnosis, a warranty or a binding commitment; prices and appointments are confirmed by our team. 7. Emergencies

Website forms, email and chat are not monitored as emergency lines. For an urgent heating or cooling problem, call us at (610) 873-1244 — our HVAC emergency line is answered 24/7. If you smell gas or suspect carbon monoxide, leave the building first and call your gas utility or 911.

8. Job applications

Job openings shown on our Careers page are listed through our hiring platform, AVA HR. Applying through this website does not create an offer or contract of employment. Please send only the information an application needs; how we handle it is described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Accuracy of information

We work to keep the site accurate, but service descriptions, promotions, plan details and other content may contain errors or become out of date. We may correct errors and update content at any time without notice. Information you send us should be accurate and your own, so we can respond to the right person at the right address.

11. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site: no scraping at abusive rates, no attempting to breach security or bypass spam protection, no submitting false service requests or applications, and no uploading malicious content through forms.

The site uses or links to services run by other companies — for example our lender's application, our job listings, our chat vendor, maps, review sites and social networks. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and DiBiase Heating and Cooling Company is not responsible for their content or availability.

13. Intellectual property

The DiBiase Heating and Cooling Company name, logo, mascot and site content are owned by DiBiase Heating and Cooling Company or its licensors and may not be reused without permission. Manufacturer and certification names and marks (for example NATE, EPA and BPI) belong to their respective owners.

14. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DiBiase Heating and Cooling Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits warranties or guarantees stated in a signed service agreement or manufacturer warranty.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts serving Chester County, Pennsylvania.

We may update these terms from time to time; the "last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

17. Severability

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest of the terms remain in effect.
