Who we are

This policy covers the website of DiBiase Heating and Cooling Company, a heating, cooling, plumbing and indoor air quality contractor with offices at 615 Sands Ct, Coatesville, PA 19320 and 565 Abbott Dr, Broomall, PA 19008. "We", "us" and "our" mean DiBiase Heating and Cooling Company. It applies to information collected through this website and through the calls, emails, texts and chats that start here.

Information we collect

• Contact & service details — name, phone, email, service address, the service you need, your preferred appointment time, and the description of your request when you call, submit a form, or book service.
• Job applications — if you apply for a job, your name, email, phone, the position, your cover note and the résumé file you upload, whether through our own application form or the AVA HR form on our Careers page.
• Communications — the content of emails, texts and chat messages you send us, and basic call details (the number you called from, the time and length of the call) logged by our call-tracking provider.
• Website usage and device data — pages viewed, the ad or link that brought you here, device and browser type, IP address and approximate location, collected through cookies, pixels and similar technologies by the tools listed below.

Tools on this website

These are the third-party tools this website actually runs, and what each one does:

• Google Tag Manager — loads our measurement and advertising tags. It does not collect personal information itself.
• Google Analytics 4 — measures how visitors use the site (pages, sessions, device, approximate location).
• Google Ads — conversion tracking, remarketing and enhanced conversions, so we can tell which ads lead to calls and requests and show our ads to past visitors. Enhanced conversions send Google a hashed (scrambled) copy of contact details you submit.
• Microsoft Advertising (UET) — the same conversion measurement for ads on Bing.
• SearchKings — our advertising agency's call tracking and lead attribution. It may show you a tracking phone number and may record which ad led to a call or a form request, including the contact details you submit.
• ClickCease — detects fraudulent clicks on our ads using your IP address and device data.
• Google reCAPTCHA — protects our forms from spam. Its use is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
• Broccoli chat — the chat window on this site, which is answered by an AI assistant on our behalf. Messages you type are processed by Broccoli to answer you and to pass your request to our team.
• AVA HR — our hiring platform. It shows our job openings and its own application form on the Careers page; what you enter there goes to AVA HR for our hiring team.
• Google Fonts — serves the typefaces this site uses; your browser requests them from Google.

How we use it

• Scheduling, performing, and following up on service work and estimates.
• Sending appointment reminders, invoices, and service records.
• Reviewing job applications.
• Marketing communications you've opted into — you can opt out any time.
• Measuring and improving our website and our advertising.
• Protecting our forms and ads from spam and fraud.

SMS / text messaging

We text you only if you check the separate, optional text-message box on our request form. If you do, we'll use SMS for messages about your service request, such as appointment confirmations and technician arrival updates. Message frequency varies with your service activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time or HELP for help. Consent to texts is not a condition of purchase. Mobile numbers and SMS consent are not shared with third parties for their own marketing.

Sharing

We share information with service providers who help us operate (scheduling, invoicing, payment processing, website hosting and form delivery), with the advertising and analytics tools listed above, with financing partners you choose to apply with, and when required by law. We do not sell personal information for money.

Your Privacy Choices — Your California Privacy Rights: Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

DiBiase Heating and Cooling Company does not sell your personal information for money. Our website loads Google Analytics directly, and loads Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, SearchKings and ClickCease through Google Tag Manager. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), letting advertising tools collect data on our site for cross-context behavioral advertising may count as "sharing" personal information. You have the right to opt out of that sharing.

Categories we collect: identifiers (name, email, phone, service address, IP address, cookie IDs); internet and network activity (pages viewed, ad clicks); approximate geolocation; the content of your requests, chats and messages; and, for job applicants, professional and employment information in the résumé you send. We collect them from you directly and from your device through the tools above, for the purposes described in "How we use it".

Categories shared for advertising: identifiers and internet activity, with Google and Microsoft. Identifiers and internet activity are also received by SearchKings (our advertising agency's call tracking and lead attribution) and ClickCease (click-fraud prevention). We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.

How to opt out:

• Change my cookie choice and choose Decline. In this browser, this switches off storage and ad signals for Google Analytics and Google Ads, sends the same opt-out to Microsoft Advertising, and removes the analytics and ad cookies already set by this site.
• Global Privacy Control. We honor the GPC browser signal. If your browser or extension sends GPC, we treat it as a valid opt-out of sale and sharing for that browser: advertising signals for Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising are switched off automatically, and you do not need to do anything.
• Email service@dibiasehvac.com or call (610) 873-1244 and ask us to record your opt-out.

The cookie choice and GPC do not switch off SearchKings call tracking or ClickCease click-fraud checks on this website. To opt out of any sale or sharing by us beyond what the cookie choice covers, email or call us as above.

Your other rights: California residents also have the right to know what personal information we collect, use and disclose; to request a copy of it; to request correction of inaccurate information; and to request deletion — subject to the exceptions in the law.

Non-discrimination: we will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights. You will receive the same service and the same pricing either way.

Making a request: contact us using the details below and tell us which right you are exercising. We will verify your request against information we already hold — typically the phone number, service address, or email associated with your account — and respond within the timeframe the law requires. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with your written permission.

Cookies and your choices

Your choice is saved in your browser and applied on every later visit; you can change it any time with the "Change my cookie choice" link above. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. For visitors from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, our Google analytics and advertising tags start with storage switched off until they accept.

Retention

We keep records as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal, tax and warranty requirements, then dispose of them securely. Analytics and advertising data held by the tools above is kept under those providers' own retention settings.

Security

We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect the information we hold. This website is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and form submissions travel encrypted. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Payment Security

This website never asks for, collects or stores payment card numbers. Card payments for completed work are handled outside this website. Financing applications are made on the lender's own secure website (Wells Fargo) — we never see or store the details you enter there, and the lender's own privacy policy applies.

Children's privacy

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Links to other websites

Our pages link to other sites — for example our lender, our job listings, review sites and social networks. Their privacy practices are their own; please read their policies.

Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, as set out in the Governing law section of our Terms of Service (state or federal courts serving Chester County, Pennsylvania), except where the privacy law of your own state gives you rights that cannot be waived.
