Job Locations and Reviews

Upon inspection, I discovered that the left back side of the duct board plenum was detached. Additionally, there was water under the filter and on the insulation of the coil compartment. Jaylen from AtWater assisted by clearing the drain line, which was suspected to be the cause of the water accumulation. I secured the plenum using duct board tape and proceeded to test the system. The voltage was measured at 212, and I connected the primary lead to the 208V tap. The system test showed a perfect temperature split of 18°, and the secured duct board remained intact during testing. However, on two occasions, the blower motor unexpectedly dipped in RPM before gradually returning to full speed. This issue occurs randomly and is not tied to any specific cycle. The blower motor appears to be failing and should be replaced soon. I have emailed an estimate for this and charged for the diagnostic today.
