Oil-fired equipment and hydronic boilers carry more maintenance than a gas furnace — nozzles, filters, combustion adjustment and water-side checks — so they are priced accordingly. VIP membership on an oil furnace or boiler is $299 a year, or $24.92 a month, and includes priority dispatch, member pricing on repairs, and no after-hours surcharge at any hour of the year.
