Replaced leaking pressure relief valve. Will need to return to replace clogged spirovent 1 1/4” jr head. Also need to replace temperature gauge for infloor loop and re install basement window. Also need pro press for relief pipe . Also performed precision oil tune up on 1998 Weil McLain oil boiler. Replaced 1.20b nozzle and Rf1 oil filter. Checked all electrical connections and components. Performed combustion test. Vacuumed out boiler heat exchanger and smoke pipe. Oil boiler is definitely getting to replacement age. Oil boiler is working at time of service.

Completed QA and Heat tune up for Bosch inverter installed 7/2/25. Aux heat is boiler with 3 zones. Boiler power switch was OFF. Turned on and tested operations. Expansion tank has failed. Pressure relief valve is not piped correctly. Feed valve bypass has failed. Automatic air vent above air scoop is very old. It did eventually let out some air but also recommend replacing this at the same time as feed valve, expansion tank and pressure relief valve. Provided estimate. Strongly recommend boiler plan membership. Completed Quality assurance for Bosch inverter. Checked all aspectea of install mechanical, ductwork, wiring, controls. Set aux net maximum outdoor temperature to 40° Disabled compressor minimum outdoor temperature so heat pump will always run. Verified settings of power monitor. Heat tune up 3 ton Bosch inverter. Completed heat tune up for natural gas furnace. Replaced 201 Filter for second floor system only (provided by homeowner). All other filters are clean. There was (1) 201 on site I used. There is a case of 401s as well which I left beside appropriate furnace in basement. In future visits there are (3) billable filters here. For each furnace. 10-2-25 Luis performed oil boiler cleaning/tune up clean heat exchanger and flue pipe. Clean and inspect chimney base ok. Replace oil nozzle and strainer oil filter good at this time (replace about month ago) check all electrical components, burner and water components ok test limit set to 180 high 160 low. Clean and adjust electrodes assembly. Cycle boiler water pressure and temps ok. Provided estimate to install smart thermostat with module (currently two wire only). I also provided estimate to add water sensor around boiler.

Install one 8" supply duct through closet space on first floor and connect to attic system. Duct will come out in basement ceiling to provide some additional cooling to basement area. Install new registers for bedrooms (4 total) with aluminum commercial style registers which will reduce noise (rattling) to bedroom areas that is currently happening due to stamped style existing registers. Installed. New return and supply duct in basement. Cut two 6” holes in the right side of the closet. Ran 6”hard pipe through closet into the basement. Installed 2 new vents in the drop ceiling and hooked up the new duct runs. Tied in the 2 new runs into return and supply ductwork up in the attic. Insulated duct work as needed. Replaced 4 bedroom registers with newer ones as well. Cleaned up work area and checked for proper air flow on the new ductwork runs. Customer was wants Joe to reach out to see about moving a hit from bedroom to bathroom. Customer was not home at time of completion. Payment

Performed precision gas boiler tune up on system 2000 gas boiler. Checked all electrical connections and components. Inspected ignition assembly. Tested all zone valves. Expansion tank in good shape. Circulators are functioning correctly. Heat exchanger is clean. Gas boiler is working properly at time of service.

Estimate

Reviewed installation of ductwork in the attic space. Checked airflow setting of equipment and modified dipswitches to reduce airflow to the correct system design settings. Found 1 duct that needed to be tightened up. Measured airflows from the system and adjusted dampers to achieve the desired airflow to each supply register. Checked settings of the zoning panel to ensure the damper was set to open correctly. Airflow to the 2 bedrooms is causing slight rattling from the vents when the system is only calling for the bedroom zone to be on. There is no other balancing that can be done to improve this. The 4 registers in the bedroom zone should be replaced with new 6x12 aluminum registers to reduce noise. Reviewed trying to get a duct down to the basement area from the system in the attic. It would be best to take this off of the common plenum and include a damper; A price will be provided for this and the new registers.

* Disconnect air handler from lineset and wiring and reorient air handler to be facing parallel with attic space on front side of chimney. Reconnect all mechanicals and wiring after air handler is in place. * Run new sheet metal trunk line sized to properly handle the airflow to each space. Sheet metal will be sealed and insulated on the outside with R8 foil faced fiberglass duct wrap. * Run new branch lines using R8 insulated foil faced flex duct sized accordingly to handler the air flow required to each space in accordance with our calculations. Each branch run will have a new adhesive take off with balancing damper so the system can be properly balanced. Connect to existing supply registers. * Install new high efficiency media filter on the main return air box to improve filtration for the space and protect the equipment. * Run new 12" flex duct for return from the supply run that was removed in mud room and connect to the main return air box. * Complete all mechan
