Reviewed area and found sweating on the ductwork. Found the area was very hot due to the boiler constantly running and maintaining a temperature of 160° in the boiler, which is adding heat to the space and adding to the condensation issue. Gretchen will call her oil company to come out and check the system. She will call us back if needed.

Looking to add baseboard in master suite. One room is 10 ft, the other wall is 14 ft, another wall is 10. Bathroom wall would be 7 ft.

Provide pricing options on adding baseboard to master bedroom and bathroom, and also converting air conditioning to heat pump system for master suite. We will be reusing the existing 3/4-inch piping from the boiler to the below location. Baseboards will run around the perimeter and back to the same location. Need a plan to get piping through joist over to mechanical room for bathroom baseboard.

Checked air flows in bedroom area. Velocities are slightly high. Checked settings of our ZEL system, set up for weighting of 65 for zone 1 and 50 for zone 2, and stage 1 upstaging at 60%. When it comes time to replace this system, it would be recommended to put a Bosch system in with a constant torque fan that would reduce airflow, maximize performance, and reduce noise.

Checked basement area and thermostats that were intermittently going off. Murali will

I looked at the overall install of the new indoor air handler and the outdoor a/c. I inspected the ez trap and the drain line. I checked over all the accessories , and checked over the system settings. I checked the system level and the level of the disconnect. Made sure all penetrations were sealed. I checked the electrical connections . I checked for caps, and inspected the refrigerant pressures. Everything is in good working order. The customers thermostat is reading fine , I told him if the numbers get out of complete range then we will come back and replace the thermostat under warranty.

Upon arrival found back rooms receiving alot of air flow when only one zone is called. Also the basement supply was not producing enough air . Found basement flex run being pitched off and over stretched. Removed extended, added a 90 elbow coming through the floor and insulated. Much better air flow now . It is still coming off of one zone. We need to move it to the main truck before the zone dampers so it receives air during any call. Materials: box of silver flex 6" 6" coupling , 6" top take off and side take off, piece of metal panning to patch the current hole , and piece

Upon arrival system was not operating. Found bad indoor air handler sensor again. Disconnected from the system and turned SW5 -3 to the ON position which allows the system to run without the A2L sensor until it can be replaced. Also the wall unit pump needs to be replaced. It’s Making a gurgling sound due to it running past when the float is suppose to shut it off.

when new sensor comes in make sure to turn SW5-3 back to the off position after installation of sensor in air handler

Both parts have been ordered.
