Upon arrival system was not operating. Found bad indoor air handler sensor again. Disconnected from the system and turned SW5 -3 to the ON position which allows the system to run without the A2L sensor until it can be replaced. Also the wall unit pump needs to be replaced. It’s Making a gurgling sound due to it running past when the float is suppose to shut it off. when new sensor comes in make sure to turn SW5-3 back to the off position after installation of sensor in air handler Both parts have been ordered.

7/10/26. Took apart air handler and removed faulty leak sensor. Installed new leak sensor. Put air handler back together and checked temperature splits. Temperature split a ducted air handler was 18 degrees. R454 b pressures were 412/104. System is working properly at time of service.

Spackled ding in halway, ( homeowner is going to paint herself). Rescured trim at attic opening with nail gun and used white caulking for nail heads. Cycle unit couple times no success. We need to call Mitsubishi for further troubleshooting. System is down,

Check airflow settings, ac and heat stages ok. Cycle both heater and ac ok. System is working properly at the time of service. I provided estimate to add stand alone dehumidifier. We will need to use heater circuit 12/2 with 20 amp breaker. (Electrical panel is full) current breaker should be ok with dehumidifier. I check outdoor penetration and fully sealed (I added extra silicone).
