Completed oil boiler tune up. 146,000 output, Cleaned heat exchanger and inspected flues. Was Almost no soot to speak of, very clean. Replaced RF1 oil filter, 1.25 80°B nozzle, strainer was very clean no need to replace Inspected all burner components primary control and settings, cad cell eye, pump pressure, transformer. Electrodes were very worn. Homeowner agreed to replace. Completed work today. Set Hydrostatic LO limit to OFF so that boiler only runs when there is a demand for heat. This will result in oil savings LO Limit to OFF Hi limit to 160…. LO limit becomes 135°when there is a demand for heat. There is an electric water heater, Combustion, smoke and draft tests: Pass There is no air elimination. Left estimate to replace and cap off compression style tank with bladder/diaphragm style tank, install auto air vent, install 1/2” feed valve and replace pressure relief valve. Left separate estimate to replace pressure relief valve. There was a tiny bit of water under relie

Luis 8-26-25 performed ac tune up on 2015 ac unit carrier 4 ton system, check electrical components and connections low and high ok. Flush drain test pump check indoor coil and drain measure airflows supply and return air. Replacement of filter. Check outdoor unit refrigerant levels and pressures. Capacitor and contactor. Contactor makes noise from coil, capacitor reading just under manufacture tolerance. Fan motor and blade major rust. Indoor unit does not have any water protection. As unit get older more potential for drain blockage. Cycle ac unit system is working condition will need some attention, went over with customer regards today’s visit and preventative repairs.

Performed a QA on a heat pump system. Took photos of the equipment and looked at the overall install of the indoor unit and the outdoor heat pump. Looked at the wiring connections and the voltages. Inspected the drain lines and tested the condensation pump. Inspected the air filter. Looked at temp splits for the system . Outside unit checked the disconnect and the outdoor unit level and made sure all connections are sealed and wiring was completed in a neatly fashion. Refrigerant Charge was good and checked compressor and fan amp draws. New equipment is working fine at this time of service

Checked the AC side of the system . Checked the air filter and found good . Checked the wiring connections and the voltages on high volt and low volt. Inspected the indoor coil and flushed and tested the drain line. Checked the blower motor condition and inspected the blower amps . Went to the outdoor unit and inspected the wiring connections and the components . Checked and tested the pressures by using superheat and sub cooling methods. Checked the amps for the compressor and the fan motor and checked the indoor cooling temps at the supply and return. The AC system is working fine at this time of service.

Luis 8-1-25 Luis performed ac tune up on 3 ton Amana heat pump from 2021. Check all electrical components low and high voltage connections ok. Inspect air filter ok. Flush drain line and test pump pump ok. Check airflow across coil 19 degree split. Went outside and checked refrigerant pressures and levels ok check for any error codes no codes showing. Capacitor reading normal numbers 40/5 reading 39/5 cycle heat pump ok. Provided estimate to install surge protection for indoor unit and also adding uv light.

Luis 8-1-25 perform ac tune up on Amana two stage two ton ac unit, check electrical components low and high voltage is replaced standard air filter 16 x 25 x1 flush condensate drain line test ez trap and flush pump. Measure airflow across coil a 19° temperature split went outside and clean condenser coil using customer supply hose inspect capacitor and super boost fan motor wiring, capacitor valleys OK check refrigerant pressures and levels. Cycle ac unit ok. I did not find any issue with unit at this time I went over with customer regards surge protection and bacteria protection. Customer not interested at this time.


Installed new Trane air handler. Installed 15 kw heat kit and single point entry kit. Installed new return drop and box and new supply plenum. Installed 115v condensate pump and vinyl with an EZ trap. Installed blower motor surge protector and ecobee lite thermostat. Tested all operations and cleaned work area. Installed new Trane outdoor 3 ton heat pump. Replaced outdoor pad and Installed on heat pump legs. Installed new disconnect with surge protector. Replaced lineset and drilled new hole for entry. Charged to appropriate charge adjustment and cleaned work area.

Estimate

Reviewed project to determine scope of work needed. New metal, new lineset, new disconnect and wiring, 15 kw heat kit.

Set new unit on existing return box. Adapted to supply ductwork. Flushed lineset and piped into new unit. Reconnected high and low voltage connections to unit. Ran new condensate drain to new condensate pump. Wired all safeties in series to break 24V R call to thermostat. Set new unit on new pad and leveled. Hung new rectorseal disconnect box on wall and sealed. Adapted lineset to new unit. Brazed pressure tested evacuated and charged system. Made all high and low voltage connections to unit. Performed all test out procedures cleaned all work areas and reviewed installation with homeowner.
