Fully assessed no cooling situation. Found 5 amp fuse blown at air handler. Put in new fuse and examined all low voltage wires for any knicks or rubs, also tested contactor it was 14.5 ohms very good. Found air scrubber installed by another company not on a dedicated transformer. Explained to homeowner this could have caused the fuse to blow. Made estimate to install a dedicated transformer. Tested operation of system. System is cooling properly at time of service

Luis 8-22-25 customer called in for no cooling coming of the unit, found system off upon arrival, turn thermostat to cooling and test system operation. I noticed indoor blower motor is struggling to start and it looks like water is in the blower compartment. Check drain remove front cover of coil to flush drain system is draining correctly. Water is dripping from air-conditioning coil into heater exchanger, and blower compartment. Blower motor starting to go bad. I check temp split and 8 degree split. Went outside and check refrigerant levels very low r22. All components are original to unit and all reading below standard, unit is from 2001 would recommend getting an estimate to replace system. Home comfort consultant to come later on today.

Luis 8-22-25 performed 6 month on recently installed Bosch heat pump, check all electrical low and high voltage ok indoor and outdoor ok airflows ok 20 degree split air filter 413 ok at this time. Outdoor unit electrical ok refrigerant levels ok test drain and pump ok. I extended drain termination about 3 feet away from house. System is working under manufacture specifications.

Checked the AC side of the system , the system is 7 yrs old. Checked the air filter and replaced. Checked the wiring connections and the voltages on high volt and low volt. Inspected the indoor coil and flushed and tested the drain line. Checked the blower motor condition and inspected the blower amps . Went to the outdoor unit and inspected the wiring connections and the components . Checked and tested the pressures by using superheat and sub cooling methods. Checked the amps for the compressor and the fan motor and checked the indoor cooling temps at the supply and return. The AC system is working fine at this time of service. Collected for air filter 413 for 67.15 paid by cc.

Completed AC tune up for 3 Ton Amana AC system Replaced Aprilaire 413 filter Indoor and outdoor coils in good condition Inspected wiring, controls, electric motors and components; left estimates for surge protectors. 1 for furnace blower motor, 1 for outdoor equipment circuit. The furnace is out of warranty, repairs will be expensive. Measured temperature split and static pressure Inspected drains; cleard EZ trap, tested pump; added treatment tabs to drain pan. Checked integrity of compressor motor (mega ohm test) Assessed refrigerant charge checked pressures. AC system operating well at this time. *I also ran furnace for 10 min because I saw some leaves inside around funace vent piping. Made sure there is no obstruction in furnace vent piping. She agreed and paid for plan membership and filter replacement today.

Luis 8-21-25 performed ac tune up on 3 ton Lennox unit. Check electrical low and high voltage connections and components. Air filter ok flush drain ok no water safeties in place. Provided estimate to add water protection. Check outdoor unit refrigerant levels and pressures ok capacitor and contactor ok, some rust on capacitors connections, amps draw and voltages ok. Provided estimate for indoor air quality. Customer decided to install air purification and ionization system. Office to follow up with customer. Home comfort consultant to come later on today to provide option on new system.

Measured temperature split and static pressure Inspected drains; cleared EZ trap, tested pump; added treatment tabs to drain pan. Checked integrity of compressor motor (mega ohm test) Assessed refrigerant charge checked pressures. AC system operating well at this time. Homeowner had left for an appointment before I was done, he gave me authorization to sign on his behalf.

Luis 8-21-25 performed ac tune up on 3 ton Trane ac unit. Check electrical low and high voltage connections and components, air filter ok at this time. Flush drain and clear trap (drain terminates in floor) provided estimate to install pump and water safeties. Check airflow supply and return air ok. Went to outside unit refrigerant levels capacitor and contactor. Voltage and amp draw ok. Capacitor reading 42.9/3.8 rated at 45/5. We will check capacitor next time might have to be change next year. Provided estimate for drain protection.

Luis 8-20-25 Performed ac tune up on 1991 air conditioning unit, check electrical low and high voltage connections, check return and supply air temperature, blower motor and capacitor, outdoor unit refrigerant pressures capacitor and contactor. Unit is from 1991 would recommend replacement, customer is aware unit condition and will replace unit when totally fails. Compressor is working super hard. Fan motor is overheating. Indoor blower motor is covered by dust/dirt. Customer knows all these details. Also water is leaking from current humidifier.

Issue was outdoor unit not coming on at all when demand for cooling is made from thermostat. They had someone else replace 45/5 capacitor outside. 3 Ton Heat pump with 15KW electric heat kit. installed 1/18/13 I found system locked out on low pressure. Completely empty of R410A refrigerant. We can do a nitrogen leak search and pin point the leaks but this is not advised. Will be very expensive. No warranties. Left email estimate to pressure test system. Also highly recommended to installnew contactor at outdoor unit and new condensate pump in addition to the refrigerant repair. Michael wanted to take time to decide. Charged $99 diagnostic. He also wants email quotes for new system. Office to follow up to collect payment for $99.

Perform precision AC tuneup on Lennox AC system. Found dirty 16 x 24 x 4“ air filter. Homeowner to order on Amazon and replace. Checked all electrical connections and components. Flushed out condensate drain but provided estimate to install easy trap. Also found 45/10 µF capacitor tested at 43/10 µF capacitor is weak also found contactor buzzing at outdoor unit. Provided estimate to replace items. Check temperature split. Check refrigerant pressures and temperatures at indoor and outdoor units. Would highly recommend considering replacing furnace and AC. AC is working at time of service.

Inspected the indoor coil and flushed and tested the drain line. Checked the blower motor condition and inspected the blower amps . Went to the outdoor unit and inspected the wiring connections and the components . Checked and tested the pressures by using superheat and sub cooling methods. Checked the amps for the compressor and the fan motor and checked the indoor cooling temps at the supply and return. The AC system is working fine at this time of service.

Found capacitor tested weak at 41/5 mfd. Replaced 45/5 capacitor. Also performed precision a/c tune up on American standard a/c system. Replaced 20x24x1 air filter. Checked all electrical connections and components. Checked temperature split. Flushed drain line. Found no surge protection for indoor control board or blower motor, provided estimate to install surge protection. Checked refrigerant pressures and temperatures at indoor and outdoor units. A/c is working properly at time of service.

Checked the AC side of the system , the system is 4 yrs old. Checked the air filter and replaced. Checked the wiring connections and the voltages on high volt and low volt. Inspected the indoor coil and flushed and tested the drain line. Checked the blower motor condition and inspected the blower amps . Went to the outdoor unit and inspected the wiring connections and the components . Checked and tested the pressures by using superheat and sub cooling methods. Checked the amps for the compressor and the fan motor and checked the indoor cooling temps at the supply and return. The AC system is working fine at this time of service. Customer did not have a check on site please follow up with renewal payment for 189.00 Also recommended in surge protection for the indoor and outdoor equipment.

Check indoor and outdoor coils. Check outdoor unit refrigerant levels and pressures. Check capacitor and contactor. Found compressor very noisy. Adjust indoor txv to get to super heat and sub cooling to manufacture standards. Still no change on compressor noise. Would recommend getting check some time in fall to continue troubleshooting with compressor in het mode. (October) system does not have surge protection. Provided estimate to install surge protection.

Checked the amps for the compressor and the fan motor and checked the indoor cooling temps at the supply and return. The AC system is working fine at this time of service.

Customer called in for no cooling. Indoor urns but no outdoor. Found no power to outdoor unit breaker tripped. Getting 24 volts to contactor. Reset breaker and test operation found contactor not closing on side. I also noticed capacitor terminal (herm terminal) lot of play mfd is within range but there is more than normal movement would recommend replacement, Disconnect is very hard to pull. Provided estimate for repairs. I presented couple options for repairs, customer will do some research on system and will call us back. Emailed estimates.

Customer called in for water leaking by the outside unit, upon arrival customer showed me where water was leaking. Vinyl tubing terminated flush to house and water was dripping into wall foundation. Provided estimate to extend discharge with pvc. Customer approved repairs. After repairs test pump operation and check for any leaks or work performed today. No leaks and pump is discharging correctly. Extend vinyl tubing to about 2 feet away from house provided estimate to replace water heater electric type.

This estimate covers the cost of labor to perform the work *Pumped down refrigerant to outdoor coil *Accessed and removed paneling to indoor coil while removing any pvc piping in the way *Cut out and removed indoor coil *Installed new coil and filter drier and brazed with nitrogen to eliminate contaminate build up *Pressurized with nitrogen to confirm strong seal *Pulled vacuum down to 500 microns to remove moisture inside refrigerant lines *Released refrigerant back into system *Reinstalled access paneling and pvc fittings that were originally removed during repair Repair includes 2 year guarantee through DiBiase Heating & Cooling

Kurt is a great technician and a really nice guy. I think DiBiase charged way too much for less than an hours work to replace a board and sensor. I was charged $99 for the first diagnostic visit, then $479 for the labor on the second visit. Surgeons don’t make that kind of money.

Purchased the unit five years ago. Now it turns out an additional post production component is required to keep the system from tripping its own internal breaker. A little less than $500 for the component and the service. As a customer, this is disappointing. Dillon M. was on time and knowledgeable. He provided multiple options for different brands at various price points. Importantly, he was able to educate me on system options including pros and cons. Luke T and installation team were on time, knowledgeable, and courteous. They worked throughout the day and had old equipment picked up and disposed. New A/C Furnace syste looks and works great. All connections lines were replaced and a new concrete pad was installed outside. The house was left clean. Luke walked me through each aspect of the installation and oriented me to the new system. I am very happy I chose DiBiase Heating and Cooling. Competitive price and prompt service. As part of DiBiase installation protocol, Tan came to the house 1 week after installation to complete a full review of all systems and to help me develop strategies for effective cooling throughout the house. He spent considerable time testing and optimizing the unit, discussed operation of the unit and provided education related warranties, proper filters, and mechanical functions. Nathan was on time and demonstrating a lot of experience. I asked to have the drain line rerouted in the basement, and despite challenges in th e ceiling area, he handled it well. Everything was tied down tightly. He walked me through all parts of his work to ensure I was satisfied.
