8/27/26 Dan I arrived to the customers home to service their 9 yr old carrier a/c system . I checked the wiring connections and the voltages . I checked and found the indoor air filter is good , the filter size is 16x25x1. I Inspected the indoor coil and tested the primary drain pan and cleared and tested the water drains and traps if applicable. I Took indoor temp splits at the return and the supply and checked the blower motor condition and operation. I looked at the outdoor unit wiring connections and voltages . I inspected the outdoor components and checked my unit pressures by using super heat sub cool method. Found dual capacitor is failed and needs replaced 60/5 mfd. customer approved the repair. I removed the old capacitor and replaced with new and continued on with AC check up. System in good operating condition at this time. Luis 7-13-26 performed heat pump (ac mode) tune up on 2015 inverter trane system attic location, checked airflow, indoor coils and blower. Attic system has no surge protection, no water sensor (float style only) I provided estimate to add these components on previous visit. I check outdoor heat pump operation check refrigerant levels and pressures, check voltage and amps draw, inspect inverter board, ok System is from 2015. Outdoor heat pump has no surge protection. Customer still thinking on recommendations provided on previous visit.

Luis 12-17-25 return visit to replace burners. I attempted to install new burners, new burners would not go on the grove. I tried bolt cutters to try to open up new burners but no success. I installed new burners and removed to eliminate human error trying to install new burners. Old burners come easy and go back smooth. I will take new Burners and find out how we can make the opening bigger. Heater is running perform combustion test ok.

Luis 4-16-26 customer called for no cooling call, indoor unit fan runs but no operation from outside unit. Indoor unit is on mitigation mode sensor issue, reset sensor and remove from air handler to fresh air, did not reset, check wiring and harness ok. I noticed sensor was laying inside drain pan. Could see white powering on pan. New sensor is needed. Two 3/4 unions will be needed to be installed for proper filter change. No charge warranty. Came back to job site same day to replace A2L sensor and modified drain piping, installed new ez trap so customer has access to change filter. Test system operation ok. No charge warranty. Check supply and return 24 Temp split.

Luis 2-19-26 performed heat pump tune up on 2015 inverter trane system attic air handler test 15 kw back up heat ok. Check airflow, indoor coils and blower. Attic system has no surge protection and has old style water sensor. I provided estimate to add these components. I check outdoor heat pump operation check refrigerant levels and pressures, check voltage and amps draw, inspect inverter board, board is showing major wear, and some electrical overheating over the years. System is from 2015. Outdoor heat pump has no surge protection, I provided estimate for recommendations.

Performed precision heat tune up on amana 80% gas furnace. Replaced 16x25x1 air filter. Checked all electrical connections and components. Checked temperature rise. Checked gas pressure. Cleaned flame sensor. Checked resistance of hsi. Performed combustion test. Gas furnace is working properly at time of service. Heating and cooling plan

I arrived to the customers home to perform a Q.A. Inspection on there new 2 stage Trane 95% gas furnace and heat pump . I started with checking the air filter , the filter size is a 16x25x1 supplied by the customer. . I checked the overall neatness and performance of the newly installed system. I checked over all system accessories. I checked all my electrical connections and voltages. I inspected and tested the burners , flame sensor and the igniter. I water tested all tubing and hoses. I inspected the exhaust and fresh air pipe for restrictions and bellies. I inspected the inducer and the blower motor operation. I checked and tested for combustion and temp splits. I looked at the overall install of the outdoor heat pump I checked the system level and the level of the disconnect. Made sure all penetrations were sealed. Checked the electrical connections and checked for caps. Both sides of the system look good.

Luis 2-4-26 customer called in for water dripping from hvac. Attic system is air handler and wired to ac only, customer showed me where water was coming from. Couple of the supply registers, main trunk. And return box. After troubleshooting system, found natural draft is getting into duct system and condensing inside duct. Current ducts are old, return box is in bad shape. I would recommend blocking off all registers and return for now. I would also recommend home energy assessment to go over any improvements for attic and replacing ductwork.

Performed precision heat tune up on 2025 heat pump system. Replaced 20x23x1 air filter. Checked all electrical connections and components. Checked temperature rise. Tested emergency heat. Checked refrigerant pressures and temperatures at indoor and outdoor unit. Heat pump system is working properly at time of service. 2nd floor system 1993 2 ton heat pump . Found only 53 psi standing r-22 pressure in the system. Heat pump was in 3 feet snow drift. Went up in attic and found blower wheel bent, blower motor locked up, condensation line broken at coil drain pan, and auxiliary pan cracked in half. Because of all these issues system is not repairable and would recommend replacement. Our office to email over replacement quote.
