4/3/26. Fully assessed no heating situation on 2008 80% comfort maker propane gas furnace. Found flames coming on but no blower motor. Found blower motor getting power but not running. Found failed run capacitor but blower motor is also not spinning smoothly. Also found exahaust pipe rusting away. Provided estimates to repair but also found a lot of rust inside heat exchanger. Entire system should be replaced. Need to Set up appointment to have someone come out to give a replacement quote. Can’t complete a/c tune up do to blower not working.

3/26/26 Performed precision a/c tune up on 2016 York a/c. Aprilaire 413 is ok. Checked all electrical connections and components. Inspected evaporator coil. Flushed ez trap. Checked temperature split and found no change. Compressor was running very loud then shut off. Went outside and tested duel capacitor it was good. Compressor itself is failing. Got homeowner to come outside to unit and showed her what was happening. A/c is 10 years old and not worth replacing compressor. Recommended replacement of a/c. Set up appointment with our office to give a replacement estimate.

Checked all electrical connections and components. Tested condensation pumps and flushed with water. Homeowner mentioned to me that the gas furnace for the 1st floor was not working properly. Found modulating propane gas furnace locked out on a code 88. Communication error from the circuit board. Reset and furnace did operate but found that the gas valve was not making a clicking noise when it first gets power. Called tech support. Found main control board is not working properly. Board is under parts warranty for 12 years. Ordered new circuit board. Also burners are rusting away. Provided option to replace with (5) stainless steel burners, customer agreed. Also checked refrigerant pressures and temperatures. Both a/c s are working at time of service. When we return will need to install x-13 surge protector, board , and 5 stainless steel
