Job Locations and Reviews

I arrived for a no cooling call. Indoor blower would run but not the outdoor. I checked the indoor unit evaporator coil and found secondary pan was full water which tripped the water safety . I removed all the water from the pan and tested the drain line found drain line was clogged. I removed the restriction and tested multiple times. Drain is good. I turned the system back on and tested pressures. Everything looks good I have a good temp split. The system is back up and running at the same service. I collected for my service repair and diagnostic customers are aware that the unit is 22 years old and will need to be replaced in the near future.

Found everything running when I arrived but found blower running at a slow speed. Checked over wiring and found dragon fly was wired incorrectly. Found yellow wires to outdoor in y2 instead of y 1 causing furnace to only get a g signal to the furnace. Put wiring into y1 terminal and now blower is working properly. Checked refrigerant pressures and temperatures. Performed quality assurance. A/c is working properly at time of inspection.

Installed new Goodman coil on top of existing furnace. Readapted to supply ductwork. Adapted existing lineset to new coil. Rewired all low voltage connections to run through new dragonfly board. Ran new condensate drain to existing condensate pump with new ez trap and wet switch. Wired all safeties in series to break 24v R call to thermostat. Set new unit on new pad and leveled. Hung new mars disconnect box with internal surge protector. Adapted existing lineset to new unit. Brazed pressure tested evacuated and charged system. Mad all high and low voltage connections to unit. Performed all test out procedures cleaned all work areas and reviewed installation with homeowner.

Upon arrival, I performed maintenance on AC system. Inspected air filter. Inspected evaporator coil and drain pan. Cleared and tested drain line. Inspected blower assembly and electrical connections. Cycled system in cooling and checked static pressure and temperature differentials. Proceeded to outdoor unit. Inspected outdoor coil and condenser fan. Checked electrical connections and components on outdoor unit. Checked refrigerant pressures and temperatures. System is operating appropriately at this time.

Estimate

Perform six month inspection on the recently installed AC unit replace the standard air filter check airflow CFM supply and return ok everything inside unit looks in good shape. Check outdoor unit refrigerant levels and pressures ok. I did adjusted refrigerant levels to bring sub cooling up to standards. Unit is now working within manufacturer specifications.

Performed ac tune up on 20 year old Amana ac unit r22. Check indoor coil air filter 413 ok at this time. Check drain inspect indoor coil. Indoor coil is in bad shape. Took photos. Check supply and return air flow and temps. Check outdoor units refrigerant levels refrigerant levels and pressures. Check capacitor contactor and hard start assist. Relay on super boost is overheating indicating compressor is over amping. Contactor is pitted. Due to age and condition would recommend getting an estimate to replace system. Home comfort consultant to come on Monday to provide estimate and n a new ac unit.

Performed precision heat tune up on air handler with hot water coil as heat source. 18x18x1 air filter is ok. Checked all electrical connections and components. Checked amp draw of blower motor. Tested 5 mfd capacitor tested at 5 mfd. inspected air coil. Tested circulator pump. Inspected water coil. Air handler with hot water coil is functioning properly at time of service.
On time, professional, friendly and not pushy salesman.

Upon arrival for maintenance on gas furnace I changed air filter. I cleaned the flame sensor. I inspected heat exchanger and burners. I checked blower motor and assembly. I checked the resistance of igniter. Checked all wiring and control board. I checked inducer operation and ensured hose port was clear. I checked gas pressures. Checked air temperature rise. Performed combustion test. Unit is in normal operation at this time.

Performed QA on Trane Gas Furnace and AC Install. Ran system in heating mode and performed combustion and gas pressure test for low and high stage heating. Filled condensation pump and tested. Tested the EZ trap safety. Completed checklist form in system. Reviewed installation with homeowner. Addressed any items that were found during this visit. No additional follow up needed.
