Customer has to reset rollout switches every morning, check system operation supply, return air temperatures, combustion test, gas, pressure, burners, inspect heat exchanger after troubleshooting found out that the unit especially with one zone calling. Temperature gets to hot that potentially triggers rollout switches. I activated the EWC supply temperature sensor in adjusted to 135° temperature so the unit will cycle on and off base on supply temperature. Provided estimate to replaced supply sensor and also adding 8 inch round bypass.

Perform six month check up on the system install last fall. Check electrical components, slow and high inspect air filter check electrical connections ok. Perform combustion test low and high stage. OK supply and return your temperatures. Customer pointed out about the duck noise and also thermostat malfunctioning. Try to reboot thermostat many times and also internet modem still thermostat will not connect to internet. Try other electronic devices to connect to home network I was able to connect without any issues. We will need to order a new thermostat and come back to install it. Also, when we come back, we need to grab some drive to brace the return drop to prevent any noise.

Arrived at call for noise and found outdoor units top completely encased in ice. Customers gutter clogged with ice and the water dripped over the edge of the gutter on top of the unit and froze over night. Spent time and removed all ice off the unit and tested system and fan blade. No issue with system at all. Told customer to keep and eye on the unit and call someone out to check on her gutter, if the issue happens again someone will have to install a small over hang off wall to divert water.

Performed diagnostic on system and found no high voltage present at unit. Found emergency burner switch was off. Turned switch in restoring power to unit and tested system before departure.

Arrived at no heat call, found thermostats and zone control board were blank. Tested voltage out of the the 40va transformer that feeds everything and was getting 2 volts out indicating a failed transformer. Gave customer options on repair and he agreed to part replacement but not a service agreement. Tested unit after repair and no other issues were present.

Set switches #1-#4 to ON on switch bank SW2 as instructed by tech support. Electric heat will energize based on Mitsubishis parameters, time, outdoor temperature. System operating well at this time.
