Job Locations and Reviews

Upon arrival, I found the master bedroom was the farthest run and was getting the least amount of air. All the other bedrooms had a lot of airflow. Checked all flex ducts in attic for any kinks or air restrictions. Found they were supplying 7 supply vents off of 1 10 inch round flex duct. The other 2 10 inch flex ducts were only supplying three vents each. Tried balancing dampers to the best of my ability, but we would most likely have to run new flex duct in order to have more airflow to master bedroom. System is operating appropriately at this time. Homeowner will see if second floor temperatures improve. If not, we will have to give an estimate to rerun ductwork.
Great Service

Matt is settling on the home in 2 weeks and looking to ensure system s are designed and installed properly and looking for energy savings solutions. Reviewed all of the systems in the home and highlighted several areas that were recommended for improvements.

Remove air filters in master bedroom mini split head. Found water laying in drain pan. Poured more water in and found unit not draining. Went outside and used co2 gun to blow out line water all drained out with gunk. Ran 2 heads up stairs in cooling mode. Checked temperature split it was 23 degrees. Mini split is working properly at time of service. Power shut off to home while I was on site.

Customer called into the office for one of the rooftop units, not cooling. Upon arrival. Customer showed me the location of the unit. Indoor blower is running, but no operation from the compressor, compressor getting voltage compressor would try to come on but it won’t turn. Tried super boost to test unit, unit came on, test operation of other components ok unit started to cool. Provided estimate for Installation of potential relay and start capacitor customer approved repairs. This could be an indication that compressor might be starting to fail, we would monitor compressor, tune was completed early this year by other company, I would recommend getting sc checked next year to reevaluate compressor. Cycle ac unit after repairs ok. During same visit I found 3/4 counter strike gas line leaking (actual pipe). Shut gas off to heater and provided estimate to replace 4 feet of 3/4 counter strike gas line with new fittings. Office to follow up with customer.

Fully assessed no cooling situation. Found blower motor rocking back and fourth. Got a new blower motor from distributor. Installed new blower motor. Checked temperature split it was 18 degrees. Checked refrigerant pressures they were good took photos. A/c is working fine again at time of service.

Fully assessed no cooling situation. Found failed blower motor rocking back and fourth. Will need to return with blower motor to install and test system operation.

Responded to no ac call on 9 year old heat pump system. Found mechanical fault in air delivery system. Performed repair on site and replaced blower motor. Wired accordingly and tested operations. Checked charge and found it ok. System is cooling and operational at this time

Customer called into the office for no cooling found system off. Upon arrival. I talked to tenant tenant explained that the unit not cooling at all. Can see some oil coming from outdoor coil. Check refrigerant pressures they’re very low. I did see some oil around condenser coils. I called landlord and explain him what was going on and provided estimate to find a leak. I also explained that this is a process we need to find a leak first, and then I will be able to provide estimate on the repairs. Landlord approved the necessary procedure to find a leak. Recover refrigerant from system, pressure test system to find refrigerant leaks. Once we find leaks we can provide estimate to repair leaks. I found outdoor coil leaking (can’t be repair too close to the other connections). I also inspect indoor coil I did not hear or noticed any potential leaks on indoor coil. 450 psi and used electronic leak detector. I called manufacturer to find part availability and warranty status. Per manufacture

Quoted water heater remotely. Customer called in and provided pictures and dimensions. Emailed estimate for 50gal Bradford White short tank, natural gas, power vented. Materials needed: 1x 3/4" propress adapter 1x 3/4" threaded adapter 1x 3/4" propress tee 1x 3/4" propress 90 elbow 1x 3/4" pex adapter 1x expansion tank 3' length of 3/4" copper pipe 1x water heater pan 1x water alarm 4x stone pavers 1x pex crimping tool 1x pex ring Black iron fittings for gas piping from gas valve. Not sure if we need 1/2” or 3/4”. Bradford White version is roughly 3 inches shorter so we need to raise it from the pan with stone pavers or vibration pads. Existing braided line from hot side can be reused. Cold side will need to be repiped with copper, teed with expansion tank, and attached to pex line. See pictures on file.

Perform AC inspection on a 5 ton carrier air conditioning unit check indoor electrical components low high voltage is replaced air filter flush drain check condensate pump check supply and return air temperatures system is zone (three zones) Customer does not use basement as often test first and second floor damper Blowing cool air. Check outdoor unit refrigerant levels and pressures ok. Check capacitor and contactor ok. Cycle ac unit. Unit does not have and water protection/surge protection. Provided estimate to add these components, and also explain benefits to add surge protection. Current drain line is broken (not leaking at this moment). Provided estimate for repairs.
