6/12/26 Dan Found the 21 yr old Goodman a/c outdoor unit wasn’t coming on. Found low volt wire was bare to the metal. I replaced a piece of wire. And also found dual capacitor was wired wrong. I repaired the wire once the customer approved the pricing and flip-flop a few wires on the capacitor. Capacitor was fine, but I did put a price in estimates just in case. I turned the system back on tested pressures , found system to be running OK. I did tell the customer I was gonna leave them an estimate for replacement because the system is over 21 years old. I collected for my time here this evening. Paid 291.50 paid by cc I did leave an estimate for replacement, new dual capacitor 40/5 and membership contract for the customer to review .

Luis 5-1-26 customer called in for water leaking at the bottom of the boiler found water leak coming from pump fitting union on top of pump. Tightened connection and check operation no more leaks. No charge warranty from last repair.

Replacement of water pump for combi boiler parts only warranty 4/16/26 Arrived to install system circulator pump. Isolated and drained heat exchanger. Removed pump body. Installed and wired new. Refilled and purged isolated section of boiler. Tested both hot water and space heating. System operating well at this time. Customer has a labor warranty so we will process this.

Luis 4-13-26 customer called in for no heat or hot water from Weil McLain eco Tec 150 combi. Found error with supply temperature higher than return by 60 degrees. Test operation found primary pump not working getting power but no operation from pump, new pump is needed for boiler to work properly, we will order new pump and come back. Office to find out parts availability.

I arrived the the customers home to look at her 15 yr old oil furnace not running. She thinks it might be electrical. I found the oil furnace has 120 volts. I inspected the primary control and it wasn’t tripped. I tried the thermostat and it wasn’t responding . I jumped the wires at the thermostat and the oil furnace came on. I quoted a new thermostat Honeywell pro 4 got her approval. I replaced with thermostat and tested system operation. Customer is still aware that the system should be replaced next fall do to it’s age and condition. I collected for the thermostat repair and diagnostic . Total due $448.10 paid by cc.

Completed heat tune up for natural gas furnace. Replaced Aprilaire 413 filter Inspected heat exchanger, burners, flue pipe, inducer assembly and hoses Inspected hot surface ignitor and verified resistance with meter Cleaned flame sensor and verified flame rectification circuit Measured temperature rise and static pressure Checked wiring, controls, electric motors and components; there are no surge protectors; left estimate for a surge protector for blower motor Checked manifold gas pressures Inspected drain and pump. Combustion, draft and smoke tests: Pass Gas furnace is operating well at this time. Homeowner paid for invoice today: plan membership+filter replacement

I arrived to the customers home to service their 15 yr old oil furnace system.they haven’t had oil for 7 years. I did check my oil and the condition of the oil looks ok no water or discolored. I started with checking the air filter and cleaned. I checked all my electrical connections and voltages. I checked and replaced my strainer and nozzle. There is no oil filter it’s a 2 pipe system and it flows out of the top of the tank. I inspected and set my electrodes for proper gapping for optimal performance. I inspected the flue pipe for corrosion and pitting. Inspected my chimney for clearance. I had -0.041 draft . I bled the oil burner and tested system for smoke and combustion. I took temp rise splits at the return and the supply. Everything is running fine at this time of service.

Injected leak detection dye. Will help us find leaks later. Used superheat method to accurately charge system 3 Ton heat pump. Needed 30oz R410A. Final pressures 267/116 15.5S°SH 1.7°SC Final temperature split 18.5° (75.8-57.2) System will operate well until enough refrigerant leaks out that it becomes problematic again. Total system charge is 10# So the amount added today is 1/5th of charge. Left estimate to replace condensate pump and vinyl tubing. Equipment dates to 2013.

Fully assessed no cooling situation. Found Luxaire heat pump pretty low on charge. 410a refrigerant pressures were 294/99 with 55 superheat. Provided estimate to add refrigerant and dye but highly didn’t recommend it because it could jut leak back out, better of putting money to replacement of heat pump system. Homeowner would like to talk to his wife first before setting up a consultation. A/c is barely working at this time.
