Return visit to replace mitigation board systems and also repair first floor refrigeration line. After replacement of mitigation board system to system operation. Customer called in for no cooling both units first and second floor. Customer stated they lost power when power came back on the house. Temperature went up too close to 90°. She turned system electrical off. I check system operation individually, second floor system furnace display defrost with heater operation, after troubleshooting unit found mitigation board issue. Without thermostat (removed from wall) mitigation board kept energizing cooling and heat. I bypassed mitigation door further troubleshooting, system is cooling I will talk to management about this issue and will order parts.
For first floor; same issue
I also found first floor system very low on refrigerant, I performed leak search, I did perform a deep leak search on indoor coil no signs of leak. I found solder connection on filter drier. I repair leak no more leaks. I did. It had enough refrigerant to completely finished repair. I added refrigerant around 390 psi. We will verify pressure when we return for

Comfort issues on 2nd and 3rd floors. 2nd and 3rd floors are hotter than first level. Inspected home and found main return on 1st level right above system. There are returns on 2nd and 3rd levels. May be best to seal ductwork and balance system first before zoning or adding ductless.
