Completed AC tune up for 4 Ton Amana Luxaire heat pump system. System dates to 2010 16 years old. Replaced 20x22x1 filter Indoor and outdoor coils in good condition Inspected wiring, controls, electric motors and components; the wiring in the electric panel and ant the air handler high voltage needs to be repaired/re-done as described at last visit. Provided updated email estimate for this. Also left estimates for surge protectors Measured temperature split and static pressure Inspected drains; tested pump; the AC drain should be trapped because it is installed at a point on negative side of airflow. Checked integrity of compressor motor (mega ohm test) Assessed refrigerant charge checked pressures. AC system operating well at this time but system is beyond what is considered replacement age of a heat pump system (10 years). Consultation for system replacement are free fro, Dibiase
Arrived for AC tune up. They mentioned that the thermostat setpoint reverts back to 68° that is because there is a schedule set in configuration of thermostat. In order to keep the setpoint at a constant 72°. You must press Hokd and verify that the hold sybol is present on the display. Otherwise at the next time period in the schedule it will revert back to the schedule setpo. I did offer a more user friendly non WiFi thermostat that is capable disabling the schedule. Also offered and provided mail estimate for Honeywell S1200 WiFi thermostat. Tested system in heating and checked for any error codes. There were no issues with heating operation. Completed AC tune up for package gas/AC system. Installed 7/6/17 by another contractor. System is 9 years old. Second floor apartment/unit. Replaced 16x25x1 filter Indoor and outdoor coils are in good condition. Cleared EZ trap and flushed drain. Inspected wiring, electric motors, and components. System has surge protection. AC System v
Arrived for AC tune up on gas+AC package unit. Installed 12/8/2013 13 years old This unit has proven to have a leak at indoor coil March of 2023. We charged the unit needed refrigerant on May 2023. Today I Found system cutting off on low pressure within 30 seconds of operating. I offered to charge the unit again as she is not interested in new system. She wants me to leave the estimate to charge the system. Completed remaining tune up procedures: Filter is clean replaced 4/17/26 Cleared drain. Inspected wiring, controls, electric motors. Provided email estimate for surge protector. AC system is not operational until the system is charged needed R410A
05/7/ I arrived to the customers home to service their 4 yr old NCP 80% gas furnace and a/c package system. I started with checking the air filter and replaced, filter size is 16x25x1 . I checked all my electrical connections and voltages. I inspected and tested the burners , flame sensor and the spark igniter. I inspected the inducer and the blower motor operation. I checked and tested for combustion and took temp rise splits at the return and the supply. I inspected the a/c side of the system as well . I cleared the Ez trap and tested with water . I checked the components for the compressor and the fan motor. I checked my a/c pressures. Everything is running fine at this time of service.
Reviewed equipment at the church for replacement for main sanctuary area.
Customer had an emergency and we had to leave the home.
4/17/26 Dan I arrived for a no Cooling call on a packaged ncp 6 yr old system. I started with inspecting the indoor unit. I confirmed that the filter was ok, made sure the blower motor runs , and that the indoor coil was free of ice or debri. I hooked up to the ports and found my system is voided of charge. I had a talk with the customer and she agreed with me on having the system replaced. Mike has an estimate scheduled today at 4:00 . I collected for 99.00 diagnostic paid by check# 7834
No cooling for the first floor system installed by us in September of 2023. There was a demand from the thermostat. Indoor control displaying AC2. Outdoor control displaying ON but not the designed AC2. No error codes on either control board. Checked all wiring connections Reset power to both circuits. Not came on after designed compressor delay. This is a nuisance communication/control error that we encounter from time to time. Happens first time in the yet that the system is turned to cooling I informed homeowners they can reset BOTH breakers to the system if they notice this at time they first turn on cooling Also installed SPP6 at outdoor unit as Amanda unit need them and to nuisance compressor starting issues. No charge for SPP6. Afterwards checked over system performance/data system operating well t this time. System operating well at this time.
4/9/26 Dan I arrived to the customers home to service their 7 yr old (ncp) national comfort package system . I checked the wiring connections and the voltages . I checked and replaced the indoor air filter , the filter size is 16x25x1. I Inspected the indoor coil and tested the primary drain pan and cleared and tested the water drains and the EZ trap. I Took indoor temp splits at the return and the supply and checked the blower motor condition and operation. I looked at the outdoor unit wiring connections and voltages . I inspected the components and checked my unit pressures. System in good operating condition at this time. No recommendations at this time .
3/27/26. Performed precision a/c tune up on ncp package unit. Replaced 16x25x1 air filter. Checked all electrical connections and components. Checked temperature split. Flushed water through ez trap. Found some bacterial growth in system, provided estimate to install Apcox uv air purifier. Tested duel capacitor. Checked refrigerant pressures and temperatures at system. A/c is working properly at time of service. Customer could benefit from a uv air purifier for whole home

We had service tech Kurt arrive for our yearly AC system check up. Kurt was on time, friendly and had a deep knowledge of HVAC systems. He ran a complete battery of tests on our old system, while never getting bothered by the homeowner standing there, asking questions. We are very happy with the level of service and care Kurt provided. Ask for him...you will be impressed! 10/2025, Fall heater service. Kurt returned, this time to check and prepare out heating system for the coming winter. I requested Kurt because I thought he would be just as thorough and knowledgeable with out heating as he had been with out AC....and he was. Everything I said above still applies. After completing the service call, I received an email with docs & photos of all the tests and their results. DiBiase has been reasonable with their pricing, delivered on their service, and honesty....no pressure or up-selling for work thats not needed. Thanks DiBiase!

Technician arrived towards the beginning of the window and completed everything promptly. I appreciate that he explained that a part was starting to fail but didnt need to be replaced today and then later sent a formal quote to replace the part at a later time me.
