6/11/26 Dan I arrived to the customers home to service their 4 yr old ncp package system . I checked the wiring connections and the voltages . I checked and replaced the indoor air filter , the filter size is 16x25x1. I Inspected the indoor coil and tested the primary drain pan and cleared and tested the water drains and traps if applicable. I Took indoor temp splits at the return and the supply and checked the blower motor condition and operation. I looked at the unit wiring connections and voltages . I inspected the compressor and fan components and checked my unit pressures. System in good operating condition at this time. I collected for $189.00 service contract renewal paid by check# 3560 When we are in the area we need to replace the customers battery (cr 2032) .

6/9/26. Fully assessed no cooling situation on 2024 ncp package unit. Found evaporator coil all frozen up. Unthawed with a hair dryer and performed leak search took video found system leaking in evaporator coil. 410a refrigerant pressures were 239/66. Added 1 lb of 410a courtesy. Now pressures are 322/127. Let homeowner know that our office will get back to him on what manufacturer will do. Also found Apco x recently installed ballast and bulb failed, replaced entire Apcox under warranty. A/c is working at time of service.

6/9/26. Performed precision a/c tune up on 2020 ncp package unit. Replaced 16x25x1 air filter. Checked all electrical connections and components. Checked temperature split. Brushed out ez trap. Tested duel capacitor. Checked refrigerant pressures and temperatures. A/c is working properly at time of service.

I checked and replaced the indoor air filter , the filter size is 16x25x1. I Inspected the indoor coil and tested the primary drain pan and cleared and tested the water drains and traps if applicable. I Took indoor temp splits at the return and the supply and checked the blower motor condition and operation. I looked at the outdoor section wiring connections and voltages . I inspected the components and checked my unit pressures. System in good operating condition at this time.

6/8/26 Dan I arrived to the customers home to service their 15 + yr old ncp package a/c system. . I checked the wiring connections and the voltages . I checked and replaced the indoor air filter , filter size is a 16x25x1. I Inspected the indoor coil and tested the primary drain pan with water and flushed the drain line and cleared. I Took indoor temp splits at the return and the supply and checked the blower motor condition and operation. I looked at the outdoor unit wiring connections and voltages . I inspected the outdoor components and checked my unit pressures by using super heat sub cool method. The system is currently operational but past normal life expectancy. Replacement of system is recommended in the near future.

6/4/26. Performed precision a/c tune up on 1990 Goodman a/c. Joesph recently replaced 12x20x1 air filter, outside duel capacitor and hard start kit. Also inspected evaporator coil and cleaned outside condenser coil. Tested blower capacitor it tested good at 19.6mfd. Checked temperature split and found no change. Went outside and found condenser fan motor running and r-22 compressor trying to start but was locked up at 74 L.R.A. . Explained to Joesph that there is now way to fix the compressor. A/c system needs replaced. Set up appointment for today to have someone come out to give a replacement quote.

Completed AC tune up for 3 Ton Trane Inverter system Installed 8/14/24 Aprilaire 313 filter ok. Homeowner bought 2 pack online today. Will have them for us at next tune up. Indoor and outdoor coils in good condition Inspected wiring, controls, electric motors and components; Measured temperature split (77-57) and static pressure Inspected drains; cleared EZ trap, tested pump; Assessed refrigerant charge checked pressures. 8° SC Outdoor temperature 67° Good Provided estimate for APCOX whole home air treatment system. UV with ever carbon technology will keep indoor coil and drain pan clean of biological growth. Lifetime warranty on unit. 3-year bulb replacements. AC system operating well at this time.
