Kurt was excellent in servicing our A/C unit. He was thorough and knowledgeable and explained everything to us. It was a pleasure to meet him.

6/29/26. Performed quality assurance on recently installed Goodman a/c system. Checked all electrical connections and connections. Found that installed electrical switch it had got to close to the ground and arched. Moved bare grounds back in the box and tapped around hot connections on switch. Also customer noted that the  lower level of the split level home is better, but not great. They are going to put a fan at the bottom of the steps to try to push the hot air up to the return. Talked to homeowner about adding mini splits for this floor for better comfort. A/c is working properly at quality assurance check.

Review
We recently had a DiBiase team here to replace our complete AC/Heating system. We are very happy with the installation teams work...but included in the installation is a checkup/review of their work by a quality tech. Nate Pitner arrived on time, was very professional, and went right to work. He spent hours testing, inspecting and doing improvements to our system. We were very impressed with the level of detail and care that Nate took going over the previous teams work. As seniors, this was a big expense for us, but we feel that DiBiase delivered on this new system that we are very happy with.

The quality assurance has been completed, found no visible signs of a leak and pressures and temperatures were at normal charging specifications. It was only a 15 foot line set and not many connections.  The system is running to manufacture specifications, and all repairs have been made.

I arrived for no cooling , i  checked the air filter and  Found good. Drain line is clear but  the indoor blower motor will not run. it gets a call to run but will not respond . I talked with the customer and let her know with the age of the package unit , it’s better to replace with new . She is scheduled tomorrow for an estimate time frame  12:00-2:00 . I collected for 84.15 diagnostics. Paid by check .

I arrived to the customers home to service their 4 yr old ncp package system .  I checked the wiring connections and the voltages . I checked and replaced the indoor air filter , the filter size is 16x25x1. I Inspected the indoor coil and tested the primary drain pan and cleared and tested the water drains and traps if applicable. I Took indoor temp splits at the return and the supply  and checked the blower motor condition and operation. I looked  at the unit wiring connections and voltages . I inspected  the compressor and fan components and checked my unit pressures.  System in good operating condition at this time. I collected for $189.00 service contract renewal paid by check# 3560

When we are in the area we need to replace the customers battery (cr 2032) .

Unthawed with a hair dryer and performed leak search took video found system leaking in evaporator coil. 410a refrigerant pressures were 239/66. Added 1 lb of 410a courtesy. Now pressures are 322/127. Let homeowner know that our office will get back to him on what manufacturer will do. Also found Apco x recently installed ballast and bulb failed, replaced entire Apcox under warranty. A/c is working at time of service.

We had service tech Kurt arrive for our yearly AC system check up. Kurt was on time, friendly and had a deep knowledge of HVAC systems. He ran a complete battery of tests on our old system, while never getting bothered by the homeowner standing there, asking questions. We are very happy with the level of service and care Kurt provided. Ask for him...you will be impressed! 10/2025, Fall heater service. Kurt returned, this time to check and prepare out heating system for the coming winter. I requested Kurt because I thought he would be just as thorough and knowledgeable with out heating as he had been with out AC....and he was. Everything I said above still applies. After completing the service call, I received an email with docs & photos of all the tests and their results. DiBiase has been reasonable with their pricing, delivered on their service, and honesty....no pressure or up-selling for work thats not needed. Thanks DiBiase!

Technician arrived towards the beginning of the window and completed everything promptly. I appreciate that he explained that a part was starting to fail but didnt need to be replaced today and then later sent a formal quote to replace the part at a later time me.
