Still had a 5 flash cod on refrigerant mitigation board. Installed new refrigerant mitigation board and sensor. Now back to normal slow flash LED. Also lowered fan speed from 421 CFM/Ton to 381 CFM/ton. Results in higher supply temperatures. Afterwards went over thermostat comfort settings and schedule and checked pressures. System operating well at this time.

12/8/25 Dan and Conner - performed heat tune up on Payne heat pump located in basement. - checked temperature rise and found in good range - inspected coil for debris and growth - indoor coil found clean - checked static pressure and found in good range - checked electric auxiliary heat and found both elements working correctly - washable filter still clean - checked compressor amp draw - in good range - checked refrigerant pressures - good for current temperature - capacitor still in good range

Reviewed job and looked at roof pitch and basemment ductwork.

Home to replace his electrode igniter for his ultra boiler. Removed the old electronic igniter and replaced with the new OEM igniter. I had mentioned to the customer when we come out next year for his gas boiler check up that we should replace all the gaskets behind the heat exchanger and at the gas manifold, I turned the system back on tested. I did secure gas manifold and sealed customer had smelled some gas. Everything is back up and running at this time of service. I sent the customer a payment link for the balance of 387.53 .

Luis 12-4-25 customer called into the office for no heat. Talk to customer upon arrival indicated that the thermostat was blank proceeded to the basement and found water sensor tripped. I trace water source and found vinyl tubing clogged from humidifier to condensation pump. Replace 3 feet of vinyl and test operation ok. I added humidifier to thermostat enough wires to make this happen. Show customer how to operate humidifier from thermostat. Test humidifier and condensation pump no more leaks. Cycle heat pump ok.

Fully checked over heat pump system. Checked 410a refrigerant pressures they were 318/88 very good. Found some ice on the outside coil when I arrived. Put demand defrost board into force test mode and unit completely defrosted. Which in theory means that defrost control should defrost system on its own. Checked temperature rise it was 21 degrees. Let Christine know to keep any eye out to make sure heat pump is defrosting itself. Heat pump is working properly at time of service. Let Christine know that if system is not properly defrosting it will need a defrost board and sensors.

arrived to the customers home to service their 15 yr old gas furnace system. I started with checking the air filter and found good , customer replaces his filters. I checked all my electrical connections and voltages. I inspected and tested the burners , flame sensor and the igniter. I water tested all tubing and hoses. I inspected the exhaust and fresh air pipe for restrictions and bellies. I inspected the inducer and the blower motor operation. I checked and tested for combustion and took temp rise splits at the return and the supply. Everything is running fine at this time of service.

Replaced entire electrode assembly and installed new .60x60 a nozzle. Found combustion was very off after installing. Adjusted electrode assembly depth from 3 to 2 and re chechecked combustion. Took photos. No oil leaks at this time. Our office to reach out about invoice. Furnace is working properly at time of service.

I arrived to the customers home to service their 6 yr old oil furnace system. I started with checking the air filter and replaced , 16x25x1. I checked all my electrical connections and voltages. I checked and replaced my strainer and nozzle , and the oil filter. I inspected and set my electrodes for proper gapping for optimal performance. I inspected the flue pipe for corrosion and pitting. Inspected my heat exchanger and the chimney for clearance. I bled the oil burner and tested system for smoke and combustion. I took temp rise splits at the return and the supply. Everything is running fine at this time of service.

I arrived to install an outdoor temperature sensor on a Trane heat pump inverter. No active codes at this time. The new outdoor sensor is reading temp correctly. I Checked the customers, indoor blower wheel for separation and debri in the return box . He said he heard a grinding noise coming from a vent , it happened only a few times hasn’t heard it since then. Once the new sensor is installed I turned the system back on and tested. Everything is back up and running at this time service. No charge warranty.

I started with the indoor head and checked the wiring connections and the voltages . I pulled and cleaned the air filters . I inspected the blower wheel and the cleanliness of the indoor mini split head , and cleaned . I tested the drain line and tested the fan speeds with the remote for proper operation. I turned the system on heat and checked my supply and return temps. I went to the outdoor heat pump. And checked my wiring connections and the voltages . I tested for pressures and system compressor and fan components. Both sides of the system are working fine at this time of service.

Performed precision heat tune up on 2014 trane heat pump system. Replaced 16x20x1 air filter. Checked all electrical connections and components. Ran leak detector across evaporator coil and found coil is leaking refrigerant. Found condenser coil icing over frequently. Found 410a pressures slightly low, explained to homeowner that there is 3 options. Just add refrigerant but don’t know longevity of charge. Replace leaking evaporator coil at roughly $4,000.00 or upgrade entire system. Recommended to homeowner that this option makes the most sense at 11 years old. Heat pump system is working at time of service. Need to set up appointment with customer to give a replacement estimate.

Found 24 v going to solenoid and water coming into humidifier. Could not locate shut off valve. Contractor more than likely bared in drywall. They are going to get contractor to locate valve. Soliniond valve needs replaced. This is a warranty part. Heat pump system is working properly at time of service.

Reviewed equipment with customer. Amir stated his enegy gas bill increased by 50 percent this year over last year. House temp was at 73 degf. He mentioned it was the same lasy year. Peco saying it is 6 degf colder this year over last year. Need to review bill data and also review the temperatures to validate data. Reviewed settings on thermostat and furnace, checked air filter, and performed combustion test. Increased high stage setting to 300 seconds from 600 seconds. This will speed high stage operation and will cause unit to shutbdown sooner. Informed Amir this may be best for efficiency but it is not best for comfort. Performed precision heat pump tune up on 2016 air temp heat pump. 16x20x1 air filter is clean. Checked all electrical connections and components. Checked temperature rise. Found 7.5 mfd capacitor tested weak at 4.3, replaced capacitor. Also installed ez trap for water protection. Checked refrigerant pressures and temperatures. Heat pump system is working properly at time of service.

Luis 12-1-25 customer called in for no heat oil furnace he had to reset the burner over the weekend found burner with no lockout upon arrival, last 50 cycles ok ended by end of heat call. I went through the troubleshooting. I checked oil pressure 120 psi check electrodes and transformer, I did notice transformer right spring Arcing between spring and transformer body, there was an error code 170 cycle ago (no ignition). I replaced transformer and test operation ok.

Fully assessed humidifier not working. Got humidifier running for a short period of time. Honeywell humidifier circuit board not working correctly. Recommend replacing humidifier with Aprilaire 620 humidifier. Homeowner decided to replace. Also performed precision heat hump tune up. Media filter is ok. Tested emergency heat. Checked temperature rise. Checked refrigerant pressures and temperatures at indoor and outdoor units. Heat pump system is working properly at time of service. Need to order humidifier and return and install.

I Arrived to the customers home for a heat pump check up on a 7 yr old system . I checked all electrical connections and voltages . I checked the air filter and replaced, filter size is 15x20x1 . Inspected the indoor coil and tested electric heat package. Took temp splits for the electric heat and blower motor amperage draws. I looked at the outdoor heat pump and tested for an outdoor btu output. Inspected the outdoor components and unit pressures. Everything is working fine at this time of service.

Found .60 60A nozzle slightly lose and clogged. Electrodes were also slightly misaligned. After putting new nozzle and making sure it’s tight. I bled lines. Offered to go through maintenance procedures as part of plan membership. They agreed. Completed heat tune up for Carrier oil furnace. 20x24x1 filter ok Cleaned heat exchanger and inspected flue piping and chimney. Replaced oil filter (RF1), strainer with gasket and (.60 60A) nozzle. Wiped out bottom of filter canister, decent amount of sludge?. The nozzle listed for this burner on furnace nameplate is .70 60A Inspected electrode condition and alignment, transformer, cad cell eye, and air bands for debris. Inspected wiring, controls, electric motors and components including fan speeds. Bled oil line and tested system. Combustion, smoke and draft tests: Pass initially Oil tank is old, beginning to break down internally. Recommend replacing oil tank and fill and vent piping.
