Customer called in for no cooling on main floor system. We were just out here 10 days ago for AC tuneup. Upon arrival found unit running, but there’s no airflow coming out of the vents. Noticed the indoor coil is block of ice inspect Both dampers took pictures of inside dampers both are fully open. While I was troubleshooting unit, turn the heat on to melt the indoor coil after melting. I inspect indoor heater noticed a lot of stress and corrosion in heat exchanger, once ice melted from the indoor coil went outside and checked refrigerant levels. Found system to be running low on refrigerant, meter device indoor is piston. Check target super heat and found to be higher. Added refrigerant to test unit. System is now cooling. Provide estimate to perform leak search I also provided estimates for refrigeration repairs. (Three 3 scenarios) if indoor coil is leaking, outdoor coil, copper connection, or both coils. Installed new Bosch package outdoor unit on leveled pad. built new return and supply masticed return and supply. Insulated return and supply. Built metal cover around return and supply. Installed new rectoseal disconnect and wired into Bosch outdoor unit. Installed additional disconnect and wired into heat kit. Adapted low volt and wired into Bosch outdoor unit. Ran new condensate line adding p trap to line. Cleaned up work area and tested out equipment

06/11/25 Dan Checked the AC side of the system . Checked the air filter and replaced. Checked the wiring connections and the voltages on high volt and low volt. Inspected the indoor coil and flushed and tested the drain line. Checked the blower condition and inspected the blower amps and tested for static pressure. Went to the outdoor unit and inspected the wiring connections and the components . Checked and tested the pressures by using superheat and sub cooling methods. Checked the amps for the compressor and the fan motor and checked the indoor cooling temps at the supply and return. The AC system is working fine at this time of service. Also serviced the customer’s tankless water heater flushing her system . Collected for renewal and tankless service, paid

Upon arrival I cycled system in cooling and proceeded to outdoor unit. Inspected outdoor coil and condenser fan. Checked electrical connections and components on outdoor unit. Checked refrigerant pressures and temperatures. I then proceeded to indoor unit. Changed air filter. Inspected evaporator coil and drain pan. Cleared and tested drain line. Inspected blower assembly and electrical connections. Checked static pressure and temperature differentials. System is operating appropriately at this time.

Performed precision a/c tune up on Bosch heat pump system. 20x25x4 air filter needs replaced ( homeowner to replace). Checked all electrical connections and components. Checked temperature split which was 19 degrees. Humidity was reading 68% when I arrived on ecobee thermostat, homeowner not happy with humidity levels. Found dip switch 4 for excellerated cooling was not turned on, this often helps with humidity levels in home. Turned on and tested operation. Checked over all settings in Bosch outdoor board. A/c is working properly at time of service. Took photos of black stone grill he would like us to price out running a line for the grill

Fully assessed no cooling situation on a/c gas furnace installed by dibiase on 2/4/25. We were just out on Friday for 6 month inspection. Found blown 3 amp fuse. Replaced 3 amp fuse and looked over low voltage wires for any knicks or bad connections, all seemed solid. Asked homeowner if the system was running after we had left on Friday, he wasn’t 100% if it was possibly it wasn’t. Checked inside outside unit at pressure switch wiring no knicks, system is working properly at time of service. No charge recent install.

Went to the outdoor unit and Checked and tested the pressures by using superheat and sub cooling methods to check for proper charge , found charge was good. Checked the amps for the compressor and the fan motor and checked the indoor cooling temps at the supply and return. The AC system is working fine at this time of service. Also left a few water heater options for a l.p. Power vented .
