Completed heat tune up for natural gas furnace. Replaced Aprilaire 501 filter from truck stock, Ed will order more. Inspected heat exchanger, burners, flue pipe, inducer assembly and hoses Inspected hot surface ignitor and verified resistance with meter Cleaned flame sensor and verified flame rectification circuit Measured temperature rise and static pressure Checked wiring, controls, electric motors and components; left estimate for a surge protector for outdoor unit Checked manifold gas pressure Inspected drain and pump. There is a wet switch safety but no EZ trap. Left estimate for EZ trap. I snaked existing trap with cable tie and flushed drain line with gallon water today. Completed humidifier service with 35 water panel provided by homeowner. Combustion, draft and smoke tests: Pass He said the blaster bedroom on first floor stays cooler because first floor thermostat satisfies before master bedroom gets to temp. Performed Gas Furnace tune up. Furnace is a few months old. Checked 413 filter- good. Checked wiring connections and voltages. Checked ignitor, flame sensors, checked thermostat operation in heat and cool. checked gas pressures and furnace safeties. Inspected flue pipe for holes and damage. Checked motor amps on inducer and blower motor op. Took indoor heat temp rise and tested for combustion. Everything is in good working order. Also checked pressures for AC. Looks good

Pumped down system. Cut refrigerant pipes, removed electrical and installed new pad with gravel to reinforce foundation. Set unit back in place brazed connections and pressure tested system evacuated and open up valves. Checked for proper refrigerant levels. Performed gas furnace heat tune up

Performed precision heat tune up on amana heat pump system. Aprilaire 213 filter is ok, homeowner to replace. Checked all electrical connections and components. Checked temperature rise. Cleaned and flushed out ez trap. Tested outdoor capacitor. Checked refrigerant pressures and temperatures. Found no surge protection on Ecm blower motor, provided estimate to install. Heat pump is working properly at time of service.

Estimate

Luis 9-8-25 performed gas heat tune up on Amana gas furnace check electrical low and high voltage connections and components ok check safeties clean sensor and burners inspect igniter. Gas pressure ok performed combustion test ok check supply and return air temps ok. I also service humidifier and replace pad, test operation of humidifier and set operation to 35% winter. (Humdinger is located on supply side of unit and does not have any water protection) I provide estimate to add water safety to humidifier. Current have system does not have surge protection, bacteria protection. I privided estimate for recommendations.

I arrived to the customers home for a warranty fix on a 6 inch damper for the customers humidifier. I added some sheet metal for support for the screws and resealed brought the customer down to show him. Customer is satisfied with the results. Customer will call the office mid October to set up a six month check up on a new system.

09/04/25 Dan Gas furnace tuneup on a 90% furnace . The system is 9 yrs old . Checked the air filter and found good . Checked the wiring connections and the voltages . Flushed the drain lines and furnace traps and inspected the condensate pump. Inspected the burners and flame sensors and cleaned . Inspected the flue pipes for leaks and bellies. checked the thermostat in heating mode and checked the gas pressures and the furnace safeties. checked the motor amps on the inducer operation and blower motors. Took indoor heat temp rise and tested for combustion on the system. The furnace is in good working order at this time of service.

Fully assessed no cooling situation. Found 2021 amana heat pump installed by dibiase locked out on an 04 locked rotor code. Explained to homeowner that is is caused because the compressor does not always start quick enough for the control board and creates a lock out. Recommended installing ssp6 hard start kit to assist compressor on start up. Installed hard start kit and checked 410a refrigerant pressures . A/c is working properly at time of service.

Gold Star Attic Package- 2 attic spaces air sealed, baffled and blown to r-60 or greater. 2 bathroom exhaust fans vented to soffit vents with r-8 insulated flex duct. Main attic hatch insulated and sealed with zipper stair cover. Blower door in/out testing performed to quantify air leakage reduction.
