7/8/26. Fully assessed no cooling situation. Went into apartment and gave system a call for cooling nothing happened. Found indoor board that was just replaced less than 30 days ago was corroded and had failed again. After further investigation with maintenance found that the water was all around the closet again and was coming from the apartment above. Had replacement board on the truck left with kijuan. He is going to replace once water leak from above is resolved.

Found unit after some time and found it locked out on high pressure lockout. Rest and checked 410a refrigerant pressures they were 400/113 with 29 subcooling, bad indoor txv. Provided estimate to replace indoor txv. System is 10 years old and would start to consider replacement. Unit is temporary working for now.

Tried a new capacitor and everything came on but compressor does not sound good. A/c system should be replaced, talked to Eduardo and he wanted to have someone come out to give a replacement quote. Set up appointment.
