Installed new plywood under furnace. Floor was rotted out. Installed new thermopride downflow furnace. Made new terminations on roof and ran pvc for venting. Ran new 1/2” gas line from outside to indoor unit. Installed a T4 thermostat. Converted to propane. Installed AG3000 surge protector. Cleaned work area and tested all operations. Return visit to do test out and level unit. Used ISO pad and screwed against wall to keep level checked incoming LP pressure / 12 inwc (leaked checked entire gas line) Ran furnace and found blower wheel rubbing on housing, cut vents out and pulled blower to realign wheel. Re installed blower Tested in fan mode, first all clear reinstalled vents and fired off furnace Set gas pressure to 10 inwc at manifold ran combustion test and logged temp rise. See pics on file. All operational upon departure set to 68 per client

12/1/25 Completed heat tune up for propane furnace. Replaced 16x25x1 filter Inspected heat exchanger, burners, inducer assembly and hoses There is some corrosion/flaking on front face of burners. Stainless steel burner upgrade is available. Provided mail estimate Inspected hot surface ignitor and verified resistance with meter Cleaned flame sensor and verified flame rectification circuit Measured temperature rise and static pressure Checked wiring, controls, electric motors and components; there are no surge protectors; left estimate for a surge protector for each of the 2 main circuits of system Checked manifold gas pressures Inspected drains Combustion, draft and smoke tests: Pass Propane furnace is operating well at this time.

Heating tune up on a 95% I arrived to the customers home to service their 4 yr old gas furnace system. I started with checking the air filter and replaced , the filter size is 16x25x1. I checked all my electrical connections and voltages. I inspected and tested the burners , flame sensor and the igniter. I water tested all tubing and hoses. I inspected the exhaust and fresh air pipe for restrictions and bellies. I inspected the inducer and the blower motor operation. I checked and tested for combustion and took temp rise splits at the return and the supply. Everything is running fine at this time of service.

Propane can corrode burners enough that they can become problematic. Left estimate to upgrade urn era to stainless steel. 11/24/25 Tan Performed heat maintenance on 4 year old propane gas furnace installed by us. Client asked to have filter and humidifier serviced. I quoted and he approved. Changed 413 filter on site. Changed humidifier water panel 35 on site. Also took scale control apart and cleaned. Flushed drain line to clear any restrictions. Placed in test mode several times to verify for any leaks and found none. Set for 5 for winter. Checked temp rise and found it within range. Checked airflow and found .8” static tesp which is acceptable. Motor performance checked out good with 5A on blower and .3A in inducer. Combustion readings were acceptable. Checked and verified propane gas pressures and found them set to manufacture specifications. Cleaned burners and flame sensor. Flame sensor registered 2.4mA during operations. Checked ignitor and found normal resistance of 57. Checked air delivery system and confirmed surge protection is active. Control board and wiring are all secure and proper as well.

Installed new trane heat pump air handler with 10kw heat kit. Placed air handler on return box and adapted to return drop. Adapted supply and tapped/ caulked return and supply. Adapted high volt and installed new outlet. Ran new condensate line with new e trap and condensate pump. Ran new vinyl tubing from condensate pump to washer drain located in basement. Installed new ecobee thermostat and wired in low voltage with safeties. Flushed line set and connected to new equipment. Installed new heat pump outdoor on leveled pad with snow legs. Installed new disconnect with surge protector and wired into outdoor unit. Cleaned up work area and tested out equipment.
