Kurt was very prompted and very helpful by checking my heater and was very knowledgable. He was friendly and polite.

Fully assessed no heating situation. Found no power going to furnace. Found emergency switch accidentally got turned off. Showed homeowner this. Turned on and tested operation. Performed combustion test. Found that burners were original oem not stainless steel, provided estimate to install burners and explained why this was beneficial. Replaced air filter with one homeowner provided. Gas furnace is working properly at time of service.

Customer secured boiler from a friend in MA. The boiler is a little banged up but suspected to work. Tank is underground. Meed somemisc piping and trim kit and repipe to have new manifold on supply.

10/14/25 Dan I Arrived to the customers home for a heat pump check up on an 6 month old system . I checked all electrical connections and voltages . I checked the air filter and found good , filter size is 20x20x1 . Inspected the indoor coil and tested the blower motor amperage draws. I looked at the outdoor heat pump and tested for an outdoor btu output. Inspected the outdoor components and unit pressures. Everything is working fine at this time of service.

I arrived to the customers home to service their 4 yr old gas furnace system. I started with checking the air filter and found good , the filter size is 401 AA I checked all my electrical connections and voltages. I inspected and tested the burners , flame sensor and the igniter. I water tested all tubing and hoses. I inspected the exhaust and fresh air pipe for restrictions and bellies. I inspected the inducer and the blower motor operation. I checked and tested for combustion and took temp rise splits at the return and the supply. Everything is running fine at this time of service.

I arrived to the customers home to service their 7 yr old gas furnace system. I started with checking the air filter and replaced , the filter size is a 413AA. I checked all my electrical connections and voltages. I inspected and tested the burners , flame sensor and the igniter. I water tested all tubing and hoses. I inspected the exhaust and fresh air pipe for restrictions and bellies. I inspected the inducer and the blower motor operation. I checked and tested for combustion and took temp rise splits at the return and the supply. Everything is running fine at this time of service.

Mini split Q.A. Check. I started with the indoor unit. I checked the quality of the indoor mini. I checked the system voltages and made sure the system was draining properly. I turned the system on and took indoor temp splits. I checked the outdoor unit and checked the over all install and made sure the system and disconnect was level . I checked all my electrical connections.

10/06/25 Dan I arrived to the customers home to service their 4 yr old gas furnace system. I started with checking the air filter and found good , the filter size is 401 AA. I also serviced the humidifier and tested. I set the humidistat at 35%. I checked all my electrical connections and voltages. I inspected and tested the burners , flame sensor and the igniter. I water tested all tubing and hoses. I inspected the exhaust and fresh air pipe for restrictions and bellies. I inspected the inducer and the blower motor operation. I checked and tested for combustion and took temp rise splits at the return and the supply. Everything is running fine at this time of service. Collected for $189.00 renewal and collected for $59.00 humidifier service. I flushed and tested the tankless water heater. Collected $295.00 , Also recommended to the customer that his 5 burner tubes are starting to ware and need to be replaced with stainless steel . Cost is $670.86, they will review .

Performed precision gas furnace tune up on amana gas furnace. Replaced 16x25x1 air filter. Checked temperature rise. Found original burners rusted and corroded, provided estimate to install stainless steel burners. Cleaned as well as possible. Cleaned flame sensor. Checked gas pressures. Performed combustion test. Gas furnace is working properly at time of service.

Luis 9-23-25 performed propane gas heat tune up on 100,000 btu amana system. Check all electrical low and high voltage connections and components, check air filter 413 ok. Noticed burners had lot of corrosion tried to clean them with brush, clean sensor and inspect igniter check gas pressure perform combustion test check supply and return air temps ok cycle heater ok. I provided estimate for recommendations customer decided to go with Replacement of 80 percent of ignition system and service humidifier. Test humidifier and left to 35% from thermostat. We will need to come back once we get other parts customer paid full amount by check. I also went over water and bacteria protection customer will look into it on future.
