Customer called regarding not getting any airflow to one side of the home. Found a hard cutoff of airflow between the 1st floor office and the foyer. Tried to inspect with customers scope but could not find blockage using opening at supply register and at coil. Could not see blockage at either end. Could be a damper or could be a blockage in the duct. A hatch needs to be cut in to further inspect duct and locate blockage or closed damper. Checked static pressure above coil and measured at .33". This is higher than it should be which also indicates a duct restiriction. Air filter is washable type and would recmmend standard pleated. Also, coil is rusted and customer indicated coil froze up multiple times over the summer which could be due to airflow or refrigerant leak. Recommend finding and clearing blockage and service plan and maintenance of equipment.

*Shut off gas to pool heater and remove defective gas valve *Install shut off valve for gas line and new gas valve *Wire appropriately and test operations *Adjust in gas pressure on new gas valve to manufacturer specifications 2 Year Parts and Labor Warranty through DiBiase Heating & Cooling 10/9/25. Took apart gas pipping. Installed gas valve and converted over to propane. Installed new black iron union and 3/4” brass ball cock. Leak tested with soap and bubbles, no leaks found. Bleed gas line and tested operation. Checked manifold pressure it was 10.3 w.c. Performed combustion test, took photos. Pool heater is working properly at time of service.
Curt work had to find the root of the problem. He showed a great knowledge of heating and cooling and the equipment involved

Fully assessed no cooling situation. Customer has lived in the home for approximately 3 years. There are several thermostats and room sensors all over the home. Customer has ressler and matter come out and add refrigerant to one of the systems, customer isn’t sure which one. There are 2 split geothermal systems that do the second floor and 2 package geothermal systems the customer did not know existed. Removed filters homeowner to replace those are filters. Found split geothermal that does 2nd floor left and right side has a call to the control board but not putting out 24 v to low pressure switch at all from circuit board, every once and a while it will and contactor will pull in for a split second. Need to locate and order this control board. Ressler and mateer that put in these systems re used a lot of old zone dampers and controls. Homeowner is not concerned until these become an issue. Will need to locate control board for geothermal and provide estimate. Also provided membership

Fully assessed pool heater locked out on code “ flame without call for heat” found flame lite at pilot with no power going to gas valve. Removed power wires from gas valve and still pilot stayed lite. My suspicion was failed gas valve. Called raypak tech support and found this is the failure part # 004306f. Shut off at top of valve recommend installing a 3/4” gas shut off valve when replacing gas valve there is no true shut off valve took photos. Shut off power to pool heater and turned off knob on gas valve to shut off flame. Need propane kit also for new gas valve. Our office to call a give repair estimate.

Fully assessed no cooling situation. Talked to John about no cooling issue. Found that system was working when I arrived. He just replaced 413 air filters. Went into cool cloud and found a high pressure lock out. Checked 410a refrigerant pressures they were 227/125. Did find outdoor condenser coil is dirty. Recommend to clean coil during maintenance visits for systems. Need to schedule maintenance visit with customer for 3 systems.

Upon arrival, they were having issues with stagnant air upstairs and it being humid downstairs temperature was 71 upstairs with 73. I opened up all return grills upstairs and registers. I also adjusted the system control from more efficient to balanced turn down the continuous fan from 100% to 75% and adjusted cycles per hour from three down to two. If we need to go back, we would adjust the smart operation enabled feature under configuration and maybe put a Y in the ductwork to split the airflow coming off of the unit since it’s so close to the supply trunk Plenum.

*Immediate repair of temperature detection system only *Test operations 2 year warranty on repair performed through DiBiase Heating & Cooling 9/18/25. Put yard sign at end of driveway. Installed new pool heater sensor and tested operation of raypak. Homeowner requested 87 degree water temp set. Pool heater is working properly at time of service.

Fully assessed propane pool heater. Found pool heater locked out on sensor error. Looked up diagnostic and tested out sensor, it tested as open line sensor has failed. Our office to follow up with sensor replacement quote.
