Replace indoor coil under part warranty (Non-warranty price for repair is $3624.40) * Recover remaining refrigerant. * Remove and replace indoor coil with warranty coil. * Complete all mechanical connections to coil. * Pressure test system and soap test joints for leaks. * Evacuate system to below 500 microns. * Weigh in factory refrigerant charge. * Test system operation * Adjust charge by adding refrigerant as needed. * Process warranty with distributor for credit fort new coil. 3/10/26 Released remaining nitrogen in system. Removed failed leaking indoor coil Installed TXV in new coil and placed back on original drain pan. Brazed in new indoor coil *Also Removed filter drier and installed 3/8 refrigerant copper in its place. Installed new filter drier at more accessible location outside unit. Afterwards pressure tested with dry nitrogen to 345 psi and I could heat hissing

I arrived to the customers home to look at their heat pump, not keeping up. I checked the indoor unit first found the air filter was clogged. I replaced with the supplied filter from the customer 313 and my electric heat works. I went to the outdoor unit and it was not running With a heat . Found system is almost voided of charge had less than 25 psi. I had talked to the customer about add nitrogen to 400 psi to check for a leak for the indoor and outdoor unit. Customer approved the work pump the outdoor unit up to 400 psi, I couldn’t hear any distinctive or leak. I did spray all my joints with bubbles. I didn’t see any types of leaks outside, It’s also raining so it’s kind of hard to pinpoint but when going inside I did not hear a hiss but did find on the back left side of the indoor coil it was leaking . I collected for $457.51 for tonight’s work. Love the customer in aux heat I left the outdoor unit pressurized with the 400 psi and pulled the disconnect. We will be in contact with

I arrived to the customers home to service their 5 yr old Amana 95% gas furnace system. I started with checking the air filter and replaced , the filter size is 16x25x1. I checked all my electrical connections and voltages. I inspected and tested the burners , flame sensor and the igniter. I water tested all tubing and hoses. I inspected the exhaust and fresh air pipe for restrictions and bellies. I inspected the inducer and the blower motor operation. I checked and tested for combustion and took temp rise splits at the return and the supply. Everything is running fine at this time of service. Collected for $189.00 contract renewal paid by cc.

I arrived to the customers home to service their 4 yr old oil furnace system. I started with checking the air filter , and replaced the 16x25x1 air filter. I checked all my electrical connections and voltages. I checked and replaced my strainer and nozzle , and the oil filter. I inspected and set my electrodes for proper gapping for optimal performance. I inspected the flue pipe for corrosion and pitting. Inspected my heat exchanger and the chimney for clearance. I bled the oil burner and tested system for smoke and combustion. I took temp rise splits at the return and the supply. Everything is running fine at this time of service.

Arrived to the customers home for a heat pump check up on a 10 yr old system . I checked all electrical connections and voltages . I checked the air filter and replaced, filter size is a 401 supplied by the customer. Inspected the indoor coil and tested electric heat package. Took temp splits for the electric heat and blower motor amperage draws. I looked at the outdoor heat pump and tested for an outdoor btu output. Inspected the outdoor components and unit pressures. Everything is working fine the system is getting to an age of replacement in the near future. Collected for $89.00 paid by cc.

2/5/26 Dan I arrived to the customers home to service their 15 yr old thermo pride oil furnace system. I started with checking the air filter and replaced 20x25x1 . The customer supplies the air filter. I checked all my electrical connections and voltages. I checked and replaced my strainer and nozzle , and the oil filter. I inspected and set my electrodes for proper gapping for optimal performance. I inspected the flue pipe for corrosion and pitting. Inspected my heat exchanger and the chimney for clearance. I bled the oil burner and tested system for smoke and combustion. I took temp rise splits at the return and the supply. Everything is running fine at this time of service. The system is currently operational but past normal life expectancy. Replacement of system is recommended in the near future. Collected for 289.00 paid by check.

1/22/26. Removed old outdoor coil and installed new coil. Pressure tested at 350 psi and soap checked. Vacuumed down system to 500 microns. Added in factory charge 10lbs 8 ozs. Tested out heat pump system. Refrigerant pressures were 338/89. Re routed lines so they do not rub on anything. Heat pump system is working properly at time of service.

I arrived for no heat. Indoor auxiliary heat is working, but customer says outdoor heat pump is not running. I went to the outdoor unit put my gauges on found voided charge. I added a trace of gas and could see the outdoor unit my lead bulb for the TX was embedded in the outdoor coil, use my electronic leak detector bubbles and leak at that point on the coil. I took a video management will get back to the customer for labor pricing for the outdoor coil. Collected for my diagnostic for today’s service.
