Job Locations and Reviews
I arrived for a Q.A. Inspection on a Mitsubishi single head and outdoor mini split heat pump . I started with the indoor head and checked the wiring connections and the voltages and the neatness of the install . I pulled and inspected the air filters and cleaned if needed. I inspected the blower wheel and the cleanliness of the indoor mini split head . I tested the drain line and tested the fan speeds with the remote for proper operation. I turned the system on to cool and checked my supply and return temps. I went to the outdoor heat pump and checked over the neatness of the unit . I checked my wiring connections and the voltages . I inspected the drain line and the compressor and fan components. I checked the level of the heat pump mini and the disconnect . Both sides of the system are working fine at this time .
Basement system 6/25/26 Dan I Arrived to the customers home for a Q.A INSPECTION on a Bosch heat pump system. I checked all my electrical connections and voltages . I made sure all wiring and connections were completed in a neatly manner. I checked the air filter and replaced if needed filter size is a 22x22x1. I made sure the system had all the proper accessories tied into the equipment. I Inspected the indoor coil and tested drain lines. I looked at the outdoor heat pump and checked my wiring and checked the level of the disconnect and the heat pump. Inspected the outdoor components and unit pressures. Everything is in good working order.
Kitchen unit #3 6/25/26 Dan I Arrived to the customers home for a Q.A INSPECTION on a Bosch heat pump system. I checked all my electrical connections and voltages . I made sure the system had all the proper accessories tied into the equipment. I Inspected the indoor coil . Everything is in good working order.
6/25/26 Dan I arrived to the customers home to service their 1 yr old trane a/c system . I checked the wiring connections and the voltages . I checked and found the indoor air filter is good , the filter size is 20x25x4. I Inspected the indoor coil and tested the primary drain pan and cleared and tested the water drains and traps if applicable. I Took indoor temp splits at the return and the supply and checked the blower motor condition and operation. I looked at the outdoor unit wiring connections and voltages . I inspected the outdoor components and checked my unit pressures by using super heat sub cool method. System in good operating condition at this time.
6/23/26- Upon arrival, found that outdoor unit wasn’t functioning during routine maintenance on 3yr old Daikin system. During maintenance, I checked filter, it was good and flushed out EZ Trap drain line. Checked amp draws on blower motor. Found that no 240 voltage was getting to outdoor unit. Checked at breaker panel and it was tripped. Got system to run, had a temperature split of 15°, with outdoor temperatures at 67°, rainy conditions. Checked all electrical connections and components at outdoor unit. System did cut out during maintenance due to high abnormal pressure readings of 400+psi climbing to 600psi, with extremely high subcool temperatures. Pressures are indicating an over charged system. System started back up for a few minutes twice and cut back out on compressor overload. Will need to follow back up once compressor cools down for further diagnosis. Customer isn’t home at this time. We will need to contact customer for a scheduled visit. Tried to contact customer with assi
6/24/26 Dan I arrived for a no Cooling call on a carrier 16 yr old 1st floor system. I started with inspecting the indoor unit. I confirmed that the filter was ok, made sure the blower motor runs , and that the indoor coil was free of ice or debri. I went to the outdoor unit and inspected the system components and found the outdoor capacitor has failed and the contactor is starting to pit. I made sure the system has pressure. I went over pricing with the customer and gave them options for replacing both parts. Customer is also aware that the units are 16 years old and should be replaced very soon in the near future due to their age. Customer did approve doing the contactor and the dual capacitor . I shut the system down. I removed the failed and failing parts from the outdoor unit and replace with new OEM parts I tightened all connectors and replaced connectors if needed . I turned the system back on to cooling to check the unit operation. Everything Is up and running at this time .
I arrived to the customers home to service their 6 yr old Goodman a/c system and their 1 yr old goodman system. I checked the wiring connections and the voltages on both systems . I checked the indoor air filters for both systems the filter size is (2) 413 they do need to be replaced , customer has filters on order . I Inspected both indoor coils and tested the primary drain pan and cleared and tested the ez traps. I flushed the drains with water to tested the trap and the pump. I Took indoor temp splits at the return and the supply on both systems , and checked the blower motor amperage draws. I looked at the outdoor units and the wiring connections and voltages . I inspected the outdoor components and checked my unit pressures by using super heat sub cool method. Everything is working fine at this time of service for both systems. Did find on the 2nd floor unit that the coil was dirty and the dual capacitor is failing. The customer approved both options to be completed. I repla
Luis 6-1-26 Perform AC inspection on a 4 ton a Amana ac unit from 2018. Inspected wiring, controls, electric motors and components air delivery blower motor ok. Check supply and return air temps ok. Flush drain and test pump ok. Check outdoor unit electrical components and connections ok. Check refrigerant levels. Found refrigerant levels Lower than standard, provided estimate to add refrigerant and dye. Customer approved adding refrigerant and dye. We will check for leaks during next visit unless customer has ac issue in summer. Customer also approved installing air purification system to keep coil clean and prevent any mold/mildew or odors from indoor unit. We need to come back to install air purification system. Customer paid 50% deposit for air purification system. I checked and replaced the indoor air filter , the filter size is 14x24x1 . I Inspected the indoor coil and tested the primary drain pan and cleared and tested the water drains and traps if applicable. I Took indoor temp splits at the return and the supply and checked the blower motor condition and operation. I looked at the outdoor unit wiring connections and voltages . I inspected the outdoor components and checked my unit pressures by using super heat sub cool method. System in good operating condition at this time.
6/22/26. Performed precision a/c tune up on 2024 trane a/c system. Replaced aprilaire 401 air filter. Checked all electrical connections and components. Flushed water down condensation drain. Tested outdoor capacitor. Checked refrigerant pressures and temperatures at indoor and outdoor units. A/c is working properly at time of service.
This was the second time Joe has been to my house. He is very personable and explains things so that you have an understanding of the services that were done. He is thorough and takes his time to address any issues that you may be having. Bill and Edward were assisting Joe and they were both very nice as well. All employees at DiBiase that have been to my house are always very nice and respectful. I highly recommend this company.
Dan always does a great job servicing my AC and I feel very comfortable with him in my home. He explains things thoroughly and goes the extra mile.
Dan was sent to do a post-installation quality check on my first floor HVAC system that was installed at the end of April 2026. Dan was on time and worked in a timely manner. He is very courteous and has a friendly personality.
