Perform precision AC tuneup on trane run tru AC system.Aprilaire 210 air filter. Homeowner provided. Checked all electrical connections and components. Found no surge protection or water protection on the system provided solutions. Installed a G 3000 surge protector and wet switch. Tested outdoor capacitor. Check temperature split. Check refrigerant pressures and temperatures at indoor and outdoor units. Train AC is working properly at time of service.

I arrived to the customers home for an AC check up $89.00. When walking into the home it was warm. Customer had told me that the system was working on and off, but then it just stopped working . The breaker was tripping in the basement. I inspected the outdoor unit components made sure they were good. I did a complete diagnostic test on the compressor and found it is failed. The system is 20 years old and it will need to be replaced. Dylan is scheduled for today at 2 o’clock for an AC estimate collected for $99 diagnostic Paid by credit card.

Customer called you for main unit water leaking found system off upon arrival. Customer showed me where the water was coming from. Water was dripping from evaporator coil. Check drain flush water and test condensate pump. OK check system operation check refrigerator levels found system to be very low on refrigerant. Check compressor operation. Compressor shakes badly every time every time it comes on. Provided estimate to add refrigerant for now. Final recommendation will be system replacement. Home comfort consultant to come out tomorrow morning at 10 AM.

Performed precision a/c tune up on Bosch heat pump system. Replaced 18x22x1 air filter. Checked all electrical connections and components. Cleaned out ez trap. Found no surge protection on blower motor recommend . Installed surge protector. Checked temperature split. Checked all readings at outdoor control board. A/c is working properly at time of service.

Checked temperature split. Checked all readings at outdoor control board. A/c is working properly at time of service.

Luis 8-7-25 performed ac maintenance on Amana 2.5 ton ac unit. Checked thermostat for operation, checked and changed filter, checked blower motor amp draw, tightened all electrical connections, checked temperature split. Went outside and checked compressor amp draw, condenser fan motor amp draw, checked dual capacitor and contactor. Refrigerant levels ok. coils will need to clean. Customer does not have water protection and surge protection, we have previously provided estimate on those. Provided estimate for recommendations on coil cleaning and installation of potential relay with start capacitor (this he’ll help reduce stress on compressor when ever come on) helping compressor last longer.

Luis 8-7-25 AC tuneup on 4 ton Trane heat pump from 2012. check electrical low and high voltage connections and components ok, check air filter, airflow and static pressure ok inspect pump and drain check indoor blower. Went outside and check refrigerant levels and pressures. Capacitor and contactor ok. Cycle heat pump ok. During today’s visit I noticed some items that will need some attention. Condensation pump takes little longer to discharge water. Blower wheel and motor will need deep cleaning, outdoor heat pump is 13 years old. Provided some preventative items to keep unit running longer. Office to to follow up customer.
