On arrival unit was completely frozen inside at the coil and out at the outdoor unit. We will need to come back when defrosted next day, but the housesitter will not be back to the house till about 5:00 PM on the 20th. Luis 8-20-26 Found system off up arrival. Turned thermostat to cool and test operation. Check ac refrigeration system ok. Airflow on system ok. Blower moor wiring looks normal. I check error codes on indoor unit I also check error codes on outdoor heat pump. Heat pump showing b9 and b0 air flow issue. We recently replaced motor, I would recommend replacement of indoor control board. There could be an issue with Board not communicating with motor all the time. We would come back with new board. No charge warranty.

1W is how the ac system is labeled . Filter sizes of 22 x20X1 System is running to manufacture specifications. The heating zone valves need to be installed and wired they are 1 inch zone valves and the current ones are 3/4 but the piping reduces from 1 inch to three-quarter. the piping is very tight and seems to be problematic to install. The zone valves are currently here. Also there is some loose wiring. Not sure if it connects to the zone valves or old thermostat wires that need to be removed. We need to talk to Ben.
