Review job site for boiler and air conditioning and air handler installations. Look for places to run line sets and wiring. Recommend that the panel be upgraded before the air conditioning installation. There are two line sets that may be in a way for venting on the outside wall. Eric would like the vent line to come up the wall past the window to be out of the way of the walkway. Line set runs will be difficult and may need further inspection. So far as the boiler installation, we are going to be replacing a lot of the piping and possibly zone relays with the zone panel and replacing the circulators.

Multi mini split unit one of the heads was not working. Upon arrival I turned on using the controller and system functioned to standards. The problem was they were using the remote controller incorrectly.

I arrived to the customers home to service their 2 yr old bosch a/c system . I checked the wiring connections and the voltages . I checked and replaced the indoor air filter , the filter size is 20x20x1 . I Inspected the indoor coil and tested the primary drain pan and cleared and tested the water drains and traps if applicable. I Took indoor temp splits at the return and the supply and checked the blower motor condition and operation. I looked at the outdoor unit wiring connections and voltages . I inspected the outdoor components and checked my unit pressures by using super heat sub cool method. System in good operating condition at this time. I l left estimate for a dynamic air cleaner, 20x20x1. Customers will review their estimates once sent over.

Reviewed commercial building to replace 6 ac units and air handlers with hydronic coils, commercial boiler and zoning on boiler. Would like HE boiler options.

Luis 4-28-26 commercial account, units are complex, using special automation controls. We don’t work on this type of units I would recommend fully commercial automation company. Customer also has other building that is non automating and looking to get an estimate to replace systems and boiler, office to follow up with customer to schedule home comfort consultant appointment.

Replaced (2) 14x30x1 filters in central return grille. Cleaned return grille with shop vac. As far as the issue with the 1 bedroom overheating my suggestion would be to leave the door of this bedroom cracked allowing for the return to pull from that room. That bedroom supply grille is missing the key to be able to adjust the damper open and closed. Provided an email estimate to install this key. They are readily available online and made the suggestion that they can do this themselves but they want us to do it. You may also consider turning the heat pump thermostat OFF in the winter and using the oil hydronics as was the case before we stalled the heat pump. Formerly the system was AC only air handler. System operating well at this time.

No heat Ultimately found open flue gas manual reset high limit. Cleared chimney and inspected no serious obstructions. Recommend having a chimney contractor install a liner. Thermostat outdoor temperature input is 93°. Very inaccurate. Left estimate for WiFi thermostat. Will require an equipment interface because only 2 wires are available at wall behind thermostat. Condensate pump and vinyl tubing in very bad condition provided email estimate to replace. Equipment dates to 2010 this is considered beyond replacement age for the heat pump. Recommend consultation for new system. Left emailed estimate for AC+Gas Heat Plan membership. Billed for diagnostic fee and clearing chimney. System operating well at this time

Customer had called in and said she has no heat. She says she hears the inducer motor run but doesn’t hear the flame . On arrival I turned the thermostat back on set to heat. The inducer motor starts but I never hear the spark ignition for the burners. I checked inducer draw found good. I pulled the inducer for any restrictions. Inducer was clear, but I did vacuum the inducer housing. I pulled the vacuum tube off the inducer from the pressure switch and cleared out and pulled the pressure switch and checked found some debris in the screen of the pressure switch, I removed the debris. I put everything back together and retested system . The inducer started and the spark ignition initiated a spark and fired off the burners. The furnace is back up and running. I waived the 84.15 diagnostics since I was just here on the 9th. I collected for $144.18 for pressure switch clean out. Paid by cc.
