Upon arrival found system still pushing water off of the coil onto the unit where the heat kit is supposed to be. It’s not as bad, but still happening. Also found individual flex runs wet and condensing on the bottom, not the actual trunk, but the duck runs of flex which are rated at R4. We did all of the attic insulation so the attic is super sealed with spray foam and insulated and very hot up there. There are louvers on the side of the house, but no fan and nothing on the top of the roof line. even the condensation pipe and line are sweating all the way to the termination going out of the house. I removed the baffles on the trane coil air handler that divert the air hoping that that will eliminate the problem of pushing the water off of the coil. Also, I recommend that the flex runs be replaced with R8 value insulation. There are eight total runs six of which or 7 inch and two or 6 inch I set the coil temperature from 45 to 49 air flows from 260 to 320. Supply coming off the
Luis 8-7-26 Customer called in for water leak, steam boiler around 25 years old. Found sigh glass fittings leaking. We will need to replace the entire assembly. I noticed boiler is showing major rust on the bottom of block and other pipes, relief valve very hard to turn, current system does not have any low water cutoff and water feeder combination. Low water cutoff is also leaking water, my recommendation is to talked to consultant to explore new system options. I provided estimate to replace boiler exterior parts that are leaking. Set up consultation for next Monday between 8 and 10 • No obligation quote to replace system • A Comfort Specialist will provide several options to suit your comfort needs and budget • New equipment can offer better reliability, greater efficiency and improved comfort • Higher efficiency models run quieter and cost less to operate • Gain peace of mind with manufacturer and service provider warranties

No cooling 4Ton Heat pump Dibiase install 7/15/2020 Suction line, accumulator me reversing valve were iced up about 1” thick when I arrived. Blower motor was operating. Turned off disconnect to outdoor unit and de iced suction line, accumulator and indoor coil. Dried up water in auxiliary pan. Reset power to both indoor and outdoor equipment Started system back up. Found very high superheat at start up. I made slight adjustment to superheat spring of TXV and monitored system, Cleaned outdoor coil. Extended drain line termination to go beyond plastic cover of window well Made sure indoor TXV was working properly by putting hand on sensing bulb during operation. Good Pressures 294/134 8.5SH 9.9 SC perfect. I observerd no abnormality or faults while I was here. I explained that this could be an intermittent issue I.e. indoor blower motor “dropping out” which will cause indoor coil and suction line to ice up. Or there could be an intermittent compressor issue. Provided email estim

Estimate for 2nd floor
Removed 14 inch flex for return and added 18 inch to properly for a 4 ton system. Resealed supply Plenum and wrapped first 2 feet made adjustments to airflow. 250-320 with 1350 cfm. Also change coil temperature from. Also changed coil temperature from 41 and 43 to 43 and 46 tried to remove baffles on the coil but was not able to access. Upon arrival this morning, I did find minimal water in the unit where the heat kit is supposed to be.
I arrived to the customers home for their second floor system not working. The thermostat is blank. It keeps going on and off. I went up into the attic and found easy trap was clogged. I cleared out with a brush and ran water through the main coil pan and threw the easy trap made sure everything was draining properly. The system is back up and running at this time of service systems are older. I do recommend replacement in the near future. I did leave some water safety estimates for the first floor, the only water safety in the basement is the condensate pump . No charge recall from maintenance.
Tested ac and dialed in charge , adjusted superheat on txv . Tested heat printed combustion results . Heat supply 115. Cooling 60 supply and 75 return . Check thermostat settings and all wiring tested safety devices system is running to manufacture specifications at this time. Also grabbed the water sample from customer for testing purposes
Upon arrival found system running . Checked charge all good. Seems the condensate from the coil is being blown off the coil into the ductwork. Return is 14 in flex on 4 ton
