HVAC is 8 years old Replaced 14x25x1 filter Inspected heat exchanger, burners, flue pipe, inducer assembly and hoses Inspected hot surface ignitor and verified resistance with meter Cleaned flame sensor and verified flame rectification circuit Measured temperature rise and static pressure Checked wiring, controls, electric motors and components; equipment has surge protection Checked manifold gas pressure Inspected drain and pump. There is a condensate pump safety and EZ trap but no wet switch. Wet switch is a water safety device that will shut equipment down if water is detected on floor near indoor equipment. She says she wants to do the wet switch during the upcoming AC tune up. I reminded her that the cell of the REME air treatment system is due for replacement she agreed. I replaced cell today. Good until Jan. 2028 Combustion, draft and smoke tests: Pass Gas furnace is operating well at this time.

There is a condensate pump safety but no overfill protection switch. Provided estimate for drain pan safety switch. System also lacks floor water safety. Found failed inducer motor at Air temp furnace. This was replaced 3/9/23. Not covered under Dibiase guarantee or manufacturer warranty. Provided estimate to replace. I would avoid spending any more money on this furnace. I have personally replaced many parts on it already. We decided to fix furnace today considering part was available nearby and then schedule a consultation for new furnace. Remember we replaced the AC and indoor coil with Bosch heat pump and indoor coil so we will be quoting gas furnace only. 90,000 BTU 90%er. A 2-stage 80,000 BTU would be perfect. Returned with part and installed new inducer motor assembly. Afterwards tested system operations. Combustion test: Pass. The furnace has a history of going off on high limit because it is slightly oversized. Joe is going to replace 16x20x1 filter soon. I didn’t have one on the truck. We set up consultation for furnace replacement 10AM Monday.

I Arrived to the customers home for a heat pump check up on a 8 month old system . I checked all electrical connections and voltages . I checked the air filter and found good filter size is 20x20x1. Inspected the indoor coil and tested electric heat package. Took temp splits for the heat pump and checked the blower motor amperage draws. I looked at the outdoor heat pump and tested for an outdoor btu output. Inspected the outdoor components and unit pressures. Everything is working fine at this time of service. Also gave the customer his sensor for his ecobee thermostat. He will set it up with his thermostat.

Luis 12-9-25 customer call the office for no heat found no operation from the heater upon arrival found some water inside auxiliary pan. Check drain system found restricted drain line. I clear drain line and test operation water sensor would not reset. Customer approved replacement of sensor. Cycle heater couple times after repairs ok. System, is now working correctly.

Estimate for 2-year-old ductless system that never worked

Luis 10-30-25 customer has ductless unit two indoor heads match to one outdoor heat pump manufacture is off brand (Della) heat not working test operation check heat operation unit goes into high pressure error code after minutes of running. I switched operation to cooling check refrigerant pressures reading 0 psi. When testing on heat heat gets up to 660 psi. I tried to find troubleshooting guide or manual I could not get anything. I explained to customer this particular job needs advanced troubleshooting and we will need to contact tech support could take 1 to 2 extra hours to troubleshoot. Home comfort consultant to come out tomorrow afternoon between two and three.

Blown 5A low voltage fuse at air handler. Knick in low voltage wire just behind thermostat sub base. This was installed by us. Ran new 18/10 in one icee between thermostat and air handler. Replaced blown fuse. Tested system afterwards. System operating well at this time.
