System installed 10/6/22 Went to indoor unit in attic. No issues there both thermostats calling for cooling, Outdoor unit for the second floor system was locked out on Amana error code “04” locked rotor. Installed hard start kit. This could have been address before within the 2 year Dibiase warranty period. Refrigerant pressures Perfect 137/295 10°SH 7° SC Temperature split 82/64 Charged diagnostic only.

Talked to Kenneth about noise he hears when a/c starts up. Gave system a call for cooling and found that compressor starts first then Ecm condenser fan motor which is normal operating mode. Checked compressor amp draw it was 9.25 well within specs. Checked refrigerant pressures and temperatures they were great. Explained to homeowners that this is normal operation. Tightened all the screws to make as quiet as possible. Compressor is working perfectly at time of set.

Fully assessed no cooling situation. Found 40 amp circuit breaker tripped when I arrived. Reset breaker and it ran for about 5 minutes then tripped again. 40 amp breaker is weak and needs replaced. Also recommend installing a hard start kit to reduce amp draw on start up for compressor. Also recommend a surge protector for blower motor. Installed ssp6 hard start kit . And Ecm surge protector. . Tested operation after installing. Had an 18 degree temperature split when running. 410a refrigerant pressures were 303/132 with 9 subcooling. Outdoor coil is dirty, homeowner is going to clean coil and is having an electrical come out to change 40amp double pole breaker. A/c is working when breaker doesn’t trip.

Performed precision a/c tune up on trane heat pump system. Found 2012 ecobee thermostat failing. Recommend installing new ecobee premium thermostat. Installed thermostat and tested operation. Replaced 16x25x1 air filter. Checked all electrical connections and components. Checked temperature split. Tested outdoor capacitor. Checked refrigerant pressures and temperatures at indoor and outdoor units. A/c is working properly at time of service.

Performed precision a/c tune up on amana a/c systems. Replaced (2) 413 air filters. Checked all electrical connections and components. Customer mentioned that they intermittently have issues with a/cs needing to be reset. Explained to homeowner that we would need to see it when it is locked out. Found hard start kit on 2nd floor unit but not 1st floor. Provided estimate. Also customer could benefit from surge protection to protect both blower motors, provided estimate. Tested capacitors. Checked refrigerant pressures and temperatures at indoor and outdoor units. Both a/cs are working at time of service.

Immediate repair of 2 air delivery systems for both systems as well as repair of combustion removal system for 1st floor system. Air delivery system for 1st floor will have after-market blower motor assembly. *Remove blower housing to access blower motor assembly and remove *Install new blower motor assembly properly to blower wheel and centered *Reinstall housing and wire accordingly *Remove inducer assembly from 1st floor system *Install new inducer assembly, connect all condensate lines correctly, and wire properly *Test operations *2 Membership Agreements for both heaters and ac for priority service, 15% off discounts, no overtime fees, and 2 maintenance visits a year (ac in spring, heater in fall) *Install heavy duty surge protectors on both furnaces to protect valuable motors and circuit board from damages caused by Isurges and spikes ***Note that once repairs are completed, there may be additional quoted repairs if other issues are discovered. We cannot fully diagnose system

The flashing green LED is normal. No error codes at control boards. Relative humidity was 46% when I arrived. Temperature split 21.2°(72.5°-51.3°)Good Put gauges on system pressures were 124/317 15°SH..2.1° I added less that 2oz R410A to get superheat to perfect 10°. System operating well at this time. Told him to call us if anything else needed.

I arrived for AC, not keeping up. I set my ladder in the closet to gain access to the attic found my wet switch was tripped on a false trip no water in the secondary pan dry as a bone. I added an isolator underneath the wet switch and reset. I waited for the system to come back on and checked my drainage and the air filter condition, both are fine. I Went outside and checked my pressures. Everything is back up and running at this time of service. I collected for 84.15 for the diagnosis .

Checked the AC side of the system . Checked the air filter and found good . Checked the wiring connections and the voltages on high volt and low volt. Inspected the indoor coil and flushed and tested the drain line. Checked the blower condition and inspected the blower amps. Went to the outdoor unit and inspected the wiring connections and the components . Checked and tested the pressures by using superheat and sub cooling methods. Checked the amps for the compressor and the fan motor and checked the indoor cooling temps at the supply and return. The AC system is working fine at this time of service.

The three young men who did my HVAC installation were very nice and professional. They used drop cloths to protect the floors and carpet so that no mess was left behind. And they we're very careful when bringing equipment into and out of the house. Also, Tony Fiore, who is my sales rep, has been very good at communicating with me when I've had questions. He promptly returns calls and text messages.
