Tan 6/25/25 Responded to noise issue from AC condenser on balcony. Spoke to client when I arrived and she had complaints about her AC bothering her neighbors due to being loud. System was running and cooling as it should due to extremely hot weather. It’s set for 69° and will run long during these heat waves to remove as much heat from the home as possible. When I approached the closet I noticed it was louder than normal but not to the extreme sense. I felt the vibration from the balcony railing when I was leaning over to see the back side. I shut off the condenser and removed panel door. Checked wiring and configuration to ensure motors were properly wired. In rare instances, if wiring was done improperly the motors could go backwards and create a loud vibration, however this was not the case. Wiring and configuration were good. Checked fan motor mount and it was strong and stable. The fan itself was perfect and not giving off-balance rotation. I added vibration pads to the bottom of

Tony was friendly and knowledgeable. Great service! I also appreciated the quick turnaround time from when I requested a quote to actually getting one. While I was hoping for a lower quote, the pricing of the service is about what I anticipated, so no issues there.
