Barry was awesome
12/12/25 Connected Ecobee room sensor and gave to Mrs. Hines. She walked it upstairs, Replaced REME cell. Cell should be replaced every 2 years. Completed tankless water heater maintenance. Isolated and flushed heat exchanger with descaling solution for 45 min and then with water for 15 min. Inspected wiring, controls, motors. Removed ignition assembly and cleaned flame sensor with fine steel wool. Gasket in good condition. Afterwards tested system operations and performed combustion testing/analysis: Pass Completed heat tune up for natural gas furnace. Replaced 16x25x1 filter Inspected heat exchanger, burners, flue pipe, inducer assembly and hoses Inspected hot surface ignitor and verified resistance with meter Cleaned flame sensor and verified flame rectification circuit Measured temperature rise and static pressure Checked wiring, controls, electric motors and components; Checked manifold gas pressure Inspected drain and pump. Bushed out EZ trap Combustion, draft and smoke
Tested system main breaker keeps tripping once the heat pump or the electric back up. Heat comes on for no more than five minutes. Check draw an outdoor unit is showing about 5 A. The indoor air handler running is at 17 to 32 amp. Incoming into the whole 100 amp panel is only around 32 with the air handle running . Main breaker feels hot to the touch. Has to be something wrong with the main panel. I have the electric heat kit, disabled and breaker still trips with just heat pump.
Arrived to the customer's home and did not get an answer at the door.
Luis 11-7-25 customer called in for message on thermostat, system is heating. Alert was showing smart sensor lost communication with thermostat. Customer could not find sensor. I told customer once they find sensor replace batteries and should connect. If does not connect they buy other sensors. I also helped customer add new thermostat to the app so they have access from thermostat. We removed old thermostat from the app and add the new one. Warranty call
Barry did a great job, he was helpful trying to solve the problem on the phone before he even came to the house
When I arrived the thermostat was displaying critical temperature and humidity sensor error. 27V between R and C Back of thermostat as very hot to the touch when I took off the wall. Offered to install new Ecobee with room sensor under manufacturer part warranty. They agreed. Installed, wired, and configured new thermostat. Connected new room sensor. Afterwards tested. Homeowner will connect to WiFi. Left instructions on table. System operating well at this time.

Tan 6/25/25 Responded to noise issue from AC condenser on balcony. Spoke to client when I arrived and she had complaints about her AC bothering her neighbors due to being loud. System was running and cooling as it should due to extremely hot weather. It’s set for 69° and will run long during these heat waves to remove as much heat from the home as possible. When I approached the closet I noticed it was louder than normal but not to the extreme sense. I felt the vibration from the balcony railing when I was leaning over to see the back side. I shut off the condenser and removed panel door. Checked wiring and configuration to ensure motors were properly wired. In rare instances, if wiring was done improperly the motors could go backwards and create a loud vibration, however this was not the case. Wiring and configuration were good. Checked fan motor mount and it was strong and stable. The fan itself was perfect and not giving off-balance rotation. I added vibration pads to the bottom of

Tony was friendly and knowledgeable. Great service! I also appreciated the quick turnaround time from when I requested a quote to actually getting one. While I was hoping for a lower quote, the pricing of the service is about what I anticipated, so no issues there.
