Luis 11-14-25 installation of two Apco x ultra for first floor and second floor air handler wired step down transformer to power up Apco x. Test system operation ok. Would recommend setting thermostat to fan circulation for better efficiency.
Fully assessed thermostat working incorrectly. Found train touchscreen thermostat when you hit the up or down arrow it would skip up in numbers drastically. Touchscreen on thermostat is working in correctly. Replaced with Honeywell t-6 thermostat. Showed homeowner how to use thermostat. Gas furnace is working properly at time of service,
Luis 11-12-25 customer called in for a noise coming from the ductwork. He didn’t notice this before test system operation system came on low stage after 15 minutes of running system went into second stage and that’s when noise started. Noise was coming from blower, check static pressure and check airflow after checking airflow and temp rise I was able to slow down blower, to achieve better number I was also able to almost eliminate noise, now unit is running quieter and still within manufacturer running within manufacture specifications. Tempe rise 58 degrees low and high maximum allowance 65 degree differential. After adjusting blower speed 1650 cfm to 1400 cfm static pressure went from 1.25 to .90 wc. And Tempe rise increase from 45 to 58 F. I also replaced customer supplied box filter 16x25x4. No charge warranty
11-12-25 Luis Performed quality assurance on recently installed first floor heater, check all settings in thermostat and heater ok. Check airflow settings staging ok. Check combustion results ok gas pressure ok check supply and return air temps ok. Test system operation ok customer had no questions. We will need to come back to replace drain termination elbow. Customer also mentioned about second floor heater not working, I look at heater for second floor. Off on error code 4 rollout switch open. Full system was replaced by ace hardware home service 4 months ago. Customer needs to contact original contractor to work on this unit. Not sure if it was commissioned and set up properly (no combustion hole is showing). Customer leave for a meeting. I could not explain situation for second floor system. Office to follow u
Fully assessed vibration at oil furnace. Found vibration coming from blower motor. Found a large piece of insulation got sucked up into wheel causing vibration. Removed large piece and extreme vibration went away. Still noticed some wobble in wheel recommend replacing motor and wheel. Called distributor for pricing and availability. Provided estimate for repair. Oil furnace is working at time of service.
11/10/25 Dan I arrived to the customers home to service their 12 yr old gas furnace system. I started with checking the air filter and replaced , the filter size is 16x25x1. I checked all my electrical connections and voltages. I inspected and tested the burners , flame sensor and the igniter. I water tested all tubing and hoses. I inspected the exhaust and fresh air pipe for restrictions and bellies. I inspected the inducer and the blower motor operation. I checked and tested for combustion and took temp rise splits at the return and the supply. Everything is running fine at this time of service. I sent a payment link for the son to renew.
Installed aprilaire 600m bypass Humidifier ran new water line from hot side of water heater with 3/4" sharkbite valve. Checked water line for leaks. Ran new 3 wire from eim board to Humidifier. Installed new drain to condensate pump. Tested proper operation of new Humidifier.
Installed new trane gas furnace and ac coil built new return and reused supply. Tapped/caulked return and supply. Adapted high volt and installed new outlet and switch. Ran new condensate line and installed new ez trap and condensate pump. Ran new vinyl tubing from pump to seer drain located in basement. Adapted gas line and vent piping to new furnace. Installed new thermostat provided by customer and wired in low volt with safeties. Flushed existing line set and connected to new equipment. Installed new A/C outdoor on leveled pad. Installed new disconnect with surge protector and wired it into outdoor unit. Cleaned up work area and tested out equipment. To cold at time of install to properly test out A/C. Will have to return in the summer to adjust charge. Used the rest of my bottle to fill. Did not collect payment as customer was not home at completion of job
Installed new Trane furnace and coil. Installed 2410 aprilaire air filter with new return boot. Adapted to supply plenum and ran new return drop for metal. Installed 115v condensate pump with EZ trap and ran new vinyl. Installed blower surge protector. Adapted to vents and gas line. Installed new Trane 3.5 ton unit on 38x42 pad. Installed mars disconnect. Flushed lineset. Charged unit. Tested all operations and cleaned work area.

Barry was very personable. He was very thorough and explained everything that he noted of importance on the maintenance tune-up.
He was polite and to the point. Tolerated our noisy and enthusiastic dog which we appreciate. We are glad someone was able to come out quickly.

It was a pleasure meeting Joe DiBiase, the owner of the company. He is very nice and conscientious, and he spent a couple of hours doing different things to resolve the issue I was having with my air conditioner. I would highly recommend his company.
Kurt was very nice and arrived on time. He was very professional and completed the job in a timely manner.
The three young men who did my HVAC installation were very nice and professional. They used drop cloths to protect the floors and carpet so that no mess was left behind. And they we're very careful when bringing equipment into and out of the house. Also, Tony Fiore, who is my sales rep, has been very good at communicating with me when I've had questions. He promptly returns calls and text messages.
