Luis 4-8-26 performed ac tune up on York 3 ton from 2015. Check indoor and outdoor units. Check components, drain system, air delivery and refrigeration coils. All electrical components ok. During today’s visit I incited some items that will need attention soon. Drain system for the indoor coil looks to be leaking from threads, and one of the connection is not glued, indoor coil is in bad shape metal frame of coil is breaking in pieces due to corrosion, condensation pump and vinyl not. Air scrubber cell is due for change. I provided estimate for repairs and recommendations, turn off humidifier, humidifier is at least 15 year old. I also noticed water expansion tank has failed. Provided estimate for repairs and replacement. Outdoor unit is running below refrigerant levels. We can come back and add refrigerant to system, final recommendation is to get an estimate to replace system. Customer agreed to have comfort consultant to come out Friday morning between 9 and 10

I checked and replaced the indoor air filters for both systems the filter size is (2) 413 . I Inspected both indoor coils and tested the primary drain pan and cleared and tested the ez traps. I flushed the drains with water to tested the trap and the pump. I Took indoor temp splits at the return and the supply on both systems ,  and checked the blower motor amperage draws. I looked at the outdoor units and the  wiring connections and voltages . I inspected  the outdoor components and checked my unit pressures by using super heat sub cool method.  Everything is working fine at this time of service for both systems. 

I sent a payment link to the customer to pay for both 413 air filter replacements, she  had to leave .

I arrived to the customers home to service their 10 month old Amana a/c system and their 8 yr old American  standard . I checked the wiring connections and the voltages on both systems . I checked and replaced the indoor air filters for both systems the filter size is 15x25x1, 413 . I Inspected both indoor coils and tested the primary drain pan and cleared and tested the ez traps. I flushed the drains with water to tested the trap and the pump. I Took indoor temp splits at the return and the supply on both systems ,  and checked the blower motor amperage draws. I looked at the outdoor units and the  wiring connections and voltages . I inspected  the outdoor components and checked my unit pressures by using super heat sub cool method.  Everything is working fine at this time of service for both systems. 


Recommended from previous invoices for wet switch installation for the 1st and 2nd floor system . To help prevent major water damage to the basement it’s finished .

I arrived for an error code on the customers cell phone, which is giving a heating equipment is showing sides of reduce performance error. I am still waiting to hear back from Honeywell. If there is something that they know about the equipment, air alert, but the equipment is up and running and working. This is a recall, no charge.

I Arrived to the customers home for a heat pump check up on a 2 yr old Trane system . I checked all electrical connections and voltages . I checked the air filter and replaced, filter size is a 20x23x4 I added temporary a 20x23x1 . Inspected the indoor coil and tested electric heat package. Took temp splits for the electric heat and blower motor amperage draws. I looked at the outdoor heat pump and tested for an outdoor btu output. Inspected the outdoor components and unit pressures. Everything is working fine at this time of service. 


I did leave a few estimates for the customer to review . 

1 for a indoor surge protection for the blower motor.
1 for a outdoor surge protection for the outdoor disconnect 
1 for a upgraded thermostat . (S1200)

Technician Nathan, also very professional, came out the next day to complete the job and our system was back up and running. So far, so good.
