I arrived for a no Cooling call on a Amana 3 yr old system. I started with inspecting the indoor unit. I confirmed that the filter was ok, made sure the blower motor runs , and that the indoor coil was free of ice or debri. I went to the outdoor unit and found the unit was locked out on locked rotor amps. I did test the compressor and capacitor found good. Unit needed a hard start kit . I installed the new hard start and testing the system operation. Collected for diagnostic and repair. 325.38 paid by check# 863

I arrived to the customers home. I was there yesterday for a low pressure switch trip on an outdoor unit. It did the same thing for today yesterday my pressures were good when I restarted the system and I replaced the filter. The other filter was dirty my low pressure wires and I did tape a few spots, but nothing was severely rub through at this time, I jumped out the low pressure switch on the board and I’m gonna let the unit run over the weekend to see if it trips out thinking it has a faulty low pressure switch on the outdoor unit no charge for recall from yesterday

I arrived to the customers home to look at their furnace not working. 
The reason why the furnace wasn’t running, was due to the burner arm orifices were dirty. Gas wasn’t able to get through to be able to combust. I had talked to the customers and recommended them to replace the burner tubes with upgraded stainless steel and to replace the L.P. Gas orifices with new . The Customers did approve the pricing for the upgraded burners and new orifices. They will need five burner tubes and five LP orifices kit . once that’s completed. They also paid for a coil cleaning difficult with water for the outdoor unit . I collected for 50% at 511.32 .

I arrived to the customers home to service their 1 yr 2nd floor Goodman a/c system . I checked the wiring connections and the voltages . I checked and replaced the indoor air filter , the filter size is (2) 16x16x1 . I Inspected the indoor coil and tested the primary drain pan and cleared and tested the water drains and traps if applicable. I Took indoor temp splits at the return and the supply  and checked the blower motor condition and operation. I looked  at the outdoor unit wiring connections and voltages . I inspected  the outdoor components and checked my unit pressures by using super heat sub cool method.  System in good operating condition at this time. 

1st floor $89.00 check up .

Luis 4-10-26 performed ac tune up on 3.5 ton Trane heat pump from 2009. Check indoor and outdoor components, replace air filter check air delivery system, drain and refrigerant system. Found condensation pump failed and not pumping water, provided estimate for replace pump with new vinyl. Check temperatures splits. Check heat pump operation  I noticed unit is running low on refrigerant, still cooling but not 100%.  I provided some scenarios for repairs regarding refrigeration issue. System is passed life expectancy, customer should think on replacement soon. Customer decided to add refrigerant/dye and replacement of pump with new vinyl
