Job Locations and Reviews

Checked the AC side of the system . Checked the air filter and found good. Checked the wiring connections and the voltages on high volt and low volt. Inspected the indoor coil and flushed and tested the drain line. Checked the blower condition and inspected the blower amps and tested for static pressure. Went to the outdoor unit and Checked and tested the pressures by using superheat and sub cooling methods. Checked the amps for the compressor and the fan motor and checked the indoor cooling temps at the supply and return. The AC system is working fine at this time of service.

We Vent 2 bath fans to gable end. Of of them was not creating enough suction. Found kink on the second floor 4 in fan fix kink and test ok now is maintaining suction on all four sides. I also cut back about 8 feet of 6 in flex for master bath exhaust by doing this suction was greater paste. reconfirm results after adjustment with customer.

Checked the AC side of the systems. Checked all the air filters and replaced the 1st floor 213 2nd floor was good 201. checked all electrical wiring and voltages. Checked the indoor coils and inspected the drain pans . The condensate drains on all units were water tested and cleared. Inspected the condensate pump on the 1st floor systems. Checked all the blower operations and amps. Inspected the outdoor unit coils and inspected the wiring connections and voltages for all units . Tested the pressures by using superheat and subcool methods and checked the amps for the compressor in the fan motors on all units . Checked the indoor cooling temps at the supplies and returns for both systems . Both AC units are working fine at this time of service .

Installed new trane indoor coil and A/C outdoor. Placed coil on existing furnace and adapted supply. Tapped/ caulked supply. Wired in low volt for a2l function on furnace. Ran new condensate line with ez trap to existing condensate pump. Ran new vinyl from pump to sewer line located in basement. Flushed line set and connected to new equipment. Installed new A/C outdoor on leveled pad. Installed new disconnect with surge protector and wired into outdoor unit. Cleaned up work area and tested out equipment.

Performed ac tune up Checked thermostat for operation, checked 413;filter, primed and cleaned EZ trap, checked blower motor amp draw, tightened all electrical connections, checked temperature split. Went outside and checked compressor amp draw, condenser fan motor amp draw, checked dual capacitor and refrigerant pressures. System is working at this time. Cycle ac unit ok.

Ser new unit in place. Adapted to Supply ductwork. Adapted return to new furnace. Piped lineset into new unit. Ran new condensate drain to new condensate pump with ez trap safety switch. Adapted to gas line and checked for leaks. Made all high and low voltage connections to unit. Adapted to existing exhaust vent and snorkled intake vent. Wired all safeties in series to break 24v R call to thermostat. Set new unit it in new pad and leveled. Hung new disconnect box with internal surge protector and sealed to wall. Piped lineset into new unit. Brazed pressure tested evacuated R s and charged system. Made all high and low voltage connections to unit. Performed all test out procedures cleaned all work areas and reviewed installation with homeowner.

Performed precision AC tuneup on two Lennox AC systems. 16 x 25 x 4 air filter in attic is dirty. Homeowner to replace. Replaced basement AC air filter 20 x 25 x 4. Homeowner provided checked all electrical connections and components check temperature split. Tested outdoor capacitors. Found no surge protection on either system provided estimate to install AG 3000 surge protectors for both systems. Check refrigerant pressures and temperature at indoor and outdoor units. Both AC systems are working fine at time of service.

Set new units in place on furnace feet adapted existing return drop to new unit. Built custom transition for Supply ductwork. Adapted to existing gas line and checked for leaks. Adapted to existing lineset. Made all high and low voltage connections to unit. Ran new condensate drain with ez trap and new condensate pump. Wired all safeties in series to break 24v R call to thermostat. Adapted to existing exhaust vent pipes and snorkled intake pipe. Set new unit on new pad and leveled. Hung new disconnect box with internal surge protector and sealed to wall. Adapted lineset to new unit. Brazed pressure tested evacuated and charged system. Made all high and low voltage connections to unit. Performed all test out procedures cleaned all work areas and reviewed installation with homeowner.

PECO Air Sealing and Insulation Project * Perform blower door test and calculate target for the home. * Install rafter vents at attic roofline to ensure ventilation is not negatively impacted by adding insulation. * Move insulation and air seal attic plane with single part spray foam and place insulation back into place. * Add more insulation into attic space with blown in insulation to achieve desired value. * Vent 2 bath fans to gable end. * Perform duct sealing for all accessible ductwork in basement area including register boots. * Perform test out blower door test to validate results from air sealing.

Perform AC tuneup on a Amana 3 ton system. Check electrical components low and high voltage is replaced 16 x 25 x1 air filter, flush condensate drain and add to the drain.check supply and return air temps and flows. Check static pressure. Check. Outdoor unit refrigerant legs and pressures control board setting ok no error codes. Adjust sub cooling levels to 5 degrees. Cycle ac unit ok. Provided information about adding surge protection to the Indoor blower and adding UV light to coil.
