Job Locations and Reviews
I arrived to the customers home to complete a QA inspection on a newly gas, furnace and AC system. I started with checking the gas system and no issues , I tested all the water safeties , and the drains. I went to the outdoor unit to check the neatness of the install. Found the unit was not leveled. I leveled the unit. I Went to put my gauges on the unit and found voided of charge. I added nitrogen to 400 psi and found a leak on the indoor line set on an elbow that we installed. It had 2 leaks on the 3/4 line set . I brazed the indoor 3/4 copper 90 on both sides found leaking on either side. I checked with nitrogen again and left on at 400 psi . I left the job. It went to help Barry with the coil nearby. I came back to the job later and found pressure was still same as I left it at 400 psi. I removed the nitrogen and evacuated to 500 microns and then charged the system back up and tested for super heat and sub cool.
Replacement of expansion tank. Test boiler operation water pressure and temperature ok. Bleed all zones. Found water heater zone end switch not making. Customer will have issues once he is no longer using heat. Provided estimate to replace zone valve head. I also provided options regards new water heater replacement option.
I Arrived to the customers home for a Q.A INSPECTION on a Trane heat pump system. I checked all my electrical connections and voltages . I made sure all wiring and connections were completed in a neatly manner. I checked the air filter and replaced if needed filter size is 20x23x1. I made sure the system had all the proper accessories tied into the equipment. I Inspected the indoor coil and tested electric heat package. I looked at the outdoor heat pump and checked my wiring and checked the level of the disconnect and the heat pump. Inspected the outdoor components and unit pressures. Everything is in good working order.
Had wrong air filter. Our warehouse guy to order Aprilaire 510. Homeowner paid for filter.
3/6/26. Performed precision heat tune up on 2018 amana gas furnace. Replaced aprilaire 413 air filter and serviced #35 humidifier. Checked temperature rise. Cleaned flame sensor. Checked gas pressure. Checked resistance of hsi. Performed combustion test. Gas furnace is working properly at time of service.
Replaced 4” metal tee and 4” cap. Screwed in and secured with sheet metal screws. Gas furnace is working properly at time of service.
I Arrived to the customers home for a heat pump check up on a 6 yr old Trane system . I checked all electrical connections and voltages . I checked the air filter and replaced, filter size is 16x25x4/ I used a 16x25x1 . I Inspected the indoor coil and tested electric heat package. Took temp splits for the electric heat and blower motor amperage draws. I looked at the outdoor heat pump and tested for an outdoor btu output. Inspected the outdoor components and unit pressures. Everything is working fine at this time. I did leave sagar a few estimates to review , I did speak to him over the phone. I sent him a payment link for his new sign up service contract.
3/3/26 Dan I Arrived to the customers home for a heat pump check up on a 2 yr old Bosch system . I checked all electrical connections and voltages . I checked the air filter and replaced, filter size is 18x20x1 . Inspected the indoor coil and tested electric heat package. Took temp splits for the electric heat and blower motor amperage draws. I looked at the outdoor heat pump and tested for an outdoor btu output. Inspected the outdoor components and unit pressures. Everything is working fine at this time , newer system . Collected for $189.00 contract renewal paid by cc.
Luis 2-27-26 performed gas heat tune up on Lennox 80% (2006) gas heater. Test system operation, inspect air delivery parts, combustion and ignition components, all the components are showing major wear and major corrosion, inducer assembly pulling high amps than rated. Igniter has major discoloration, there is significant play in blower motor shaft. Customer most likely could have issues with heater soon. I would recommend replacing system. I emailed estimate to replace some of the parts that are showing the most wear and tear. I tried calling land lord, direct to voicemail. Office to contact customer.
Luis 2-27-26 performed quality assurance on recently installed heat pump. And air handler, test operation regular heat and back up heat, hot water coil ok. Test hot water coil operation ok. Check indoor and outdoor wiring ok. Check refrigerant pressures. Ok system passed inspection. We will need some crushed stone to level outside pad. Non urgent, can be done during ac tune up.
