3/20/26. Performed quality assurance on recently installed trane hybrid system. Checked all electrical connections and components. Checked over settings in the thermostat. Talked to homeowner about how the compressor functions at outdoor heat pump. Ran system in both heat pump mode and gas furnace. Performed combustion test. Trane system is working properly at quality assurance.
3/18/26 Dan Arrived to the customers home to replace his pressure transducer on the first floor outdoor Bosch heat pump. I mounted and installed the exterior transducer on the suction line . I checked for leaks and wired back into the system to the board. I turned the system back on and tested for refrigerant and system operation. The system is back up and running and is currently operational . Collected the balance for $471.75 paid by cc.
3/16/26 Dan I Arrived to the customers home for a heat pump check up on a 9 yr old Amana system . I checked all electrical connections and voltages . I checked the air filter and replaced, filter size is 313. Inspected the indoor coil and tested electric heat package. Took temp splits for the electric heat and blower motor amperage draws. I looked at the outdoor heat pump and tested for an outdoor btu output. Inspected the outdoor components and unit pressures. Everything is working fine at this time of service. Did recommend in adding a ez trap for a water safety to help prevent any water damage .
Installation of electric smart water heater, run new 10/2 from electrical panel to water heater location, install new 30 amp breaker and make space with mini style breakers 20 amps. Capped indirect water heater 1 in piping. Drain and purge boiler.
3/12/26 Dan 2 furnace check ups . I arrived to the customers home to service both their 4 yr old Amana 95% gas furnace’s. I started with checking the air filters and replaced both, the filter sizes are both a 413. I checked all my electrical connections and voltages. I inspected and tested the burners , flame sensors and the igniters on both units. I water tested all tubing and hoses. I inspected the exhaust and fresh air pipe for restrictions and bellies. I inspected the inducer and the blower motor operations for both units. I checked and tested for combustion and took temp rise splits at the return and the supply's on both systems . Both heat systems are working fine at this time of service. Collected for $378.00 contract renewal for both systems. I recommended a blower motor surge protection for the 1st and 2nd floor systems. I gave him estimates for replacing is uv bulbs on both systems and an estimate for wet switch per system to help protect the finished basement from wa
3/12/26 Dan I arrived to the customers home to service their 5 yr old Amana a/c system . I checked the wiring connections and the voltages . I checked and replaced the indoor air filter , the filter size is 16x25x1. I Inspected the indoor coil and tested the primary drain pan and cleared and tested the ez trap . I flushed the drains with water to tested the trap and the pump. I Took indoor temp splits at the return and the supply and checked the blower motor amperage draws. I looked at the outdoor unit wiring connections and voltages . I inspected the outdoor components and checked my unit pressures by using super heat sub cool method. Everything is working fine at this time of service.
Luis 3-11-26 no cooling call, recently installed heat pump, found mitigation board registering 7 flashes, called tech support to get help how to reset board, after couple attempts found unit would not reset, I check coil for any refrigerant leaks no leaks present, I bypassed heat pump for troubleshooting purposes, (after troubleshooting I put wires back to original position) refrigeration numbers are within range. We will need to order new 2AL sensor. No charge warranty heat pump is not working at this time.
Luis 3-11-26 performed oil heater tune up 2008 Lennox heater, three trane heat pump from 2019 and Mitsubishi ductless. (2) 413 filter, (1) 212 and (1) 201. Humidifier for addition unit is off for season will need service in fall 2026. (It could be added to thermostat it has extra wires) Performed oil heater tune up on Lennox oil heater with af11 burner, test system operation before tune up. I noticed some noise coming from burner. Fuel pump has some oil drops under pump seals. System came on and run for few minutes, I proceeded with tune up. Check all electrical connections and components, clean heat exchanger and flue pipe. Flue pipe is about 18 feet long to chimney base. Most of the piping is heavily corroded. And some of the fittings are starting to disintegrate. Replace oil filter and nozzle. After cleaning cycle furnace performed combustion and smoke test ok. Replace 213 filter. Inspect oil tank and fuel gage, I noticed corrosion on nitro, of the tank. And gage not working prop
Luis 3-9-26 customer had water around boiler, customer showed me where the water was coming from, pressure relief was leaking. Customer turned the boiler off. Check water pressure and expansion tank. Expansion tank has failed. Full of water. Provided estimate to replace expansion tank and bleed lines. Customer approved repairs. He also paid 50% for deposit. Office to follow up with customer tomorrow morning.
