Job Locations and Reviews
Luis 12-18-25 performed propane gas heat tune up on trane 90% 100,000 Btu furnace. Check all electrical connections and components, replace 413 filter, service humidifier and replace pad. Check all combustion components, air delivery and combustion removal. Found sensor is bad shape, took photos. Performed combustion test co levels ok. Performed safety test on heat exchanger, discover a crack on heat exchanger, heat exchanger is under parts only warranty, other parts are non warranty. I provided estimate for repairs. I did also showed customer estimate to rebuild heater in stages. I would also recommend getting and estimate to replace system. Home comfort consultant to come out tomorrow at 9 am.
Arrived to the customers home for 2 heat pump check ups on a 3 yr old and a 5 yr old systems. I checked all electrical connections and voltages . I checked the air filter and found good , filter sizes are 201 and 213. Inspected the indoor coil and tested electric heat packages on both systems. Took temp splits for the electric heat and amperage draws. I looked at the outdoor heat pumps and tested for an outdoor btu outputs. Inspected the outdoor components and unit pressures on both systems. Everything is working fine on both systems. Collected for renewal balance .
Customer was over heating , in the basement. I found the basement damper was working opposite of the call from the thermostat, which was giving a heat call when the stat was already satisfied. I switched the leads at the board and at the damper for zone 3 basement zone. All the dampers do power closed . The dampers are working as normal at this time of service. I checked all 3 dampers for proper operation. I did offer a service contract , they declined at this time . I did leave the contract price in estimates. Collected for diagnostics 193.55 paid by cc.
2 furnace check ups . I arrived to the customers home to service their 3 yr old system and there 8 yr old system. I started with checking the air filters and replaced all . I checked all my electrical connections and voltages. I inspected and tested the burners , flame sensors and the igniters on both units. I water tested all tubing and hoses. I inspected the exhaust and fresh air pipe for restrictions and bellies. I inspected the inducer and the blower motor operations for both units. I checked and tested for combustion and took temp rise splits at the return and the supply's on both systems . Both heat systems are working fine at this time of service. Collected for both air filters at $ 67.15 each . Paid by cc. I Arrived to the customers home for a heat pump check up on a 12 yr old system . I checked all electrical connections and voltages . I checked the air filter and replaced, filter size is a 413 . Inspected the indoor coil and tested electric heat package. Took temp splits f
Found no surge protection on blower motor, installed Ecm surge protector. Also performed precision heat tune up amana gas furnace. Replaced aprilaire 413 air filter. Checked all electrical connections and components. Checked temperature rise. Cleaned flame sensor. Checked resistance of hsi. Inspected burners. Performed combustion test. Gas furnace is working properly at time of service.
Luis 12-16-25 customer called in for heating issue, first floor overheating. Customer explained situation, first floor overheating. Customer has zone system basement first floor and second floor. They are all individual zone dampers. I could not located them, I test all three zones and went to all registers and check airflow. All zoning system checks ok. Opening and closing according to thermostat operation. At this time could not find any issues, if customer has same problem would recommend replacing thermostats i provide estimate to add smart thermostats and regular ones.

Luis 12-13-25 customer called in for gas smell coming from heater, I check heater operation and check all connections no smell cycle heater couple times and no smell. I check intake and exhaust ok. I talked to ray and told him if smell comes back he will need to contact peco they have a better leak detector.
Performed precision heat tune up on 2003 Rudd gas furnace. Replaced 16x25x1 air filter. Checked all electrical connections and components. Checked temperature rise. Cleaned flame sensor. Checked gas pressure. Performed combustion test. Examined heat exchanger with camera and found some deep rust pitting in heat exchanger, didn’t find any holes thru yet but recommend replacing furnace before this happens. Also found inducer motor is making noise. Provided estimate to replace inducer but this does not fix condition of heat exchanger. Recommend getting a replacement quote from dibiase. She is going to talk to her family first she will get back to us.
Performed precision heat tune up on (2) Lennox propane gas furnaces. Replaced 20x25x4 air filter for basement furnace, provided by homeowner. 16x25x5 filter homeowner is going to replace. Checked all electrical connections and components. Checked gas pressure. Cleaned flame sensors. Checked resistance of hsi. Inspected heat exchangers with camera. Found no surge protection on ethier system both have variable speed motors, provided estimate to install. Inspected burners. Provided estimate to replace non working humidifier with Aprilaire 620 humidifier. Performed combustion test. Both furnaces are working at time of service. Basement furnace is 12 years old would consider replacement.
