Checked the AC side of the system , the system is 6 yrs old. Checked the air filter and found good . Checked the wiring connections and the voltages on high volt and low volt. Inspected the indoor coil and flushed and tested the drain line. Checked the blower motor condition and inspected the blower amps . Went to the outdoor unit and inspected the wiring connections and the components . Checked and tested the pressures by using superheat and sub cooling methods. Checked the amps for the compressor and the fan motor and checked the indoor cooling temps at the supply and return. The AC system is working fine at this time of service.

Perform precision AC tuneup on Amana AC system. Aprilaire 413 Air filter is OK. Checked all electrical connections and components. Brushed out easy trap. Recommended installing ECM surge protector, installed search protector. Check refrigerant pressures and temperatures at indoor and outdoor units. AC is working fine at time of service

08/19/25 Dan Checked the AC side of the system , the system is 6-7 yrs old. Checked the air filter and replaced. Checked the wiring connections and the voltages on high volt and low volt. Inspected the indoor coil and flushed and tested the drain line. Checked the blower motor condition and inspected the blower amps . Went to the outdoor unit and inspected the wiring connections and the components . Checked and tested the pressures by using superheat and sub cooling methods. Checked the amps for the compressor and the fan motor and checked the indoor cooling temps at the supply and return. The AC system is working fine at this time of service. During the maintenance I found the outdoor capacitor 45/5 mfd was very weak . Also recommended in replacing the contactor do to ware and take. She approved both the repairs. Both items have been replaced and tested. Filter size is 16x23x1 been using a 16x24x1.

Checked the AC side of the systems are 7 yrs old. Checked all the air filters and replaced and checked all electrical wiring and voltages. Checked the indoor coils and inspected the drain pans . The condensate drains on all units were water tested and cleared. Inspected the condensate pumps on both systems. Checked all the blower operations and amps. Inspected the outdoor unit coils and inspected the wiring connections and voltages for all units . Tested the pressures by using superheat and subcool methods and checked the amps for the compressor in the fan motors on all units . Checked the indoor cooling temps at the supplies and returns for both systems . Both AC units are working fine at this time of service .

Went to the outdoor unit and inspected the wiring connections and the components . Checked and tested the pressures by using superheat and sub cooling methods. Checked the amps for the compressor and the fan motor and checked the indoor cooling temps at the supply and return. The AC system is working fine at this time of service.

I arrived to the customer’s home to investigate noise on the outdoor unit. I first went inside and checked the air filter, coil and blower unit had a slight vibration. Vibration was coming from a loose cabinet or on the outside unit. I tighten the screws on the cabinet and the noise went away. I did check my pressures and components on the outdoor unit. Everything is running fine at this time of service, I did collect for customers renewal for 189.00 and diagnostic. Paid by cc.

Hung new mini split head on basement wall. Took 12/2 wire from electric heater in basement and ran to new outdoor disconnect. Swapped 20 am double pole breaker for 15 amp double pole breaker and relabeled in panel. Drilled new hole for lineset from inside to outside. Ran lineset from indoor connections to outdoor unit. Pressure tested system let sit for 30 minutes and bubbled all connections multiple times. Ran drain line from indoor head to outside past the pads for both outdoor units. Checked for proper drainage. Set outdoor unit on new pad and leveled. Hung new disconnect box with surge protector and sealed to wall. Ran new whip to unit. Pressure tested evacuated and charged system. Performed test out procedures cleaned all work areas and reviewed installation with homeowner.

Luis 8-15-25 Perform AC tune up 3 1/2 ton Amana air-conditioning system check indoor gas furnace electrical components low and high voltage replaced air filter, flush condensate drain and clean condensate pump ok check supply and return temperatures went outside and checked, refrigerant levels, capacitor, contactor, inspect indoor coil and outdoor coils found capacitor reading just at the minimum standards provided estimate to replace capacitor and add potential relay with start capacitor. Indoor blower housing is super dirty. Provided options for indoor enhancements and blower cleaning. Office to follow up the customer.

And they we're very careful when bringing equipment into and out of the house. Also, Tony Fiore, who is my sales rep, has been very good at communicating with me when I've had questions.
