Job Locations and Reviews

Luis 11-26-25 perform two propane, gas heater inspections for the first and second floor both heaters are located in the basement. Customer just replaced both air filters  413 and 16x25x1 and he also will be taking care of humidifier for the first floor. Check electrical connections and components check all major components from ignition, air delivery and combustion removal. Performed combustion test on both heaters check supply return air temperature and also check the static pressure across system. Found first floor heater in bad shape. Majority of the ignition components are about to fail. I inspect heat exchanger and I noticed starting to crack on one of the cells. I provided estimate for first floor preventative. First floor Gas valve is missing brass caps. Pricing is included on preventative repairs estimate. Cycle both heater, I will recommend getting an estimate to replace first floor system. Office to follow up with customer.

Thermostat getting 24 volts to base. I removed thermostat wires and reconnected them. Thermostat came on test heater operation ok. Provided estimate to replace thermostat customer approved replacement of thermostat,

Luis 11-21-25 customer called in for intermittent heat issue. Found heater running upon arrival. Customer stated unit would go on soft lock out, blower would run but no heat. Increase temperature on thermostat heater went trough trial for ignition. Heater did not fired first time. Gas valve did not open. Second trial for ignition unit came on. I performed combustion test and I noticed combustion numbers were up and down at all times. I inspect heat exchanger and noticed some areas showing heavy corroded. I also is inspect combustion removal and motor is over amping by .2 amps rated .6 it is running .8. I provided estimate for repairs. I also provided estimate for heater rebuild. I would recommend getting an estimate to replace system. Office to follow up with customer.

I arrived to the customers home to service their 9  yr old gas furnace system.  I started with checking the air filter and found , the filter size is 20x25x5 customer replaces.  I checked all my electrical connections and voltages. I inspected and tested the  burners , flame sensor and the igniter. I water tested all tubing and hoses. I inspected the exhaust and fresh air pipe for restrictions and bellies. I inspected the inducer and the blower motor operation. I checked and tested for combustion and took temp rise splits at the return and the supply. Everything is running fine at this time of service.

Fully assessed thermostat working incorrectly. Found train touchscreen thermostat when you hit the up or down arrow it would skip up in numbers drastically. And they we're very careful when bringing equipment into and out of the house. Also, Tony Fiore, who is my sales rep, has been very good at communicating with me when I've had questions.
