7/1/26 Dan I had been out here about a week and a half ago replacing a capacitor and contactor on his first floor outdoor system. I found the capacitor and the contactor to be fine. He was having a low volt issue with his wire going to the outside unit. I did waive the diagnostic fee for the customer since I was just here and did collect for a Wire repair fee. I got approval from the customer. For the wire replacement. I ran a piece of new wire and tested system when Completed. The pressures look fine. System is back up and running for the first floor at this time . I collected for $142.50 paid by cc.
7/1/26 Dan I arrived to the customers home to service their 4 month old goodman a/c system . I checked the wiring connections and the voltages . I checked and found the indoor air filter is good, the filter size is 16x25x1. I Inspected the indoor coil and tested the primary drain pan and cleared and tested the water drains and traps if applicable. I Took indoor temp splits at the return and the supply and found they were not great , I checked the blower motor condition and operation. I looked at the outdoor unit wiring connections and voltages . I inspected the outdoor components and checked my unit pressures by using super heat sub cool method. Found system pressures were equalized , the compressor was out on over load. I cooled down with water also found a wire on the wrong terminal side of the contactor from factory. I fixed and reset the unit and tested. System in good operating condition at this time and temp splits were back to normal .
06/30/26 Dan I arrived to the customers home to service their 5 yr old Amana a/c system . I was here for a diagnostic , but found the ez trap was tripped causing the unit not to run. I completed his a/c check up and renewed his contract. I checked the wiring connections and the voltages . I checked and found the indoor air filter was fine , the filter size is 16x25x1. I Inspected the indoor coil and tested the primary drain pan and cleared and tested the water drains and traps if applicable. I Took indoor temp splits at the return and the supply and checked the blower motor condition and operation. I looked at the outdoor unit wiring connections and voltages . I inspected the outdoor components and checked my unit pressures by using super heat sub cool method. System in good operating condition at this time. I collected for diagnostic, contract renewal and completed his a/c check up. Total due for today’s service is $273.15 paid by cc.
6/30/26 Dan I arrived to the customers home to service their 12 yr old Mitsubishi a/c mini split system and their 13 yr old Trane a/c . I checked the wiring connections and the voltages . I checked and replaced the indoor air filter , filter size is a 413 , the customer takes care of the cassette filters and cleans them . I Inspected the indoor coil and tested the primary drain pan with water and flushed the drain line and cleared at the main unit . I Took indoor temp splits at the return and the supply and checked the blower motor condition and operation for both . I looked at the outdoor unit wiring connections and voltages . I inspected the outdoor components and checked my unit pressures by using super heat sub cool method. Both the systems are currently operational but past normal life expectancy. Replacement of systems is recommended in the near future. I collected for main house renewal and filter replacement for $287.31 and 89.00 check on the mini split. Total due for to
Luis 6-29-26 Performed ad tune up on three units. Attic, first floor and ring side unit. Check all electrical connections and components, check air filters ok. Measure airflow supply and return ok. Flush drain test pumps ok. Check outdoor unit electrical components and refrigerant levels ok cycle all units ok. First floor= system is working properly at the time of service, there is no surge protection, bacteria protection. Condensation pump is sharing with attic drain system. Provided estimate to separate drain and add second floor condensation pump. Attic unit. Found drain line clogged, I cut drain line and added union, I cleared line with nitrogen, drain system goes to first floor condensation pump I provided estimate to add separate pump and sensors. We will connect pump safety to outdoor condenser. Found capacitor reading very low provided estimate to replace capacitor customer approved. Refrigerant levels within range. Attic return box was partially disconnected, I used new ta
6/26/26 Dan I arrived to the customers home to service their 2 yr old bosch a/c system . I checked the wiring connections and the voltages . I checked and found the indoor air filter needs to be replaced soon. the filter size is a 20x25x4. I Inspected the indoor coil and tested the primary drain pan and cleared and tested the water drains and traps if applicable. I Took indoor temp splits at the return and the supply and checked the blower motor condition and operation. I looked at the outdoor unit wiring connections and voltages . I inspected the outdoor components and checked my unit pressures by using super heat sub cool method. System in good operating condition at this time. I collected for $189.00 service contract renewal paid by cc.
I arrived for a Q.A. Inspection on a Mitsubishi single head and outdoor mini split heat pump . I started with the indoor head and checked the wiring connections and the voltages and the neatness of the install . I pulled and inspected the air filters and cleaned if needed. I inspected the blower wheel and the cleanliness of the indoor mini split head . I tested the drain line and tested the fan speeds with the remote for proper operation. I turned the system on to cool and checked my supply and return temps. I went to the outdoor heat pump and checked over the neatness of the unit . I checked my wiring connections and the voltages . I inspected the drain line and the compressor and fan components. I checked the level of the heat pump mini and the disconnect . Both sides of the system are working fine at this time .

Everything is in good working order.

This was the second time Joe has been to my house. He is very personable and explains things so that you have an understanding of the services that were done. He is thorough and takes his time to address any issues that you may be having. Bill and Edward were assisting Joe and they were both very nice as well. All employees at DiBiase that have been to my house are always very nice and respectful. I highly recommend this company.
Dan always does a great job servicing my AC and I feel very comfortable with him in my home. He explains things thoroughly and goes the extra mile.
Dan was sent to do a post-installation quality check on my first floor HVAC system that was installed at the end of April 2026. Dan was on time and worked in a timely manner. He is very courteous and has a friendly personality.
