1st Floor Gas Furnace Install 

Installed new trane 90%gas furnace. Reused return and dropped coil back on top of new furnace. Placed furnace inside new drain pan with new wet switch. Adapted gas line and installed new low pressure cut off switch. Adapted fresh air and exhaust pip to new unit. high volt and installed new outlet and switch. Installed new ecobee lite thermostat and wired in low volt with safeties. Converted furnace to propane and replaced burners with stainless steel ones. Cleaned up work area and tested out equipment.

Fully assessed no heating situation. Found gas furnace locking out on a code 3 pressure switch error code. Checked over venting to see if it was open it was but there was some debris down in the furnace. Used camera and looked over heat exchanger and found several cracks in heat exchanger. System is about 16 years old. Took photos and showed homeowner. Explained to him that you can replace the heat exchanger but at this age replacing the system is the better financial decision. Recommend replacing system. Set up appointment with our office to give a replacement quote. Homeowner mentioned he would like to have a one time tune up completed for 2 nd floor system.  Locked out and tagged out 1st floor system due to safety issues.

I arrived to the customers home work on the first floor system. I returned to the home to replace a warranty modulation gas valve. I removed the burner arm disconnected the half-inch gas line and remove the failed gas valve. I installed the new warranty gas valve. Tighten all connections mounted the burner back into the cabinet and tested for gas leaks. Turned the system back on and checked my gas valve adjustments for natural gas and checked over system operation. Everything is back up and running at this time of service. No charge covered under labor and manufacturer warranty.

Found failed expansion tank, drained down tank enough to replace leaking expansion tank. Replaced with st12 expansion tank and checked for leaks, no leaks present. Water heater is working properly at time of service. Also strapped in place.
