5/1/26 Dan I arrived to the customers home to service their 8 yr old Amana a/c system . I checked the wiring connections and the voltages . I checked and replaced the indoor air filter , the filter size is 16x25x1. I Inspected the indoor coil and tested the primary drain pan and cleared and tested the water drains and traps if applicable. I Took indoor temp splits at the return and the supply and checked the blower motor condition and operation. I looked at the outdoor unit wiring connections and voltages . I inspected the outdoor components and checked my unit pressures by using super heat sub cool method. I did find his dual capacitor (70/5mfd) is failing and should be replaced. He will wait on doing the capacitor . System is in running condition at this time. I recommended some options for a water safety and for some outdoor components. Customer will wait on doing any recommended options at this time.
Reviewed site and took pictures. of units on the rooftop. Will send info to distributor to prepare prosposal.
Luis performed ac tune up on four heat pumps, three Lennox and one Bosch, Bosh unit is second floor. Lennox from 2007 main house, kitchen area Lennox 2 ton from 2016, and basement Lennox from 2012. Main 4 ton lennox, 201 filter ok. Flush drain test pump ok check airflow supply and return air temps ok. Inspect coils, check outdoor unit electrical and refrigerant levels, r22. System is operational, currently operating but end of normal life expectancy, due to age and likelihood of issues moving forward, replacement of system is recommended. Kitchen area #3 Lennox 2 ton from 2016, replace 213 test pump and check drain, found unit off on low pressure switch lockout. Found indoor coil leaking, at this time unit is not operational and needs major refrigerant repairs. manufacture will provide coil under manufacture parts only warranty, customer responsible for labor, refrigerant and materials. Basement Lennox heat pump from 2012 2.5 ton replace customer supplied filter 22x22x1. Flush dr

Estimate
Issue was with odor in ducts. Found very dirty Aprilaire 213 filter offered to replace today. Homeowner agreed. Replaced today. Recommend replacing every 6 months considering they have pets. Replaced filter and tested HVAC equipment briefly. Checked AC drains. You can add 8oz vinegar to drain line or condensate treatment tabs once per month to keep drain lines clean. They had HVAC system replaced by another contractor in 2024 REME HALO cell is due for replacement. We installed June of 2022. Has not been replaced. Also cleaned washable filter of standalone dehumidifier that was installed by Dibiase in June 2022. Tested dehumidifier. Suction pressure and discharge air temp good. Dehumidifier is working. Currently 44% RH in basement. HVAC and dehumidifier operating well at this time. REME cell should be replaced.
4/24/26 Dan I arrived to the customers home to service both their 7 yr old carrier a/c systems. I checked the wiring connections and the voltages on both systems. I checked and replaced the indoor air filters for both systems the filter size are both 16x25x1 . I Inspected both indoor coils and tested the primary drain pan and cleared and tested the lines. I flushed the drains with water to tested the trap and the pump. I Took indoor temp splits at the return and the supply on both systems , and checked the blower motor amperage draws. I looked at the outdoor units and the wiring connections and voltages . I inspected the outdoor components and checked my unit pressures by using super heat sub cool method. Everything is working fine at this time of service for both systems. Collected for $378.00 for contract renewal, paid by cc.
Dan was great. He demonstrated knowledge about the hvac business and answered all of my questions. I did not feel rushed or hurried. He was very friendly, respectful of the home, and, in one word, superlative.

I checked and replaced the indoor air filter , the filter size is a 413 ( supplied) . I Inspected the indoor coil and tested the primary drain pan and cleared and tested the water drains and traps if applicable. I Took indoor temp splits at the return and the supply and checked the blower motor condition and operation. I looked at the outdoor unit wiring connections and voltages . I inspected the outdoor components and checked my unit pressures by using super heat sub cool method. System in good operating condition at this time.
4/23/26 Dan I arrived to the customers home to service their 1 yr old Trane a/c system and their 1 yr old Trane . I checked the wiring connections and the voltages on both systems . I checked and found the indoor air filters for both systems are ok . the filter sizes are (2) 16x25x4 . I Inspected both indoor coils and tested the primary drain pan and cleared and tested the ez traps. I flushed the drains with water to tested the trap and the pump. I Took indoor temp splits at the return and the supply on both systems , and checked the blower motor amperage draws. I looked at the outdoor units and the wiring connections and voltages . I inspected the outdoor components and checked my unit pressures by using super heat sub cool method. Everything is working fine at this time of service for both systems.
(2) Rooftop units York Heat pumps Unit 2 works (serves the storefront) Unit (1) which serves the work area and cashier not running. Found the 75VA transformer miswired in Such a way that the high voltage contacts were landed on the low voltage points and vice versa! I believe this happened because someone untrained literally wired the transformer based on the colors of the wires. Unit yellow (one leg of 240) as wired to transformer Yellow (24V secondary) Unit Black (the other leg of 240v) was wired to transformer Black (primary 120V) The unit 24V (resettable fuse) was wired to transformer red (primary 208) Unit common (brown) was left unwired as was transformer 24V common. *Also noticed a clipped off low voltage wire on roof just outside unit. At some point the low voltage controls were powered by one leg of 208 volts. I rewired the transformer correctly for sake of troubleshooting. Controls are not energizing contactor.
