Very good service!!!
Luis 5-20-26 Customer called in for no cooling. 3 ton ac system from 2006. Blank thermostat, found open 3 amp fuse. Check wiring I noticed contactor reading high resistance, overall condition of system is poor. Customer is aware there could be other issues in near future. Provided estimate for recommendations. Customer decided to do minimum repairs and set up consultation for new ac unit. After replacing contactor test system operation ok. Low voltage wire going outside red conductor seems to be making contact with ground. I used green conductor to prevent any issues. (We might need to run new wire) • No obligation quote to replace system • A Comfort Specialist will provide several options to suit your comfort needs and budget • New equipment can offer better reliability, greater efficiency and improved comfort • Higher efficiency models run quieter and cost less to operate • Gain peace of mind with manufacturer and service provider warranties
5/19/26 Dan Customer had a clicking sound coming from the Trane heat pump outdoor unit , the fan or compressor was not running. I went down to the basement and found the wet switch light was coming on and off on and off continuously causing the outdoor to click , nothing was wet, everything was dry. Faulty wet switch. I replaced the wet switch under warranty with new. I turned the system back on and checked the system operation. No charge , newer system.
5/19/26 Dan I arrived to the customers home to service their 7 yr old Amana a/c system . I checked the wiring connections and the voltages . I checked and replaced the indoor air filter , the filter size is a 413 . I Inspected the indoor coil and tested the primary drain pan and cleared and tested the water drains and traps if applicable. I Took indoor temp splits at the return and the supply and checked the blower motor condition and operation. I looked at the outdoor unit wiring connections and voltages . I inspected the outdoor components and checked my unit pressures by using super heat sub cool method. System in good operating condition at this time. Collected for $67.15 paid by cc.
5/19/26 Dan I arrived for no cooling call customers thermostat is not working causing system not to come on. I found the wireless thermostat was non responsive and could not reconnect with the wireless module downstairs. I quoted the customer for a new thermostat wireless. She approved the repair. I went and grabbed the part and installed the new thermostat . I set up and linked the new thermostat with the control and tested each mode for proper operation. Pressures look good AC system is back up and running again. I collected for $929.00 for today’s service. Paid by cc, She had a coupon for $35.00 off any repairs above 299.00 cost . I did leave the estimate for them to review for putting the system under a One year contract.
5/19/26 Dan I arrived for a no Cooling call on a trane 5 yr old system. I started with inspecting the indoor unit. I confirmed that the filter had to be replaced, 14x24x1 supplied. I made sure the blower motor runs , and that the indoor coil was free of ice or debri. I went to the outdoor unit and inspected the system components and made sure the system has pressure. Found outdoor dual capacitor has failed. I quoted the customer for a labor warranty cost. He approved the repair, I removed the failed capacitor and replaced with the new OEM . I tested system operation and checked pressures . The system is back up and running . I collected for $514.38. Paid by cc. Please schedule Liam for his 1st scheduled check up .
5/16/26 Dan I arrived for a new system , first time trying cooling and it didn’t come on. I Checked all the Components and the connections on the board. Everything looked fine. I had good pressure outside for equalization. I had no recent errors for the AC side just for the heat side. I reset the indoor unit and the outdoor unit for five minutes and powered the system back on. When the power was restored the system came on and started running and cooling. I checked my first stage and second stage pressures and found good. I had the customer, shut the system off and turn it back on again and I actually let it run a cycle on its own. System is back up and running. I will contact customer Sunday to follow up to see how the system is running. No charge warranty new install .

I checked and found the indoor air filter is good, the filter size is AA213. I Inspected the indoor coil and tested the primary drain pan and cleared and tested the water drains and traps if applicable. I Took indoor temp splits at the return and the supply and checked the blower motor condition and operation. I looked at the outdoor unit wiring connections and voltages . I inspected the outdoor components and checked my unit pressures by using super heat sub cool method. System in good operating condition at this time. Collected for $189.00 contract renewal paid by cc.
5/15/26 Dan I arrived to the customers home to service their 7 yr old Amana a/c system . I checked the wiring connections and the voltages . I checked and replaced the indoor air filter , the filter size is a 501. I Inspected the indoor coil and tested the primary drain pan and cleared and tested the water drains and traps if applicable. I Took indoor temp splits at the return and the supply and checked the blower motor condition and operation. I looked at the outdoor unit wiring connections and voltages . I inspected the outdoor components and checked my unit pressures by using super heat sub cool method. System in good operating condition at this time. Collected for service contract renewal and filter 501 replacement. Total due is $287.31 paid by cc.
5/15/26 Dan I arrived to the customers home to service both their 6 yr old Bosch heat pumps. I checked the wiring connections and the voltages on both systems . I checked and replaced the indoor air filters for both systems the filter sizes (2) 20x25x1. I Inspected both indoor coils and tested the primary drain pan and cleared and tested the p traps . I flushed the drains with water to tested the traps for good water flow. I Took indoor temp splits at the return and the supply on both systems , and checked the blower motor amperage draws. I looked at the outdoor units and the wiring connections and voltages . I inspected the outdoor components and checked my unit pressures by using super heat sub cool method. Everything is working fine at this time of service for both systems. I did leave some water safety estimates for the customers to review for 1st and 2nd floor equipment.
Luis 5-13-26 Performed AC tune up on two first and second floor. First floor trane 3 ton and second floor Armstrong 3 ton. First floor is from 2013 and second floor from 2014. Check indoor coils and blower. Check drain test pump ok add tbs to pump, check supply and return air temps. Both vinyl tubing should be replaced soon. Provided estimate, first floor coil in bad shape, heat exchanger is showing cracks on two cells now. I did informed customer about his issue. Check outdoor units check refrigerant levels and electrical. Second floor System currently operational but nearing end of normal life expectancy. Due to age, replacement of system should be considered in near future. On first floor found system to be running low on refrigerant, compressor start amps higher than expected. I went over with customer on something’s we can do to help compressor run better, adding ac renew soft start. Excellent and fast customer service. Kurt the technician quickly diagnosed the issue and the solution, and did so in very professional and friendly manner. Technician Nathan, also very professional, came out the next day to complete the job and our system was back up and running. So far, so good.
