I found the flare joint was leaking. I repaired the flare and checked for any other leaks. I started with inspecting for water leaks, and checked all the copper line joints .  I checked the temperature pressure gauge. I checked the wiring connections for neatness and voltages on the controls.  I performed a combustion check on the boiler for proper set points and efficiency for the oil burner. Everything is running good.

I arrived to the customers home , they have a water leak , we just installed a new humidifier. 
No recall or warranty, it had nothing to do with the humidifier install . Found furnace trap had water around it . I did clean out the trap and pitched  the drain line down ,  it was pitched up . I turned the system back on and bumped the temp up to tested for a period of time to check for water leaks. No water leaks at this time and the drain line is moving water and draining. I collected for my repair and diagnostic for $372.51 paid by check

Coatesville, PA - Luis 2-25-26 customer called in for no heat, Amana heater from 2019. Found error code pressure switch issue, reset unit and test operation found combustion removal inducer motor not turning, voltage is applied but no operation from motor. I contact Amana and I ordered part. Part is under parts only warranty, labor and other processing fees not cover by manufacturer. Regular cost is 1430. Warranty cost 572. Office to follow up with customer once we get part.

I removed the failed inducer motor and replaced with the new OEM warranty motor. I  wired it back into the system with mounted the new hardware and moved  the pressure switches from the old inducer to the new. I turned the system back on and tested system operation . Found pressure switch prematurely stuck closed.

Luis 2-24-26 performed gas heat inspection on 2017 Goodman gas heater, 90%. Check all electrical low and high replaced air filter, test air delivery system, insect ignition system and combustion removal. During today’s visit I noticed some of the internal parts, and ignition are showing major wear. I took photos of heat exchanger, gas valve reading lower resistance than normal. Performed combustion test and check supply/return temperature. I also provided estimate to replace expansion tanks for water heaters. Currently both of them are not holding air anymore.

Fully assessed no heating situation. Found thermostat calling but furnace not operating. Gas furnace is a 2024 Payne gas furnace. Found emergency switch was turned off at the top of the steps. Explained to homeowner that this is why the furnace was not operating. Turned on power switch and checked over gas furnace. Checked temperature rise. Performed combustion test. Homeowner signed up for maintenance plan. Gas furnace is working properly at time of service.

2/20/26. Replaced oem control board and tested operation. Furnace fired right up. Checked temperature rise it was 52 degrees. Also provided estimate to replace surge protector. Honored price she was previously quoted. Gas furnace is working properly at time of service.

Leaking oil.  The installers put in bypass plug on pump one pipe system.  I removed the plug but  the damage was done and pump seal was broken.  Had to replace the oil pump.  Also had to readjust combustion, oil and air mix.  System is no longer leaking oil.  

The return pipe going into boiler is leaking and needs to be redone.  2-4 hours .  Again our fault.  I did not say anything to customer about this leak yet but does need to be addressed .  Please speak with Joe to resolve this .

Found after giving furnace a call for heat , circuit board was locking out on a code 3 pressure switch code and control board was not even sending 120v to inducer motor. Checked all safety’s were closed, definitely a failed circuit board. Do not know if inducer motor is ok due to can’t test it. Provided estimate for both circuit board and inducer motor. Our office to check availability on parts and call back customer. Homeowner has no heating situation.

Barry came and serviced my oil furnace today, 11/24, in my workshop. Was leaking oil and some other issues. Barry fixed the problems, serviced the unit and got me back up and running, right before the cold snap. Can't recommend these guys enough. Riley and team installed a mini split today. Top of the food chain work from DiBiase, as usual. Have used DiBiase Heating and Cooling a few times now. For my latest appointment, I got some recommendations and a quote for some HVAC work for my recently gutted basement. Joe was transparent and gave some great insight and options.
