11/13/25 Dan I arrived to the customers home for his first floor system not producing heat. I could see the inducer motor running and also was getting a call for ignition, but no flame. I made sure I was getting gas to the house. I inspected the customers burner tubes and found very dirty, I cleaned the three burner tubes and made sure the orifices were clear. I put the burner tubes back into the furnace and tested the system operation. Everything is back up and running at this time of service. I collected for $228.33 paid by cc.

I arrived to the customers home to service their 5 yr old gas furnace system. I started with checking the air filter and found good , the filter size is 16x25x1. I checked all my electrical connections and voltages. I inspected and tested the burners , flame sensor and the igniter. I water tested all tubing and hoses. I inspected the exhaust and fresh air pipe for restrictions and bellies. I inspected the inducer and the blower motor operation. I checked and tested for combustion and took temp rise splits at the return and the supply. Everything is running fine at this time of service.

I checked all my electrical connections and voltages. I inspected and tested the burners , flame sensor and the igniter. I water tested all tubing and hoses. I inspected the exhaust and fresh air pipe for restrictions and bellies. I inspected the inducer and the blower motor operation. I checked and tested for combustion and took temp rise splits at the return and the supply. Everything is running fine at this time of service. Collected for $89.00 one time check up . Did leave 2 recommendations for a blower motor surge protection and a water safety ( wet switch) .

PECO Air Sealing and Insulation Project * Perform blower door test and calculate target for the home. * Remove Homosite board to access over the laundry room space over garage attic. * Install rafter vents at attic roofline to ensure ventilation is not negatively impacted by adding insulation. * Move insulation and air seal attic plane with single part spray foam and place insulation back into place. * Add more insulation into attic space with blown in insulation to achieve desired value. * Seal off and insulate bedroom attic hatch and install stair cover for pull down stairs. * Perform duct sealing for 2 hours of time in the basement area. * Air seal rim joist and sill plates, and install new insulation in cavities. * Perform CAZ testing including draft testing of appliances and combustion testing under worst case conditions. * Perform test out blower door test to validate results from air sealing. Performed precision a/c tune up on amana a/c system. Replaced 20x25x1 air filter. Checked all electrical connections and components. Checked temperature split. Cleaned out ez trap. Checked refrigerant pressures and temperatures at indoor and outdoor units. A/c is working properly at time of service.

Tan 6/20/25 Performed QA on gas heat and ac install two weeks ago. No complaints from customer about the system or install crew. No yard signs were installed. Customer inquired about second floor being warmer to which I suggested running fan on so it circulates when ac is not running. Also advised Taylor to stay on top of filter change out every one to two months if using 3M one inch. Airflow is good, settings are correct, charge is good, everything leveled outside, flue pipe is pitched, gaps sealed, temp splits great, combustion good, no gas leaks, and no mess left on site. Installed new Goodman gas furnace with indoor coil and A/C outdoor. Reused return and adapted supply. Tapped/caulked return and supply. Adapted high volt and installed new outlet and switch. Adapted flue piping as well as the gas line. Adapted condensate line installing new Ez trap. Installed new ecobee light thermostat and wired in low volt with safeties. Cleaned up all work areas
