Issue is small oil leak on flare and fitting at inlet of filter. I was able to get 1 more turn out of fitting, then Re-flared and used new 3/8” nut>tightened. Cycled furnace 2X with 5 min run time. No oil leaks observed. Set post purge time to 15 second on primary control, updated primary control firmware Wired water safeties to produce custom alerts “water in equipment pan”, “clog detected in drain line” “condensate pump error” Each safety will lockout cooling and energize fan. System operating well at this time. Told him to leave a paper towel under the problem fitting for a few days and keep an eye on it.
Qualities assurance has been completed, and system has been tested dip, switches, set thermostat programmed, and all functions of the system checked rewired the system. Remove the humid stat wired in the wet, switch and tested all operations and printed out combustion results. The install was not bad on the indoor as far as metal work wiring was horrible.

Give instructions to the father and system is running to specifications.
Luis 4-17-26 customer called in for no cooling found thermostat off upon arrival, turn thermostat to cool and checked operation, system is from 2008 and uses r22. Found system very low on refrigerant, there is also small restriction on refrigeration cycle. Due to age and refrigeration issue final recommendation is to replace system. We no longer have access to r22 refrigerant. Set up consultation for tomorrow morning between 9 and 10 • No obligation quote to replace system • A Comfort Specialist will provide several options to suit your comfort needs and budget • New equipment can offer better reliability, greater efficiency and improved comfort • Higher efficiency models run quieter and cost less to operate • Gain peace of mind with manufacturer and service provider warranties

Arrived to the customers home for 2 heat pump check ups on an 7 month old system and a 8 yr old system I checked all electrical connections and voltages . I checked the air filters and replaced both , filter sizes are 20x23x1 and 18x20x1 . I Inspected the indoor coils and tested electric heat packages on both systems. Took temp splits for the electric heat and amperage draws. I looked at the outdoor heat pumps and tested for an outdoor btu outputs. Inspected the outdoor components and unit pressures on both systems. Everything is working fine on both systems.
Cut new opening on floor (craw space) installed new boot 4x12, run flex from coupling and new location. Attached flex to new boot and also attached to trunk. (Currently is disconnected). We also replaced water heater. Remove old 50 gallon electric tank, installed new tank modified piping as needed, installed new pan and water sensor, check connections for leaks no leaks, purge all lines and test electrical upper and bottom element ok check water pressure and installed new expansion tank with installation. Water heater is heating number normal condition. New run is now blowing air. Collected remaining balance card on file. Customer approved charging same card. We also tried to put some insulation back in place it would not stayed in place.
Provided estimate to move 6 in flex from existing location to new location, we will need new 6 in flex, we will also need to cut on floor for 4x12 grill and new straight boot. Craw space is tight. Estimate will cover new flex mew boot and new sand color grill. I also included water heater 50 gallon electric on the proposal. (Customer will need to contact other people to put back insulation on the craw space. We can’t get to other side of the craw space.
