Luis 10-31-25 Performed gas heater tune up, check electrical low and high voltage connections and components, clean sensor and burners, gas pressure performed combustion test ok check blower capacitor and motor. Inspect heat exchanger. Major rust on heat exchanger took photos on unit condition showed photos to customer I would highly recommend replacement of heat exchanger, Cycle unit ok. Capacitor for blower still reading same as last visit. Service humidor test operation ok set to winter 35%. Office to follow up with customer some time next week,
arrived to the customers home to service their 8 yr old gas furnace system. I started with checking the air filter and replaced , the filter size is 16x25x1. I serviced and tested the customers 600 humidifier. I set the humidistat at 37% . I checked all my electrical connections and voltages. I inspected and tested the burners , flame sensor and the igniter. I water tested all tubing and hoses. I inspected the exhaust and fresh air pipe for restrictions and bellies. I inspected the inducer and the blower motor operation. I checked and tested for combustion and took temp rise splits at the return and the supply. Everything is running fine at this time of service. I collected for $59.00 for a humidifier service paid by cc.

Check supply and return air temps ok inspect blower and heat exchanger ok service humidifier replace pad and clean interior. I found feed tube leaking provided estimate to replace tube, customer approve repairs. Check water connections and test humidifier ok service to winter 35%. Cycle gas heater ok. I did recommend adding water sensor around unit to protect from water damage. Customer can install his own water sensors I did provide estimate for us to install water sensors.
I Arrived to the customers home for a heat pump check up on a 8 yr old system . I checked all electrical connections and voltages . I checked the air filter and found good , filter size is a 313AA customer replaces himself. I Inspected the indoor coil and tested electric heat package. Took temp splits for the electric heat and blower motor amperage draws. I looked at the outdoor heat pump and tested for an outdoor btu output. Inspected the outdoor components and unit pressures. Everything is working fine at this time of service. Collected for $189 for service contract paid by credit card.

Both heat systems are working fine at this time of service. Collected for $189.00 for the 1st floor system . 2nd floor system is covered. I recommended a water protection for the 1st floor system and the 2nd floor, and a surge protection for the blower motor on the 1st floor system. Customers will review their estimates.
Luis 10-31-25 gas heat inspection on a 2018 Concord high efficiency heater natural gas check electrical connections, low and high voltage’s replace air filter check all ignition components delivery system combustion removal system perform combustion test check temperature rise and check static pressure. System is working properly at the time of service. I noticed some piping at water heater heavily corroded. Water heater information plate has been removed. Found condensation fittings leaking on twined system above entry way, red did fittings with barb connections. Got approval from anil. Also provided estimate for wet switches and surge protection. Cleaned flame sensors. Tested capacitors. Ohmed igniters. Performed combustion test. Alll furnaces are working at time of service.

Due for replacement. I presented estimate. She wants to do it next tune up visit. Combustion, draft and smoke tests: Pass Gas furnace is operating well at this time.

No error codes are showing. Cycle heat pump ok. Heat pump is working with a manufacturer specifications. Customer knows about surge protection and bacteria protection. Passed on those items for now.

I started with checking the air filters and replaced supplied by the customer, filter sizes are 213 ,413. I checked all my electrical connections and voltages. I inspected and tested the burners , flame sensors and the igniters on both units. I water tested all tubing and hoses. I inspected the exhaust and fresh air pipe for restrictions and bellies. I inspected the inducer and the blower motor operations for both units. I checked and tested for combustion and took temp rise splits at the return and the supply's on both systems . Both heat systems are working fine at this time of service. Collected for $378.00 paid by cc. I recommended 3 options for the customers L.P. Power vented 75 gallon water heater for the in law suite . Dan diagnosed the problem immediately and had the system up and running.
Installed new trane 90% gas furnace. Built new return and transition piece between furnace and coil. Tapped/caulked return and supply. Installed new Aprilaire filter box on return. Adapted high volt and installed new outlet and switch. Adapted condensate line and installed new condensate pump. Ran new Covington tubing from condensate pump to sewer line located in the basement. Adapted gas line and flue pipping. Wired in low voltage to new furnace. Cleaned up work area and tested out equipment.
10/27/25 Dan and Liz Arrived for no heat . Found with a call for heat the a/c would run. Found setting in the thermostat was set for heat pump , needed to be set for gas furnace. I asked Tom and he had to reboot his thermostat for his new WiFi connections, which went back to default settings. Back up a run ahead this time of service collected for diagnostics did not want to sign up for contract at this time of service.
Completed heat tune up for natural gas furnace. Replaced 16x20x1 filter Inspected heat exchanger, burners, flue pipe, inducer assembly and hoses Inspected hot surface ignitor and verified resistance with meter Cleaned flame sensor and verified flame rectification circuit Measured temperature rise and static pressure Checked wiring, controls, electric motors and components; there are no surge protectors; left estimate for a surge protector for furnace circuit Checked manifold gas pressure Inspected drain and pump. There is a condensate pump safety but no EZ trap. Left estimate for EZ trap. They have their own water switch near equipment but one that is hardwired into system is preferred. Provided email estimate for this “wet switch/flood safety” Combustion, draft and smoke tests: Pass They have Gas furnace is operating well at this time.
Performed precision heat tune up on amana gas furnace system. Replaced dirty 16x25x1 air filter. Checked all electrical connections and components. Checked temperature rise in heat pump mode and gas furnace system. Cleaned flame sensor. Inspected burners. Provided options to install surge protection for blower motor. Also explained benefits of installing a wet switch with a finished basement in case system would leak water. Checked gas pressure and performed combustion test. Gas furnace is working properly at time of service

There were two techs today. One was the technician who actually installed the unit and Kurt they did a great job. They answered all my questions showed me how to hook my ecobee up to my phone. Replaced the filter in the unit as we have animals and we thought the first round it might be very dirty. I’m glad to hear everything was working as it should.

I just want to share my experience with DiBiase heating and cooling. I called and vert personable woman promptly scheduled an appointment for me with a knowledgeable technician named Luke. He carefully reviewed my options to repair my system or purchase a new heating and cooling system. I knew it was time to purchase a new system so Luke arranged for me get a same day appointment with Tony to review all my options and prices. Tony was great and assisted me in selecting the best unit for my home. The new install was scheduled the next day and three technicians arrived that morning. DiBiase always send a text of who is coming along with their photos. The technicians were courteous, knowledgeable, and extremely neat. Kurt did excellent work, diagnosed problem quickly and had part on the truck to take care of fast. Also recommended great ideas to help our Air conditioner not have to work so hard. He helped us sign up for maintenance plan and now we are with a company that treats customers great!

i met with the DiBiase representative (Tony) in my home so he could review our needs and analyze our current setup/view the current situation. He was very professional, arrived on time, and respected both our home and our time. His descriptions of our options was very helpful, and he provided us with 3 choices to consider, which we are now doing. He sent a copy of the options and pricing, which was quite helpful to me to study.

Dan (technician) showed up on time. Friendly, knowledgeable, and quick. He didn't mind me asking questions (gotta prepare for that zombie apocalypse) and explained what the problem was and how he was fixing it. Had the parts needed right in his van and got it done quickly. My house now has air conditioning again!

Dillon M. was on time and knowledgeable. He provided multiple options for different brands at various price points. Importantly, he was able to educate me on system options including pros and cons. Luke T and installation team were on time, knowledgeable, and courteous. They worked throughout the day and had old equipment picked up and disposed. New A/C Furnace syste looks and works great. All connections lines were replaced and a new concrete pad was installed outside. The house was left clean. Luke walked me through each aspect of the installation and oriented me to the new system. I am very happy I chose DiBiase Heating and Cooling. Competitive price and prompt service. As part of DiBiase installation protocol, Tan came to the house 1 week after installation to complete a full review of all systems and to help me develop strategies for effective cooling throughout the house. He spent considerable time testing and optimizing the unit, discussed operation of the unit and provided education related warranties, proper filters, and mechanical functions. Nathan was on time and demonstrating a lot of experience. I asked to have the drain line rerouted in the basement, and despite challenges in th e ceiling area, he handled it well. Everything was tied down tightly. He walked me through all parts of his work to ensure I was satisfied.
