Luis is awesome. He diagnosed the units and walked me through the options.

Customer called in for water on floor coming from hvac. Turn AC on upon arrival check system operation check supply return air temperature test refrigerant pressures inspect indoor and outdoor coils. Test drain line. During inspection on the indoor coil, I did notice water dripping into heater and blower compartment water dripping from the air-conditioning coil. I could also see water coming from drain termination (terminates on concrete floor). Customer has two main issues. First one is priority water backing up from concrete termination, second one is coming from indoor coil. Provided estimate for both repairs and label them as repairs and preventative. Would recommend getting an estimate to replace system. Office to follow up with customer on Monday.

Performed precision a/c tune up on Lennox a/c system. Replaced 16x25x1 air filter. Checked all electrical connections and components. Checked temperature split. Cleaned out ez trap. . Checked refrigerant pressures and temperatures at indoor and outdoor units. A/c is working properly at time of service.

Customer called in for no cooling, indoor air handler runs but no outdoor unit found thermostat set for cooling indoor blower is running but outside unit is not, after troubleshooting The unit found blown capacitor provided estimate to replace capacitor and install a super boost. Customer decided to go with the repairs after the repairs test system operation Check refrigerant levels ok. System is back in working condition. Left information about service plans.

Perform precision AC tuneup on a mana heat pump system. Replaced 16 x 20 x 1“ air filter. Checked all electrical connections and components. Cleaned out easy trap. Checked temperature split. Found 35/5 capacitor tested week at 33/4.2. Called landlord and okayed repair to replace capacitor under parts warranty. Replaced and tested operation. Checked refrigerant pressures and temperatures at indoor and outdoor units. AC is working fine at time of service.



Installed new trane air handler and heat pump outdoor. Installed new return and supply. Tapped/ caulked return and supply. Adapted high volt and installed new single point entry kit and 15kw heat kit. Ran new condensate line with ez trap and pump. Installed new ecobee thermostat and wired into outdoor unit low volt with safeties. Ran new line set and connect to new equipment. Installed new heat pump outdoor on leveled pad and snow legs. Installed new recto seal disconnect and wired into outdoor unit. Cleaned up work area and tested out equipment.

Parts under manufacturer warranty. This estimate covers the labor for repair. *Disengage power supply to outdoor unit *Carefully remove wiring at outdoor control system and remove inverter control board *Install new inverter control board and wire accordingly *Configure settings for proper operation of equipment *Test operations and diagnose for further issues Additional charges will be quoted if other issues are discovered after initial repairs are done. 8/15/25 Installed new Bosch inverter board and tested operation. Checked refrigerant pressures from control board. Pressures were 333/130. Checked temperature split it was 19 degrees. A/c is working properly at time of service.

Heat pump system 6 month check up. Checked the wiring connections on unit set up and inspected the coil and blower on the indoor unit. Checked the air filter and found good I showed the customer how to replace her filter. I Checked my safeties and drain trap . Set the thermostat to cool mode. I Went to the outdoor unit and removed the cover and checked all components. I Checked my pressures, the voltages and amp draws. Everything is running fine at this time of service.

Checked the AC side of the systems. Checked all the air filters and replaced and checked all electrical wiring and voltages. Checked the indoor coils and inspected the drain pans . The condensate drains on all units were water tested and cleared. Inspected the condensate pumps on both systems. Checked all the blower operations and amps. Inspected the outdoor unit coils and inspected the wiring connections and voltages for all units . Tested the pressures by using superheat and subcool methods and checked the amps for the compressor in the fan motors on all units . Checked the indoor cooling temps at the supplies and returns for both systems . Both AC units are working fine at this time of service .

Perform precision AC tuneup on two heat pump systems. Replaced 16 x 20 x 1“ air filter. Replaced April 4 13. Checked all electrical connections and components. Cleaned out easy traps. Provided estimate to install drain pan and white switch under condensate pump in attic. Check refrigerant pressures and temperatures. Tested outdoor capacitors. Both ACs are working at time of service.

Customer called in for noise from attic unit. Customer stated that the ac stopped cooling yesterday after he reset power unit came back on and started to cool but could hear noise. On arrival found thermostat, satisfied at 71 lower the temperature to test operation went up to the attic. Indoor unit is blowing air. After a few minutes of running time. The blower stopped. Power still present 24 volts to motor and from thermostat, tried to move wheel and came back on. Blower stopped one more time and came back on. Internally an issue with blower. Called manufacturer and provided estimate to customer for new blower motor. Customer approved repairs and paid 50% for repairs. Replacement of blower motor for attic air handler

Completed AC tune up for 3 Tin Amana system. Rich replaces filters; would recommend replacing soon. Indoor and outdoor coils in good condition Inspected drain. EZ trap had a lot of gunk on it. Condensate pump very slow to discharge. Cleared vinyl tubing with C02 gun and tats. Somewhat improved. I recommended they replace condensate pump. They agreed. Replaced pump. New pump discharging correctly. Left estimate to replace vinyl tubing as well. I cleared today but it may develop blockage. IMPORTANT: Recommend adding 6-8oz vinegar to pump and drain line per week to keep pump clean. You can add it to the EZ trap. They have humidifier so it runs in the winter as well. Checked refrigerant charge and pressures 9°SH 6°SC Excellent System operating well at this time.

Noise was caused by discharge pipe vibrating against plastic condenser bottom. Wrapped pipe with insulation and added cork pad to keep pipe from vibrating. Collected for plan renewal and diagnostic fee. We will schedule tune up under renewed plan soon.

Estimate

Return visit to fix heater collector box and repair gas leak. After repairs recheck system operation and everything looks good. No gas leaks and new collector box has been installed. System now passes inspection.

Completed QA for Bosch inverter. Hydronic oil heat is the aux heat source. 20x30x1 filter ok Inspected all aspects of install: mechanical, wiring, control settings. Checked drain and refrigerant piping. Measured temperature split Verified refrigerant charge. Drin pipe terminate right at foundation. I used a few fittings and piece of 3/4” pvc to get it away from foundation. The bottom latch of the power monitor cannot close/latch because a straight connector was used where it blocks the latch. See photo. We would need a way to plug this hole I.e. Then drill new hole higher for whip connector to be able to correct this. Need to review with management if we should remedy or not, The top latch is fine. 1 yellow infraction Install passes QA inspection.

Inspected the new indoor coil and tested the ez trap and the condensate pump. Took indoor temp splits at the return and the supply. I Checked the outdoor level and the disconnect level make sure all penetrations are caulked and sealed . I tested in AC mode on outdoor unit. Checked the charge by using super heat sub cool methods. Talked with the customer to see if he had any questions. The new system looks good. It’s up and running at this time of service.
Kurt is a great technician and a really nice guy. I think DiBiase charged way too much for less than an hours work to replace a board and sensor. I was charged $99 for the first diagnostic visit, then $479 for the labor on the second visit. Surgeons don’t make that kind of money.

8/12/25. Installed new pool heater control board. Also replaced evaporator sensor and water temperature sensor. Tested operation of the pool heater several times. Pool heater is working properly at time of service.

Perform precision AC tuneup on Bosch heat pump system and mini split Mitsubishi heat pump. Replaced 18 x 20 x 1“ air filter and cleaned washable filters on mini split head unit. Checked all electrical connections and components. Check temperature split on both systems. Cleaned out easy trap. Installed a G 3000 surge protector on hot tub disconnect for new hot tub in home. Checked refrigerant pressures and temperatures at indoor and outdoor units. Both ACs are working fine at time of service.

Luis 8-12-25 performed ac tune up in 3.5 ton Goodman ac unit from 2016. Check all electrical on indoor and outdoor. Inspect indoor coils and blower, drain line ok. Check supply and return air temps. Check outdoor unit electrical capacitor and contactor. Refrigerant pressures ok. Could not pull disconnect off due to fence post on front of it. Had to go to panel. Capacitor reading below standards. Provided estimate to replace capacitor and disconnect. I also presented options to rebuild outdoor electronics. Customer stated they have humidity issues, provided estimate to add humidifier. Customer will wait on on repairs.

Performed precision a/c tune up on amana inverter heat pump system. Aprilaire 313 filter is ok homeowner replaces. Checked all electrical connections and components. Checked temperature split. Cleaned out ez trap. Provided solution for indoor air quality. Inspected outdoor coil. A/c is working properly at time of service.

Fully assessed no cooling situation. Found nothing running and found furnace in c2 cooling stage 2 mode. Went into cool cloud and found furnace had a blower motor out of limits code. Air filter was good. Reset power to indoor and outdoor unit. Checked 410a refrigerant pressures they were 249/138 with 7.7 subcooling. Refrigerant and leak dye were added in 2023. Looked over system for leak dye did not see any and system is not low at this point. Homeowner said he does have power outages here and it may have shut off then. Explained to Keith how to reset the system if this happens again. A/c is working properly at time of service.

Luis 8-11-25 performed gas heater certification, propane gas furnace, test operation performed combustion test check airflow ok. Filter capacitor and blower ok. Check gas pressure LP ok check drain igniter and sensor, I noticed collector box leaking showing major rust and corrosion. I also found one connection leaking gas. Cycle heater ok. Heater did not passed inspection due to gas leak and collector box damage. Turn gas off to heater until repairs are completed. Provided estimate for repairs.

Checked the AC side of the system . Checked the air filter and replaced. Checked the wiring connections and the voltages on high volt and low volt. Inspected the indoor coil and flushed and tested the drain line. Checked the blower motor condition and inspected the blower amps . Went to the outdoor unit and inspected the wiring connections and the components . Checked and tested the pressures by using superheat and sub cooling methods. Checked the amps for the compressor and the fan motor and checked the indoor cooling temps at the supply and return. The AC system is working fine at this time of service. Did install a blower motor surge protection that was recommended at today’s service. Also recommended in a new dual capacitor 40/5 mfd , it’s starting to weaken. They will wait on capacitor replacement.

Completed AC tune up for 3.5 Ton Amana AC system Replaced 16x25x1 filter Indoor and outdoor coils in good condition Inspected wiring, controls, electric motors and components; left estimates for surge protectors Measured temperature split and static pressure Inspected drains; cleared EZ trap, added treatment tabs to drain pan. Checked integrity of compressor motor (mega ohm test) Assessed refrigerant charge checked pressures. AC system operating well at this time. Homeowner paid to renew plan membership today.
On time for appointment, informed and helpful
The three service techs arrived early and got to work removing the old equipment and installing the new items. They were professional and performed as a team. All of the techs were customer friendly.
This was a same day request for service for my air conditioner, and they got me in. Barry was polite and professional. In my case the issue could not be resolved because a part was needed. I have full confidence that the part will be ordered, and the issue resolved as soon as possible.

Purchased the unit five years ago. Now it turns out an additional post production component is required to keep the system from tripping its own internal breaker. A little less than $500 for the component and the service. As a customer, this is disappointing. All connections lines were replaced and a new concrete pad was installed outside. The house was left clean. Luke walked me through each aspect of the installation and oriented me to the new system. I am very happy I chose DiBiase Heating and Cooling. Competitive price and prompt service. As part of DiBiase installation protocol, Tan came to the house 1 week after installation to complete a full review of all systems and to help me develop strategies for effective cooling throughout the house. He spent considerable time testing and optimizing the unit, discussed operation of the unit and provided education related warranties, proper filters, and mechanical functions. Nathan was on time and demonstrating a lot of experience. I asked to have the drain line rerouted in the basement, and despite challenges in th e ceiling area, he handled it well. Everything was tied down tightly. He walked me through all parts of his work to ensure I was satisfied.
