Job Locations and Reviews
I arrived to the customers home to service their 2 yr old gas furnace system. I started with checking the air filter and replaced , the filter size is 16x25x1. I checked all my electrical connections and voltages. I inspected and tested the burners , flame sensor and the igniter. I water tested all tubing and hoses. I inspected the exhaust and fresh air pipe for restrictions and bellies. I inspected the inducer and the blower motor operation. I checked and tested for combustion and took temp rise splits at the return and the supply. Everything is running fine at this time of service. Collected for $189.00 renewal. Paid by check .

Luis and Conner 11-21-25 performed heat tune up on two Trane heaters. First and second floor. Check all electrical components low and high ok. Replace filters. Inspect all combustion components, ignition and air delivery ok. Combustion removal system ok. Performed combustion test on both heaters ok. Check static and temperature rise across heat exchanger ok. Cycle both units ok. Both heater are working normal at the time of service. During today’s visit, I did notice water heater It’s 11 years Old expansion tank has failed. I provided estimate to replace tank and I also quoted for repairs with water sensor. I also talked to customer about water protection on hvac units and provided estimate to add water sensors.

Reviewed and measured oil tank to see what it would take to replace it. Need to replace vent and fill with black iron.
When I arrived went to indoor equipment nothing was running. There was a demand for heat from thermostat. Randomly the system came on but then about 30 seconds shut off. Compressor delay reset and I waited the 5 min. Aprilaire 413 filter is clean. I checked relays and all low voltage wiring connections. There was one wire nut (common conductors) that was a little lose. I tightened this and all other connections. After this the system ran without issues for the rest of my time on site. *It is possible that there is another issue that caused the no heat issue but nothing I could determine today outside of tightening low voltage wiring connections. Completed heat tune up under new plan (AC/HP plan) Indoor and outdoor coils in good condition Inspected wiring, controls and electric motors. Provided email estimate for surge protectors for indoor and outdoor equipment. 15KW electric heat kit amps 60 Good Measured temperature rise and static pressure Checked refrigerant charge/pressures
Luis 11-20-25 we couldn’t get to roof. Roof is 25 feet from ground at lowest point. No heat due to bad inducer motor need to order and return with part. See attached pictures for model and serial number of part and unit.
Very professional
I arrived to the customers house for no heat. The heat pump wasn’t called for heat, but the oil was. I found the oil furnace was locked out. I hit the reset button. The burner came on, but it did not ignite. I checked the oil filter it was clogged With sludge . I replaced the oil filter for the customer and tried to start the unit. Unit again found no fuel still I pulled the customers fuel gauge and found the tank completely empty found sludge in the bottom of the tank. I turned the oil tank off the customers are gonna have an oil fill, I was able to get the heat pump to run for tonight to give them heat. They will call us if they need us to come back and prime the system customers are aware there will be a charge for priming. I collected 335.29 for tonight’s service.
Outdoor Coil was frosted. I had a 5 red flash solid green led on control board “W received in AC mode” (See diagnostic code chart) Which is the same error code we observed when we replaced control and sensor 11/28/23. The pipe clamp sensor and the outdoor ambient sensor are both reading correct ohms. I defrosted outdoor coil then Ran system in heating and monitored pressures and temperatures. I then attempted to force defrost using outdoor control. System will not engage defrost. We will order defrost board and sensor and return. This is covered under Dibiase 2 year guarantee. Repair completed December 1st 2023. Until we can complete work I told hi to use auxiliary heat mode during the night and keep it at a reasonable setpoint 65° Also discussed upgrading system. Dillon presented homeowner with quotes but did not email them. I will email the quotes tonight. Also discussed the fact that the federal tax credit ends Jan st and the fact that Trane is offering 60 month same as cash fina
QA on a gas furnace and a/c I arrived to the customers home to perform a QA on their new gas furnace system and a/c. I started with checking the air filter , the filter size is 413AA. I checked all my electrical connections and voltages. I inspected and tested the burners , flame sensor and the igniter. I inspected all the water tubing and drains. I checked the system set up for correct system operation. Checked the new humidifier for operation. Had to reduce the wiring of the humidifier. Checked the gas pressures for 1st and 2nd stages . Checked the outdoor unit wiring and checked the levels of the outdoor unit and the disconnect.
Luis 11-20-25 customer called in for oil leak, recently they just replaced oil tank and new line. It look like connections at filter and unit are the one Leaking. Provided estimate to Reflare oil line connections at oil canister and coupling customer approved repairs. Test furnace after repairs ok. No leaks present. As side note heater has open return, I explained situation with open returns, would recommend getting an estimate to add return air. Emailed estimate to add return air to heater.
Installed new Trane furnace and coil on 30x30 metal pan. All new return drop and custom supply plenum. Installed 2410 filter rack and Apco air purifier with UV light. Installed T6 WiFi thermostat. Ran condensate to gravity drain. Installed wet switch and EZ trap. Adapted to existing fuel line and vent runs. Installed blower motor surge protector. Installed new Trane 3 ton outdoor unit. Replaced wall bracket to fit size of new unit. Replaced lineset. Installed disconnect with surge protector. Cleaned work area and tested all operations. Adjust pressures appropriately in spring time.
I arrived to the customers home for a noise from last months service maintenance. The noise is coming from there return in the main floor master bedroom . I checked the 1st stage at 860 cfm and 2nd stage set at 1200 cfm good system set up. The air filter was getting dirty causing the acoustic vibration through their return in their master bedroom , causing the noise. They will use a lower grade filter and replace more often . The customer is satisfied at this time with the return . No charge for today’s service.
Installed Goodman packaged unit. Adapted to existing electrical. Added a separate disconnect for 10kw heat kit. Made custom transitions on supply and return. Installed Ecobee light. Cleaned work area and tested all operations. Need to return to repair drywall near return grill.
11/17/25 Barry Replaced ignitors for both furnaces Replaced flame sensors for both furnaces Replaced manufacturer condensate trap including gasket for first floor furnace. Also cleared drain tube. Measured ohm value of new ignitors. Afterwards tested system operations and measured flame rectification circuit. Systems operating well at this time. Collected balance for repairs.

I arrived for no heat . Found the thermostat is calling for heat , but nothing was running at the furnace . Found the thermostat failed wasn’t sending a signal to the furnace for a heat call for 24 volts. I gave the customer a few options. He decided on a ecobee lite WiFi thermostat. Also signed the customer up for a service contract for $189.00 this will discount the repair and the diagnostic at 15% per item for savings. I collected for $ 708.78 paid by cc. Please schedule the customers first check up.
Completed PECO heat pump tune up for 3 Ton Goodman heat pump system with 20KW electric heat kit 21x23x1 filter recently replaced by homeowner Indoor and outdoor coils in good condition Inspected wiring, controls, electric motors and components; left estimates for surge protectors 20KW heat kit amp draw 80A Ok. A WiFi thermostat with outdoor temperature input would allow for better control of electric heat use resulting in savings. Provided email estimate for Ecobee pro WiFi thermostat. I noticed the current thermostat didn’t close the “Y “ contacts after the delay. The thermostat contacts could be going bad. In addition to the WiFi thermostat I also left estimate for Non WiFi thermostat. Replaced batteries in thermostat today. Fred decided to go with non WiFi thermostat. Completed work today. I arrived for no heat on a Bosch, gas furnace and heat pump. Found heat pump was running, but the blower was very low speed in C2 mode. Found connection on the blower was barely connecting causing the blower issue. I made a strong connection with the lead, turn the system back on blower ramped up to normal speed. I checked the gas furnace side everything’s back up and running at this time service Collected for diagnostic fee
Performed precision heat tune up on Weil McLain oil boiler and Bosch inverter heat pump. Checked all electrical connections and components. Checked temperature rise. Checked refrigerant pressures and temperatures. Found no surge protection on x-13 blower motor, provided solution. Replaced.85x80 b nozzle. Replaced Rf1 oil filter. Vacuumed out soot from some pipe and heat exchanger. Performed smoke and combustion test. Oil boiler is working properly at time of service.
Warranty Heat exchanger Luis and Liz 11-14-25 remove old heat exchanger and replace it with new one. Check for gas leaks on connections ok check system operation ok performed combo test on heater ok.
Luis 11-13-25 customer called in for humidifier constantly running and also water dripping from it. Check his operation. Upon arrival I noticed installation crew use transformer to power humidifier check wiring I noticed high voltage wiring was energizing transformer all the time I used the hum terminals on the heater board o power up transformer when ever there is call for heat, test humidifier operation ok test condensation pump ok. Humidifier is working properly. No charge warranty from installation department.

Dillon M. was on time and knowledgeable. He provided multiple options for different brands at various price points. Importantly, he was able to educate me on system options including pros and cons.
