Found after kicking on system it was low on charge pressures were 105/34, very low on charge, system will not cool on the hot days and will freeze up risking water damage. Explained to homeowner that we do not charge r-22 systems any more. Recommended replacement of system. Talked to homeowner about a heat pump system. Set up appointment with our office.

I arrived to the customers home to look at his heat pump system not working. Found when running an AC mode it was low on charge. I had a 60° superheat and 0-1 sub cool. I left estimates for the customer to review for leak search , adding charge to the system and if the system did have a leak either in the indoor coil or the outdoor coil if under manufacture warranty,  I left him pricing so he can see the cost. He is scheduled tomorrow with the company that put the system in for leak search I collected for $99 diagnostic for today paid by credit card.

Installed in existing drain pan with water alarm. Set water heater to hot setting. Installed new prv valve. Checked water pressure it was good at 60 psi. Water heater is working properly at time of service.

I inspected the condition of the electric water heater and checked for leaks. I checked the water pressure and the water temp . I inspected the expansion tank and took voltage and amperage draws on the elements. The water heater is in good shape 4-5 yrs old Bradford white. 



I serviced  their 7 yr old amana 95% gas furnace system. 
I started with checking the air filter and replaced , the filter size is 16x20x1 . I checked all my electrical connections and voltages. I inspected and tested the  burners , flame sensor and the igniter. I water tested all tubing and hoses and inspected the collector box . I inspected the exhaust and fresh air pipe for restrictions and bellies. I inspected the inducer and the blower motor operation. I checked and tested for combustion and took temp rise splits at the return and the supply. Everything is running fine at this time of service.

Luis 4-20-26 customer called in for gas smell. Customer contacted peco and peco found main heater gas valve leaking gas. Check gas valve outlet and verified that valve is passing gas. New valve is needed. Check incoming gas pressure 7.5 wc. I called manufacturer and order replacement part. Office to follow up w with customer tomorrow morning, provisional return visit is scheduled for tomorrow between 10 and 2. Customer has doctors appointment at 145 pm.
Luis 4-20-26 customer called in for gas smell. Customer contacted peco and peco found main heater gas valve leaking gas. Check gas valve outlet and verified that valve is passing gas. I had decent equalization of my pressures and went and turned the system on the indoor but not the outdoor. I reset the breaker, and you could hear the compressor trying to run but tripped out again. Kurt did excellent work, diagnosed problem quickly and had part on the truck to take care of fast. Also recommended great ideas to help our Air conditioner not have to work so hard. He helped us sign up for maintenance plan and now we are with a company that treats customers great!

i met with the DiBiase representative (Tony) in my home so he could review our needs and analyze our current setup/view the current situation. He was very professional, arrived on time, and respected both our home and our time. His descriptions of our options was very helpful, and he provided us with 3 choices to consider, which we are now doing. He sent a copy of the options and pricing, which was quite helpful to me to study.

Dan (technician) showed up on time. Friendly, knowledgeable, and quick. He didn't mind me asking questions (gotta prepare for that zombie apocalypse) and explained what the problem was and how he was fixing it. Had the parts needed right in his van and got it done quickly. My house now has air conditioning again!

Dillon M. was on time and knowledgeable. He provided multiple options for different brands at various price points. Importantly, he was able to educate me on system options including pros and cons. Luke T and installation team were on time, knowledgeable, and courteous. They worked throughout the day and had old equipment picked up and disposed. New A/C Furnace syste looks and works great. All connections lines were replaced and a new concrete pad was installed outside. The house was left clean. Luke walked me through each aspect of the installation and oriented me to the new system. I am very happy I chose DiBiase Heating and Cooling. Competitive price and prompt service. As part of DiBiase installation protocol, Tan came to the house 1 week after installation to complete a full review of all systems and to help me develop strategies for effective cooling throughout the house. He spent considerable time testing and optimizing the unit, discussed operation of the unit and provided education related warranties, proper filters, and mechanical functions. Nathan was on time and demonstrating a lot of experience. I asked to have the drain line rerouted in the basement, and despite challenges in th e ceiling area, he handled it well. Everything was tied down tightly. He walked me through all parts of his work to ensure I was satisfied.
