Arrived for a comfort issue. Customer showed me a video of the blower motor coming on and off. I went through his thermostat settings and found the thermostat was wired ok . I went down to the furnace and checked the wiring connections, drainage , and blower capacitor. I couldn’t replicate a blower issue at this time. This can be an intermittent issue and can take multiple visits to resolve. I did show the customer how to look for error codes and I showed him his condensation pump and what to look for if it freezes the 3/8 tubing if it indeed goes outside. Possibly could be a thermostat issue dropping the blower motor or the condensation line is freezing causing the safety to trip. The system is running fine at this time of service. I collected for $99.00 paid by cc.
I arrived to replace a customers control board. Last time I was out board was doing all kind of crazy stuff and I could not adjust fan speed was staying at 1900 CFM‘s for high heat is now at 1700 which is fine. Heat is back up and running at this time of service. Customer will monitor new and furnace operation, I collected for $302.81 paid by check .

Barry is a very efficient technician and explains things well!
Made some adjustment to the thermostat settings as well as the unit it was a beautiful install and very well put together. The noise was coming from his register vent, vibrating not actual unit Pulled the vent cover off and the noise stopped . change settings in the thermostat so the house would reach temperature. It’s a three ton system heat pump with 10 KW that’s a very small home. No reason why it cannot reach temperature. It was beautiful flawless install . We’re going Friday to remove the tank with a half a tank of oil in it. The issue with that is we do not have anywhere to put the hose in from outside to pump out.
Found outdoor unit locked out on H5 error code (5 times protection in 100 minutes) Before resetting power I enabled to two defrost dipswitches on outdoor unit. Control will check if defrost is needed more often and defrost will run for 60 seconds longe now. Reset power with refrigerant probes and temp clamp on high side pipe. Pressures and temperatures Good. Unit went into defrost once. I also compared my pressure and temperature readings to what the control is identifying the high side temperature and pressure to be (effectively checking the pressure transducer). Control is reading pressure and being 304. Measured pressure is 310. Transducer is good. Unit ran in heat pump mode the entire time I was here 45 mon or so. No issues with pressure lockouts. Temperature rise 68-98=30° Good. System operating well at this time.
I Arrived to the customers home for a heat pump check up on a 4 yr old system . I checked all electrical connections and voltages . Took temp splits for the electric heat and blower motor amperage draws. I looked at the outdoor heat pump and tested for an outdoor btu output. Inspected the outdoor components and unit pressures. Everything is working fine at this time of service. Will need to price out for an outdoor temp sensor for his Amana inverter. For now I did adjust the sensor and now is reading 23° instead of 71°.collected for 413 air filter and #35 water panel $126.15 paid

Fully assessed no heating situation found 2018 Amana heat pump system locked out again on high-pressure lockout. Homeowner had some more information since the last tech was here. He noticed that the airflow to zone two, which is the second floor upstairs was not as good. Went upstairs in the attic And put a meter on the Zone panel and found 24v at panel and at damper but zone 2 10x20 zone damper was stuck closed. Forced damper open 1/2 way for the time being. Zone damper is working intermittently and needs replaced. Provided estimate to replace zone damper. Explained to homeowner that it will probably overheat this zone until zone damper is replaced because air will constantly go there. Reset breaker in basement and checked 410a pressures they were 285/71 very good. Ordered zone damper from distributor ( our warehouse guy) . Homeowner would like zone damper replaced before 12/19/25 they are going away.

12/8/25 Tan Performed quality assurance on newly installed Trane heat pump from 12/3. Previously an oil system converted to straight heat pump with electric heat back up. 2 stage system with 10kw electric heat stripe. Client stated noise occurs when it changes from 1st stage to 2nd stage. I found vent that comes directly at top of air handler is the source and that’s where client explained the noise comes from. Majority of the air hits that vent first before hitting the other supply duct so I turned damper to reduce airflow. Noise is reduced and client is happy with changes. Wiring was incorrect as Y2 from outdoor was wired to YO indoor and Y1 from outdoor was wired with Y1 indoor. I made the changes so it can properly change stage. Dip switches set for 3ton on system 310cfm. Total static was close to .7”. When I changed to normal rate of 330cfm per ton, noise was excessive and static increased to over 1”. Confirmed all returns and supply vents open and filter was not restricted. I cha

Customer had told me their power had been going on and off in the fall and they had to replace a board in their stove recommending to replace the furnace. Please check for warranties I collected for my time for diagnostics paid by check.
Luis 12-5-25 customer called in for heater not working. Found heater running upon arrival on an error code pressure switch found water inside inducer assembly drain assembly and test system operation after draining assembly system came on properly. I would recommend adding drain kit on exhaust pipe to prevent this from happening again. I’m also included ez trap for ac drain system since is in series with heater drain. I emailed estimate. As I mentioned it during heat tuneup system goes off on high limit at least once every call for heat. I also provided estimate to add return grill near rerun duct and add two supply grills at the mechanical room. This will help the unit breath better.

Dillon M. was on time and knowledgeable. He provided multiple options for different brands at various price points. Importantly, he was able to educate me on system options including pros and cons. Luke T and installation team were on time, knowledgeable, and courteous. They worked throughout the day and had old equipment picked up and disposed. New A/C Furnace syste looks and works great. All connections lines were replaced and a new concrete pad was installed outside. The house was left clean. Luke walked me through each aspect of the installation and oriented me to the new system. I am very happy I chose DiBiase Heating and Cooling. Competitive price and prompt service. As part of DiBiase installation protocol, Tan came to the house 1 week after installation to complete a full review of all systems and to help me develop strategies for effective cooling throughout the house. He spent considerable time testing and optimizing the unit, discussed operation of the unit and provided education related warranties, proper filters, and mechanical functions. Nathan was on time and demonstrating a lot of experience. I asked to have the drain line rerouted in the basement, and despite challenges in th e ceiling area, he handled it well. Everything was tied down tightly. He walked me through all parts of his work to ensure I was satisfied.
