I arrived for a heat pump making a noise outside. I checked the indoor air handler. I Checked the air filter andsinspected the coil. I did give a price for an estimate for cleaning her indoor coil. Electric heat works fine. I went to the outdoor unit and check the outdoor coil and the components everything looks fine. I had the customer turn the heat pump back on. I checked my pressures and tested the system and defrost mode. The system does not have a pad or heat pump risers. So if we get heavy snow and ice, it can form on the bottom portions of the coil and prevent this thing from defrosting correctly, I believe the customer did have ice on her blades melted by the time I got her. I did leave an estimate for indoor coil cleaning and an estimate for a contract I collected for $149 for diagnostics for today paid by credit card
I arrived for the heat pump not heating on upper level , we had just replaced the 2 zones . The customer has his thermostat set to 60 ° its 59° I checked my zones up in the attic not easy to get to. But there are both open. I have 85° supply and 58 return. Heat pump is fine . I tested aux heat and had 87° heat . It is 14 ° outside very cold . it’s doing everything it can .
1/30/26 Barry Installed EIM and Honeywell S1200 Elite pro thermostat. Configured and wired to allow for on demand humidification. Installed Scale Inhibitor in line with humidifier water feed. Also configured thermostat to display an alert when the EZ trap drain clog alert happens. Will lock out cooling. No need to lockout heat because it is an 80% funace. Afterwards went through everything with homeowners. That can set up WiFi and download the First Alert App if desired. Collected payment for balance.

System installed 4/4/19 by Dibiase Found severely burnt wires and terminals on single point entry kit. They said it smelled and Robert said he could see burning in compartment and shut both air handler breakers and 100A breaker off at panel Feed wire is aluminum 4 gauge. Installed new single point entry kit which includes new wires from kit to breaker. Part covered under warranty. Checked torque of all wiring connections including those of the contactors and air handler breakers. Also stripped back Aluminum 4 gauge feed wire using utility knife so as not to crimp or nick the strands and also made sure there weee no severe bends in feed wire. Replaced 20x20x1 filter was very dirty. Recommend replacing monthly. Tested system: Air handler amps with 15KW electric heat kit 59 Good. System operating well at this time.
Performed precision oil tune up on Weil McLain oil boiler. Replaced.65x60w nozzle. Checked all electrical connections and components. Made sure everything was getting hot. Performed smoke and combustion test. Oil boiler is working properly at time of service,
Open high limit on the clubhouse unit that serves (2) zones. Attic unit. Kitchen zone and card/game room zone Furnace is 120,000 BTU. Return is ducted from one side only. Replaced 14x25x1 filter. Fan speed ideal for heating BLUE medium high. Also opened a manual damper labeled card room that feeds game room exterior wall. Opened another manual damper labeled Tr#3 as well. That feed 1 room in the basement level (Training Room) Discharge air sensor wired into HZ311 zone panel cuts combustion off when temperature get to 160°F as designed. I believe a commercial load calculation would reveal that funace is 1 size too big. But would need to see full layouts. She emailed us duct layout blueprints. We should replace limit switch because it is likely to get stuck open again. Furnace working at this time but limit needs to be replaced Invoiced for diagnostic fee+ replace filter+replace OEM limit switch. Limit switch will be ordered and we will return ASAP.
Luis 1-29-26 customer called in for noise issue with second floor propane Goodman 90% heater from 2013. Customer share a video about noise. Noise seems like drain issues gargling, I check entire vacuum system. Heat exchanger, combustion removal and air distribution. I also performed combustion test and visual inspection on heat exchanger. Controlled board does not show any error codes. This board does not provide past error codes history. Heater as running upon arrival. During today’s visit I did found some items that will be an issue soon. Collector box is stating to show leaks. All ignition parts showing wear. At the bottom of heat exchanger tubes it look like. It’s starting to condensate before it gets to secondary resulting corrosion on the tubes. I went over visit with customer I did mentioned about getting an estimate to replace system. I also provided options on cost for replacing parts mentioned on the report. Office to follow up with customer tomorrow mourning.
Reviewed job with Nathan and Tim. Finalized locations of all registers for the home.
There was a bad splice at furnace preventing and therefore no continuity of common back to nest thermostat causing blank thermostat to second floor master bedroom. I fixed bad connection at common. 24V now present at 2nd floor thermostat. Replaced filter for first floor system had lots of drywall dust. He replaced the second floor not long ago. Replace filters monthly. Total of (2) 16x25x1 filters. Second floor furnace passes combustion test. Flue gas temperature is a little high 140°. Furnace is no longer working at designed efficiency Replaced filter for first floor unit. Was covered in drywall dust. Second floor system is an 80,000 BTU carrier high efficiency propane furnace with 2.5 ton AC. Full System dates to 2013. First floor system is a Bosch propane furnace (high efficiency) installed by us in April 2023with a 3 Ton AC. AC is dates to 2013 Carrier. 1st floor humidifier ok. 2nd Floor humidifier leaking. Needs new drain spud and maintenance kit. Left email estimate. L
I Arrived to the customers home for a Q.A INSPECTION on a Trane heat pump system. I checked all my electrical connections and voltages . I made sure all wiring and connections were completed in a neatly manner. I checked the air filter and replaced if needed filter size is 20x23x1. I made sure the system had all the proper accessories tied into the equipment. I Inspected the indoor coil and tested electric heat package. I looked at the outdoor heat pump and checked my wiring and checked the level of the disconnect and the heat pump. Inspected the outdoor components and unit pressures. Everything is in good working order.
Luis 1-28-26 Replace burners and flame sensors for 1st and 2nd floor gas furnaces test operation performed combustion test after repairs ok. Customer mentioned second floor humidifier would leak sometimes. I had unit running an also humidifier was running all the time and I did not see any water leaking, could be leaking from drain spud. I did provided estimate for humidifier maintenance kit.
1/27/26. Replaced heater kit circuit board and geothermal main control board. Programmed circuit board and took photos with climate master service tool. Tested operation of the system in service mode. Geothermal is working properly at time of service.
Completed heat tune up for natural gas furnace. 100,000 BTU installed 3/7/19 Replaced 16x25x filter Inspected heat exchanger, burners, flue pipe, inducer assembly and hoses Inspected hot surface ignitor and verified resistance with meter Cleaned flame sensor and verified flame rectification circuit Measured temperature rise and static pressure Checked wiring, controls, electric motors and components; Checked manifold gas pressures Inspected drain and pump. Combustion, draft and smoke tests: Pass Provided email estimate for Aprilaire 620M bypass humidifier. Gas furnace is operating well at this time.
Completed heat tune up for 3 ton heat pump with 15KW electric heat kit, Replaced 20x20x1 filter Indoor and outdoor coils in good condition. Inspected wiring, controls, electric motors and components. 15KW electric heat kit 58A : Good. Installed previously recommended hard start kit with potential relay at outdoor unit today. Equipment lacks surge protection. Left estimate for indoor blower motor surge protector and surge protector for outdoor equipment Measured temperature rise and static pressure Inspected drains. Verified integrity of compressor and defrost cycle Checked refrigerant charge/pressures. Heat pump operating well at this time.
Very knowledgeable and friendly explaining what has to be done
Fully assessed no heating situation. Found blown glass fuse on main circuit board. Used fuse popper and found strip heater circuit board high voltage melted into low voltage wiring and after further investigation it also fried main circuit board. System was installed 11/9/23. Also meg tested compressor, compressor tested out ok. Need to order both circuit boards, geo is Down. Customer is going to use a wood fireplace for now.

When I arrived customer informed me that the heat pump had came back on and seems to be running ok. Decided to check over heat pump system but explained to him that this unit does not save codes. Went out to outside unit and checked 410a refrigerant pressures they were 372/61. Head pressure was a little high but not terrible. Compressor is also drawling at over 12 amps. Removed air filter and replaced with 1” 20x20x1 customer supplied. Compressor very loud from inside the home also. Would recommend replacing heat pump system very soon. Heat pump is working at time of service.

Luis 1-23-26 performed oil heat tune up on spirit oil furnace from 2022. Test heater operation ok. Check air filter 413 ok. Clean heat exchanger and flue pipe inspect chimney base ok. Replace oil filter rf2 nozzle .60x80a and strainer. Check oil flow ok. Performed combustion test and smoke test on heater ok. Draft ok. Check supply and return air temps ok. Cycle heater ok. Heater is working properly at the time of service, I did inform customer About oil tank age, valve at the tank seems like starting to leak. Oil level is very low. Customer does not know the age of oil tank. I emailed estimate for new oil tank. I also provided information about whole house humidifier. Customer also mentioned an issue with room sensor. I tried to replace batteries and it worked for an hour then it won’t connect again. Customer will order new sensor online, C7189R1004 RedLINK®-Enabled Wireless Indoor Air Sensor
Luis 1-23-26 customer just replaced 700m humidifier and it does not work. I check wiring found no power to humidifier, I check all wiring from thermostat to unit and to humidifier, this new humidifier is configured differently than the old one. Quoted to modified wiring and add common to humidifier customer approved repair. Add common and kept same wiring at the thermostat base. After repairs test operation ok. Humidifier is connected to ecobee stag at terminal + and common is connected from air handler. Cobble shows + and - terminal are connected but only + is connected not sure if this will be an issue later on. As now thermostat is bringing humidifier with no issue.
Luis 1-23-26 Customer called in for heat pump not keeping up during cold days. Trane fully communicated heat pump. Check error codes history on the unit I tested heat pump check refrigerant pressures temperatures. Everything is working good with the heat pump 413 air filter. It’s super dirty. This is probably why unit had some high temperatures error in past error history. Hi Dan tested back up heat 15 KW I noticed that the electric heat was only running at 5K after doing investigation found out during the installation. The other 10 KW was never connected to the unit and thermostat was not set up for 15 KW. I provided estimate to corrected this actions. Customer approved repairs. I connected the other 5K bank to the sub panel and fully set thermostat to 15 kw back up heat, I locked out electric heat at 40 degrees. Test system operation ok. Reconnect 5KW to electrical subpanel and reconfigure thermostat for 15 KW back up heat. Customer will replace filter I did inform customer about
I arrived to the customers home to service their Amana 4 yr old 95% gas furnace system. I started with checking the air filter and replaced , the filter size is 16x20x1. I checked all my electrical connections and voltages. I inspected and tested the burners , flame sensor and the igniter. I water tested all tubing and hoses. I inspected the exhaust and fresh air pipe for restrictions and bellies. I inspected the inducer and the blower motor operation. I checked and tested for combustion and took temp rise splits at the return and the supply. Everything is running fine at this time of service. We Did recommend adding one in 2023 wet switch. Finished basement. I did leave another estimate for the customer to review for adding a wet switch to her system.
I arrived for no heat found unit was locked out on four flash codes, which is a high limit trip. Found the filter was very dirty. I replaced the air filter 16x20x1. The condition of the furnace is OK there is rust around the burner port. No rust on the screws at the secondary. Also recommending replacing the burner tubes with stainless steel burner tubes. Customer has LP gas. My gas pressure low and high fire are fine . I ran a smoke test and a combustion test on the furnace and it passed . The temp rise was fine . With the condition of the furnace I would recommend replacing in the near future, it’s close to 10 yrs . I talked with the tenants to be sure they are replacing the air filter monthly. Also found older pro 5000 or 6000 the buttons are waring. I did leave 3 estimates for the customer to review. Replacement of (4) burner tubes and upgrading to stainless steel . Adding a maintenance contract for 189.00 per year . You get 2 visits with 15% discount and priority service.
Luis 1-22-26 performed oil furnace cleaning in thermopride oil furnace around 17 years old. Test thermostat operation customer has Bosch heat pump for main heat and oil furnace as back up, I only performed tune up on oil heater. Clean heat exchanger and flue pipe inspect chimney base. And inspect clean out ports. Replace oil filter, strainer and nozzle. Clean and adjust electrodes. Check oil flow and test heater operation after tune up. Performed combustion test ok. Heater is working properly at the time of service, some of the parts are showing age. I emailed estimate for recommendations.

Dan (technician) showed up on time. Friendly, knowledgeable, and quick. He didn't mind me asking questions (gotta prepare for that zombie apocalypse) and explained what the problem was and how he was fixing it. Had the parts needed right in his van and got it done quickly. My house now has air conditioning again!

Dillon M. was on time and knowledgeable. He provided multiple options for different brands at various price points. Importantly, he was able to educate me on system options including pros and cons. Luke T and installation team were on time, knowledgeable, and courteous. They worked throughout the day and had old equipment picked up and disposed. New A/C Furnace syste looks and works great. All connections lines were replaced and a new concrete pad was installed outside. The house was left clean. Luke walked me through each aspect of the installation and oriented me to the new system. I am very happy I chose DiBiase Heating and Cooling. Competitive price and prompt service. As part of DiBiase installation protocol, Tan came to the house 1 week after installation to complete a full review of all systems and to help me develop strategies for effective cooling throughout the house. He spent considerable time testing and optimizing the unit, discussed operation of the unit and provided education related warranties, proper filters, and mechanical functions. Nathan was on time and demonstrating a lot of experience. I asked to have the drain line rerouted in the basement, and despite challenges in th e ceiling area, he handled it well. Everything was tied down tightly. He walked me through all parts of his work to ensure I was satisfied.
