11/17/25 Barry Replaced ignitors for both furnaces Replaced flame sensors for both furnaces Replaced manufacturer condensate trap including gasket for first floor furnace. Also cleared drain tube. Measured ohm value of new ignitors. Afterwards tested system operations and measured flame rectification circuit. Systems operating well at this time. Collected balance for repairs.

Performed quality assurance on recently installed trane high efficiency gas furnace. Checked filter nice and clean. Checked all electrical connections and components. Checked temperature rise. Performed combustion test. Tested humidifier. Duct work is sealed. Checked settings in ecobee. Gas furnace is working properly at time of service.

I arrived for no heat . Found the thermostat is calling for heat , but nothing was running at the furnace . Found the thermostat failed wasn’t sending a signal to the furnace for a heat call for 24 volts. I gave the customer a few options. He decided on a ecobee lite WiFi thermostat. Also signed the customer up for a service contract for $189.00 this will discount the repair and the diagnostic at 15% per item for savings. I collected for $ 708.78 paid by cc. Please schedule the customers first check up.

Completed PECO heat pump tune up for 3 Ton Goodman heat pump system with 20KW electric heat kit 21x23x1 filter recently replaced by homeowner Indoor and outdoor coils in good condition Inspected wiring, controls, electric motors and components; left estimates for surge protectors 20KW heat kit amp draw 80A Ok. A WiFi thermostat with outdoor temperature input would allow for better control of electric heat use resulting in savings. Provided email estimate for Ecobee pro WiFi thermostat. I noticed the current thermostat didn’t close the “Y “ contacts after the delay. The thermostat contacts could be going bad. In addition to the WiFi thermostat I also left estimate for Non WiFi thermostat. Replaced batteries in thermostat today. Fred decided to go with non WiFi thermostat. Completed work today. I arrived for no heat on a Bosch, gas furnace and heat pump. Found heat pump was running, but the blower was very low speed in C2 mode. Found connection on the blower was barely connecting causing the blower issue. I made a strong connection with the lead, turn the system back on blower ramped up to normal speed. I checked the gas furnace side everything’s back up and running at this time service Collected for diagnostic fee

Performed precision heat tune up on Weil McLain oil boiler and Bosch inverter heat pump. Checked all electrical connections and components. Checked temperature rise. Checked refrigerant pressures and temperatures. Found no surge protection on x-13 blower motor, provided solution. Replaced.85x80 b nozzle. Replaced Rf1 oil filter. Vacuumed out soot from some pipe and heat exchanger. Performed smoke and combustion test. Oil boiler is working properly at time of service.

Warranty Heat exchanger Luis and Liz 11-14-25 remove old heat exchanger and replace it with new one. Check for gas leaks on connections ok check system operation ok performed combo test on heater ok.

Luis 11-13-25 customer called in for humidifier constantly running and also water dripping from it. Check his operation. Upon arrival I noticed installation crew use transformer to power humidifier check wiring I noticed high voltage wiring was energizing transformer all the time I used the hum terminals on the heater board o power up transformer when ever there is call for heat, test humidifier operation ok test condensation pump ok. Humidifier is working properly. No charge warranty from installation department.

11/12/25. Removed old igniter assembly and installed new hot surface igniter. Tested operation and performed combustion test. Gas furnace is working properly at time of service.

Installed new indoor fan relay and transformer. Installed a 3A resettable fuse in series with new transformer for troubleshooting purposes. The fuse pops whenever there is a demand for compressor 24 volts to “Y” The contactor coil reads 13 ohms. So the popping of fuse on a y call is either failed control board, thermostat and or thermostat wire. When a demand for electric heat is made fuse remains intact but the control board is not giving 24V to the electric heat contractors. We will provide estimate for new control board. Discussed upgrading the system as opposed to repairing. She decided to have consultation. We set it up for 5-6PM tonight. I did not collect balance because repairs were not completed. If they decide to move forward with new system she will be credited the repair amount she paid already. System is down.

2 furnace check ups . I arrived to the customers home to service their 6 yr old system and there 6 yr old system. I started with checking the air filters and found good, both 413 . I checked all my electrical connections and voltages. I inspected and tested the burners , flame sensors and the igniters on both units. I water tested all tubing and hoses. I inspected the exhaust and fresh air pipe for restrictions and bellies. I inspected the inducer and the blower motor operations for both units. I checked and tested for combustion and took temp rise splits at the return and the supply's on both systems . Both heat systems are working fine at this time of service.

Performed precision heat tune up on 2007 r-22 American standard heat pump system. Checked all electrical connections and components. Checked temperature rise. Checked r-22 refrigerant pressures and temperatures. Indoor evaporator coil is very rusted and corroded. Recommend replacing old in efficient r-22 heat pump system and up grading. Heat pump system is working at time of service. Heating and cooling plan

Found failed condensation pump. Pump Safety opened low voltage circuit preventing system from running. Homeowner agreed to replace pump. Also replaced vinyl tubing 12’. Added treatment tabs to pump. Educated homeowner how to add treatment tabs to pump once per month to keep pump and discharge tubing clean. Also discussed and recommended upgrading propane burners to stainless steel. Current burners are 6 years old and aluminized steel. They can become corroded enough to prevent furnace from running. Amana now offers stainless. Emailed estimate Afterwards tested pump and system. Set 1st floor thermostat to Heat 67° before leaving.

11/10/25 Dan I arrived to the customers home to service their 3 yr old gas furnace system. I started with checking the air filter and replaced , the filter size is 413AA . I checked all my electrical connections and voltages. I inspected and tested the burners , flame sensor and the igniter. I water tested all tubing and hoses. I inspected the exhaust and fresh air pipe for restrictions and bellies. I inspected the inducer and the blower motor operation. I checked and tested for combustion and took temp rise splits at the return and the supply. Everything is running fine at this time of service. Customer has a 413 AA air filter / #45 water panel for his 400 humidifier. Also see if we can track down a new motor assembly for his fresh air exchanger.

arrived to the customers home to work on their oil fired boiler , It’s 4 years old. I started with inspecting for water leaks, and checked all the copper line joints. I checked the temperature pressure gauge. I checked connections and voltages on the boiler and inspected the aqua stat and circulators. I inspected the heat exchanger and cleaned and inspected the flue pipe for corrosion and holes. I made sure the chimney was clear. I replaced the oil filter, the strainer and nozzle . I cleaned and set the electrodes for proper gapping for proper system operation. I bled the oil burner and tested for combustion and checked the return and supply pipes . I checked the air handler and inspected the water coil and replaced the air filter, size is 20x20x1. Replaced the customers cell bulb for his reme led . Everything is working fine with oil fired boiler and the air handler at this time of service. Collected for the reme bulb and the oil fired boiler renewal contract.

Completed heat tune up for natural gas furnace. Replaced 16x25x1 filter Inspected heat exchanger, burners, flue pipe, inducer assembly and hoses Inspected hot surface ignitor and verified resistance with meter Cleaned flame sensor and verified flame rectification circuit Measured temperature rise and static pressure Checked wiring, controls, electric motors and components; Checked manifold gas pressure Inspected drain and pump. He has an outdoor hose bib that needs replaced. Provided estimate to replace. There will be no warranty because part is provided by homeowner. Combustion, draft and smoke tests: Pass Gas furnace is operating well at this time.

Fully assessed no heating situation. Found 2013 heat pump package unit with nothing running. Gave system a call for heat from the thermostat. Found that after thermostat was calling an outdoor unit small relay control board inside package unit started smoking. This circuit board and 240 V transformer will need to be replaced. System is also at replacement age. Do not have this circuit board on the truck. Will need to find availability on Monday and provide repair estimate. Took photos of circuit board and transformer. System does have refrigarant in it. Do not know if any else is fried until these parts are replaced. Heating and cooling

Fully assessed no heating situation. Found furnace locked out on code 33 high limit code. Found x13 carrier blower motor has failed. Called distributor and verified it is still under warranty. Collected 50% and ordered motor. Explained to customer that more than likely the motor failed to a power surge. Offered surge protection. Customer has no heat at this time. 11/7/25 Barry Installed OEM blower motor under Carrier parts only warranty. Wired speed taps as before. Tested system operations Observed and verified all steps in the trial for ignition process. Combustion test: Pass The humidifier on supply plenum is non operational and outdated. Provided estimate for new humidifier bypass humidifier with manual control. Also provided estimate to remove and patch old humidifier System operating well at this time.

11/7/25 Replaced inducer motor assembly for Duncane furnace. Replaced OEM ignitor. Verified proper ohm value of new ignitor. Bled gas line tested system. Observed and verified all steps of trial for ignition Checked gas pressure. Measured temperature rise. Combustion analysis/testing: Pass System operating well at this time. Homeowner paid for balance.

Zach and I arrived to complete gas furnace tuneup at the clubhouse. And to look at a mini split filters, this unit does a server room. furnace check ups . I arrived to the customers home to service their 4 to 5 yr old systems . I started with checking the air filters and replaced all , the filter sizes are 14x25x1 with (2) mini split washable filters. I checked all my electrical connections and voltages. I inspected and tested the burners , flame sensors and the igniters on all units. I water tested all tubing and hoses. I inspected the exhaust and fresh air pipe for restrictions and bellies. I inspected the inducer and the blower motor operations for all units. I checked and tested for combustion and took temp rise splits at the return and the supply's on all systems . All the heating systems are working fine at this time of service. I recommended some surge protection and ez traps for all the gas furnaces Customers will review their estimates.

Performed precision heat tune up on 2003 Payne propane gas furnace. Replaced 16x25x1 air filter. Checked all electrical connections and components. Found burners rusted to the point the should be replaced. Checked resistance of hsi. Cleaned flame sensor. Inspected heat exchanger with scope camera, found some rust pitting but no definitive holes or cracks at this time, heat exchanger was replaced a few years back by another company. Inspected condensation drain. Performed combustion test. Would recommend starting to think about replacement due to age. Gas furnace is working at time of service.
