Talked to Marcella about the air ranger to help with better dust control, and about the Apcox for uv protection. A/c is working properly at time of service.

Luis 6-15-26 Customer called in for no cooling Lennox 4 ton ac unit from 2005. Both units running indoor and outdoor. Check system operation indoor unit filter ok, I noticed water heater is leaking water from relief valve. Expansion tank has also failed. Check water pressure 55 psi. I provided estimate to replace failed parts. I check outdoor unit operation found system, very low on r22. We no longer carry r22. System is currently non operational requires recommended repairs and has passed normal life expectancy. Replacement of system is strongly recommended. Office to follow up with customer.
6/15/26 Dan I arrived to the customers home to service their 17 yr old amana a/c system. I checked the wiring connections and the voltages . I checked and found the indoor air filter is good , filter size is a 16x20x1. I Inspected the indoor coil and tested the primary drain pan with water and flushed the drain line and cleared. I Took indoor temp splits at the return and the supply found that I have an 11° temp split I should have an 18° temp split. I checked the blower motor condition and operation. I looked at the outdoor unit wiring connections and voltages . I inspected the outdoor components and checked my unit pressures by using super heat sub cool method. Found the system is low on charge it’s r-22 . I have a 46° super heat and I should have a 15°super heat. My sub cool should be 8-12 sub cooling I have 2.3 sub cooling. I also performed a combustion check for the customer and found it has high co at 300 ppm my recommendation is to have both the heater and the a/c replace

I made sure all wiring and connections were completed in a neatly manner. I checked the air filter and replaced if needed filter size is 18x20x1 I made sure the system had all the proper accessories tied into the equipment. I Inspected the indoor coil and tested the water line . I looked at the outdoor heat pump and checked my wiring and checked the level of the disconnect and the heat pump. Looked at the breaker size Inspected the outdoor components and unit pressures. Everything is in good working order.
6/13/26 Dan I arrived for a no Cooling call on a Trane 8 yr old system. I started with inspecting the indoor unit. I confirmed that the filter was ok, made sure the blower motor runs , and that the indoor coil was free of ice or debri. I went to the outdoor unit and inspected the system components and made sure the system has pressure. Found the dual capacitor failed. Got approval from the customer to replace the capacitor. Remove the failed capacitor and replaced with new and inspected my connectors. Turn the system back on and tested system operation. Everything is back up and running at this time of service for diagnostic and capacitor repair. Total $411.40 paid by cc.
I arrived to the customers home to look at his air flow issue with the 2nd floor over cooling and heating . Customer had said the second floor gets very cold with the AC on and very hot with the heat on but the downstairs first floor not as comfortable the thermostat can’t keep up. I found the main trunk damper for the first floor was completely closed off. I opened up the main trunk damper and you could hear the airflow change. Dan (technician) showed up on time. Friendly, knowledgeable, and quick. He didn't mind me asking questions (gotta prepare for that zombie apocalypse) and explained what the problem was and how he was fixing it. Had the parts needed right in his van and got it done quickly. My house now has air conditioning again!

This was a great experience. The pricing was fair and up front. They scheduled our install quickly, which was important because we didn't have A/C at all and it's hot outside. The team was professional and friendly and the installation was fast. We're very pleased.

Dillon M. was on time and knowledgeable. He provided multiple options for different brands at various price points. Importantly, he was able to educate me on system options including pros and cons. Luke T and installation team were on time, knowledgeable, and courteous. They worked throughout the day and had old equipment picked up and disposed. New A/C Furnace syste looks and works great. All connections lines were replaced and a new concrete pad was installed outside. The house was left clean. Luke walked me through each aspect of the installation and oriented me to the new system. I am very happy I chose DiBiase Heating and Cooling. Competitive price and prompt service. As part of DiBiase installation protocol, Tan came to the house 1 week after installation to complete a full review of all systems and to help me develop strategies for effective cooling throughout the house. He spent considerable time testing and optimizing the unit, discussed operation of the unit and provided education related warranties, proper filters, and mechanical functions. Nathan was on time and demonstrating a lot of experience. I asked to have the drain line rerouted in the basement, and despite challenges in th e ceiling area, he handled it well. Everything was tied down tightly. He walked me through all parts of his work to ensure I was satisfied.
