Installed new trane gas furnace and ac coil. Built new return and supply. Tapped / caulked return and supply. Adapted flue pipes and gas line. Adapted high volt and installed new outlet and switch. Ran new condensate line with ez trap and condensate pump. Ran new vinyl tubing from condensate pump to sump pump located in basement. Installed new t6 thermostat and wired in low voltage with safeties. Ran new line set and connected to new equipment. Installed new A/C outdoor on leveled pad. Installed new disconnect with surge protector and wired into outdoor unit. Cleaned up work area and tested out equipment. Need to test ac out when the weather is better.

Luis 11-11-25 Replace heat exchanger under parts only warranty. Test operation after replacement of heater ok performed combustion test and check Temperature rise on heat exchanger ok. Cycle heater ok. Run heater for over 30 mins ok

Luis 11-10-25 customer called in for no heat, heat pump 2.5 ton with 15 kw electric heat. Found thermostat calling for heat but outdoor unit not functioning, after troubleshooting found defective outdoor mother board. W 1 and w2 are wired to outdoor heat pump then back to indoor air handler, I bypassed outdoor mother board so customer has heat. I would recommend getting an estimate to replace system. Home comfort consultant to come tomorrow morning between 11 and 2. Customer has other issues with heat pump (he doesn’t remember exactly what the issues was) it was around 4 k to repair. Due to current problem and previous issues would recommend replacing system.

Drained down boiler enough to install new air strainer. Installed strainer and new 1/2” brass ball valve going to expansion tank. Bleed air out of system and injected sentinel x100 inhibitor. Tested operation of the boiler. Spirovent is working properly at time of service.

11-4-25 Luis. Arrived to customer location. No one answer the door. I called Jose and he said wife had to step out. Customer needs to call office to. Reschedule appointment.

Set new unit on new return box. Adapted to Supply duct. Installed new return drop. Adapted lineset to new unit. Adapted gas line to unit. Adapted intake and exhaust vents to unit. Made all high and low voltage connections to unit. Ran new condensate drain with ez trap to new pump with new Vinyl. Wired all safeties in series to break 24v R call to thermostat. Installed new Ariel zoning system. Set new unit on new pad and leveled. Hung new rectorseal disconnect. Adapted lineset to new unit. Brazed pressure tested evacuated and charged unit. Made all high and low voltage connections to unit. Performed all test put procedures cleaned all work areas and reviewed installation with homeowner.

10-24-25 Luis, performed heat pump check up on a two stage amana communication 3 ton system. Check all electrical connections and components low and high voltage connections replaced 20 x 20 x1 air filter service humidifier replace humidifier pad test operation. Test back up heat 10 kw ok. Check heat pump heat mode refrigerant levels and pressures ok. Capacitor ok. Check control board on heat pump ok. No error codes showing. Cycle heat pump ok. System is working properly at the time of service.

Luis 10-23-25 customer called again. Pressure relief has still leaking water upon arrival. Check boiler operation check water, pressure and temperature. Water kept going higher than 30 psi opening relief health. I noticed expansion tank not getting hot usually tops get hot. Remove expansion tank and check bladder OK I inspected the spire vent mechanism. I noticed a strainer is in bad shape. Also water coming out of the pipes are it’s really dirty (sediment). I removed strainer for testing. Purge boiler and all zones are heating. I will check if strainer is available if strainer is no longer available new air elimination will be required. Provided estimate for repairs.
