Job Locations and Reviews

Performed precision a/c tune up on 17 year old trane a/c system. Replaced 16x20x1 air filter. Checked temperature split. Found no water or surge protection on system, provided estimates. Checked r-22 pressures, system is slightly low , would recommend get a quote from our office for replacement of the a/c. Also found burnt and pitted contacter. , provided estimate to replace contacter. Tested outdoor capacitor. A/c is working at time of service.

Completed (2) Heat tune ups Minisplit with (4) indoor heads. Cleaned all washable filters. All very dirty. Set each remote for heating demand. And tested wiring, amp draw, and Tempe rise. Verified refrigerant pressure. Left email estimate for power monitoring system which is a more comprehensible protection for the Minisplit than the existing surge protector. 3 Ton Heat pump with 15KW electric heat kit: Replaced 16x25x1 filter. Inspected wiring, controls, electric motors. There are no surge protection devices. Capacitor and contactor very worn. Left estimate to replace contactor and install heavy duty capacitor. 64A 15KW @ 240V Inspected drain. There are no water safeties pump is has long discharge time. Left estimate for drain system upgrades. Measured temperature rise Checked refrigerant charge/pressures. Also provided comprehensive PremiumPlus estimate which includes 80% rebuild of outdoor unit and drain system enhancement and safeties on indoor unit. She is not interested in a

He found an issue we were not aware of and though he had already been here a couple hours services our heating system, he reached out to his supply department to ensure they had parts in stock. He then left to pick up those parts, came back and installed them. Talk about taking care of the customer. Barry is awesome at customer service.

Completed Oil Heat tune up: Bosch heat pump inverter W Spirit low-boy oil furnace 105,000 BTU Cleaned washable filters. Vacuumed. Not terribly dirty. Cleaned flues and heat exchanger, very little soot or debris New GarBer Spin on oil filter, strainer is clean, new .75 80°A nozzle. Inspected cad cell eye, electrodes, air band and shutter, tiger loop. Verified pump pressure Inspected wiring, controls, electric motors and components. Set post-run time for burner to 30 seconds @ primary control Measured temperature rise. Smoke, draft and combustion tests: Pass Water heater T+P valve is piped facing up. This is a safety hazard. Needs to be piped to the floor. Left estimate to address this. Pipe it correctly in copper to the floor. Left estimate for single UV light to be installed directly over Oil furnace operating well at this time Repipe T+P valve piping to floor

*Created new call to complete work as agreed to in previous invoice/appointment from earlier today. Cut out improperly installed T+P relief valve piping and installed new. Pipe is now in copper 3-5” from floor. *Very important: I informed homeowners that they have a spin-on oil filter and that in future oil tune up visits there will be an additional charge for this filter. Approximately $80-$120. Collected payment today.

Completed QA Inspected all aspects of install. There was a return duct popping when you walk over a section on first floor sun room. I secured the return trunk a little better. Popping went away. Condensate pump was loud. Installed Asurity clearvue pump. Checked fan speeds. High sensitivity gas leak test on furnace piping: Pass Combustion test: Pass

Fully assessed no cooling situation. Found failed 45/5 capacitor. Provided solutions to replace just the capacitor or replace the capacitor and add a hard start to assist the compressor on start up to help with longevity of the compressor, homeowner went with this solution. Installed and tested operation of a/c. Also homeowner mentioned that his furnace does not always start up on first try, found burners very rusted and corroded recommend replacing with stainless steel burners to prevent corrosion. Check 410a refrigerant pressures they were 223/128 with 5.7 subcooling. Could smell propane while we were outside we found a leak at fitting on propane tank and told him to contact the propane company to repair. A/c is working properly at time of service.

Customer called in for no cooling, indoor unit runs but no outdoor, found of the wires not making good connection on outdoor connections. Getting 24 volts at air handler but no to contactor, used other two spares wires and unit came on. Test system operation check refrigerant levels ok. Attic unit does not have water protection, attic unit does not have electrical safety switch. Provided estimate for recommendations.

Luis 8-28-25 performed ac tune up on two units. Bosch unit and Bryant communicated ac system. Check electrical low and high voltage connections and components. Both air filters ok. Flush drain test pump ok check airflow supply and return air ok. Check refrigerant levels and pressures ok capacitor and contactor ok. Bosch unit is running within manufacturer standards. Older unit compressor is making grinding sound when compressing refrigerant, customer is aware this condition. Both units are running, would recommend start thinking on replacement on older system. I also emailed some recommendations regards older unit.

Installed new Goodman Furnace and coil. Installed low pressure conversion kit with stainless burners. Turned unit 90 degrees and redid all metal. New return plenum with boot and new supply plenum. Installed Condensate pump with vinyl, EZ trap and blower motor surge protector. Adapted to venting and fuel line. Reused thermostat. Installed new 4 ton Goodman AC unit on existing wall bracket. Installed on new pad. Installed disconnect with surge protector. Flushed lineset.

Perform precision AC tuneup on trane run tru AC system.Aprilaire 210 air filter. Homeowner provided. Checked all electrical connections and components. Found no surge protection or water protection on the system provided solutions. Installed a G 3000 surge protector and wet switch. Tested outdoor capacitor. Check temperature split. Check refrigerant pressures and temperatures at indoor and outdoor units. Train AC is working properly at time of service.
