Job Locations and Reviews
Performed quality assurance check on new heat pump worn propane furnace backup. Checked all wiring and components. Discovered T10 EIM board having intermittent issues dropping W call for backup heat. Replaced EIM board under warranty and tested operation. Now functioning properly. Adjusted low fire manifold pressure from 9.5 to 6” w.c. High fire set to 10” w.c. Performed combustion analysis. Tested both stages of heat pump in heating and cooling mode. Refrigerant levels normal. Tested humidifier and condensate pump. System in good operating condition at this time.
Performed quality assurance on recently installed gas heater and ac. Check all settings on unit and thermostat, check operation of heat, airflow and staging ok low and high ok. Test humidifier operation ok, I activated frost control and set to run even when thermostat is idle. This way customer will achieve humidifier set point 35%. I tested and corrected low voltage water safeties. I noticed 3 in exhaust fitting is leaking (this is existing pipe from previous heater) we will need to come back to repair fitting no charge. I check outdoor unit disconnect was in the off position, I added silicone to disconnect and line set penetration. Customer is really happy with new system. 3/12/26 Conner: returned to repair exhaust piping. Cut out leaking section of pipe and installed new piping/fittings. Cycled system on to ensure no further leakage.
Tech arrived early, diagnosed the problem, did a good job and work efficiently.
I arrived to the customers home for no heat they are getting a 3 flash code error on the board for pressure switch issue. I found the switch wasn’t closing, It had water in the pressure switch hose and the drain line wasn’t draining the water. Found debris at the collector box hose , cleared that and the pressure switch tubing . Got everything back together and turned the system back on . The system pressure switch did close and did fire off the burners. I checked my combustion and temp splits. The system is back up and running. I did leave estimates for the customers to go over and review for a contract and some water safeties.
Performed precision heat tune up 2022 Williamson oil boiler. Checked all electrical connections and components. Replaced Rf1 oil filter. Replaced.75x70 b nozzle. Replaced strainer. Performed smoke and combustion test. Vacuumed out soot from heat exchanger and smoke pipe. Ran boiler in heating mode. Oil boiler is working properly at time of service.
Fully assessed no heating situation. Found 2020 American standard gas furnace not running. Found that there was also no call from the thermostat. Thermostat is original and not installed by dibiase. Homeowner wanted a very basic thermostat. Offered homeowner the Honeywell t-4 thermostat. Customer asked if we had any discounts called our office and offered him a $35.00 service discount. Tested operation of gas furnace after getting it back up and running. Performed combustion test.
Barry kept us informed and fixed our issue quickly.
Found silicone bands around inducer had broken free and got stuck between inducer frame and squirrel cage rotor thereby causing the inducer to be seized stuck. I removed the bands as necessary to allow rotor to spin for now. Inducer needs to be replaced under parts only warranty. After addressing this issue the trial for ignition stopped at light off of burners due to severe corrosion of burners. Propane is not able to pass through crossover pers of burners to to accumulation of rust. I cleaned burners as best as possible. At the time we made proposal for this furnace the manufacturer did NOT offer stainless steel burners. Now stainless steel burners are available strongly recommend replacing corroded burners with stainless steel. Offered to replace inducer under parts warranty and upgrade burners to stainless steel today. Homeowners agreed. Ordered and picked up parts from supply house. Removed failed inducer and installed new. Replaced aluminized steel burners with new stainles
I arrived to the customers home for an oil fire boiler, not running. I found both oil tanks are blow a quarter of oil a customer needs to call the oil company to get a refill. The customer had a clogged oil filter, Aner and nozzle I quoted and gave the customer an estimate for the parts needed for tonight to get the boiler back up and running. Customer approved the oil filter, the strainer, and the nozzle and the electrode adjustments. Once I replace the parts and adjusted the nozzle assembly I turned the oil boiler back on and tested system operation and combustion. Everything is back up and running. The oil boiler is currently operational but past normal life expectancy. Replacement of system is recommended in the near future. The customer is aware that he needs to call the oil company to get a refill on his oil tanks. I collected for 623.84 paid by cc. I did leave an estimate for new oil line. No heat Bosch ibpmverger with 10KW electric heat kit. Homeowners had power outage last Saturday. He noticed it not working shortly after. Thermostat is 2-wire T10 with EIM, He had done a factory reset on thermostat but did not reconnect the EIM. I showed him to do this and how to configure thermostat in installer options. Afterwards tested system. Pressures and temperature rise good Ryan replaced thermostat In December System operating well at this time. No charge. Install was November 2024. Falls under Dibiase 2 year warranty,
Luis 2-9-26 customer called in for no heat, Lennox heater LP from 2023. Found condensation pump running non stop. Check drain termination and found it goes outside solid frozen. I provided estimate to run new vinyl tubing to inside house location. Customer approved repairs. After running vinyl tubing test system operation ok. Test condensation pump ok. Customer stated they had issues before she can’t remember what kind of issues.
Luis 2-8-26 check no heat complaint, found heater running upon arrival. Check system operation, I used control board to search for older codes. Found code 2 retry and recycle. I inspected burners, some of the burners are back firing, this is why unit would not ignite sometimes, I would recommend replacement of system. For customer request she would like to use the heat pump for now until she decides what’s she’s gonna do. We disable the heater and run heat pump all the time. Tony to follow up with customer sometime tomorrow. No charge for today warranty.

Barry was very thorough. He found an issue we were not aware of and though he had already been here a couple hours services our heating system, he reached out to his supply department to ensure they had parts in stock. He then left to pick up those parts, came back and installed them. Talk about taking care of the customer. Barry is awesome at customer service.
