Luis 5-8-26 performed quality assurance on recently installed three head mini split system. Check indoor heads and outdoor unit. Make sure drain is draining correctly. Flush 1 gallon of water on each head ok. I corrected drain line by adding more clamps and adding more slope. If customer has issues with drain we will need come back and add pump for the the heads. Check ac performance supply and and return ok. System is working properly.

Check outdoor unit refrigerant levels ok check electrical connections and components voltages ok. Cycle ac unit ok. Found capacitor reading just under minimum tolerance, I provided estimate for recommendations.

Test condensation pump, I found heater drain pvc going into pump was making contact with metal float triggering the pump. I cutdown 3/4 pvc drain for heater and clean float. Pump stopped, y poured water to test pump ok. If customer continues to have issues with pump we will need to replace pump. Will have to be the same style pump (noise issues). No charge warranty

Customer mentioned condensation pump was constantly running the other day potentially issue with vinyl tubing. I replaced vinyl tubing and run tubing to stand pipe (previous was going across house to sump pump ) test operation of condensation pump ok no charge warranty from installation. Check outdoor unit refrigerant levels and pressures ok cycle ac unit ok unit working properly at the time of service, I provided information about coil contamination system and provided estimate for installation.

He found an issue we were not aware of and though he had already been here a couple hours services our heating system, he reached out to his supply department to ensure they had parts in stock. He then left to pick up those parts, came back and installed them. Talk about taking care of the customer. Barry is awesome at customer service.

I received the option to call or text with details which was convenient with my full schedule. I received a text when the technician was on his way, along with the ability to track his arrival time! The technician who came to my home, Luis Tenorio was courteous, professional, and competent. Luis explained the furnace system to me in a way that I understood and shared details about his process of diagnosing the problem. My heating issue was resolved. I am very pleased with the services.
