Fully assessed no heating situation. Ran 4 head mini split heat pump mode. After about 20 minutes of run time system locked out on pco2 error code. This code is a low refrigerant error code. Talked to homeowner about different options. Explained to him that removing all the refrigerant and pressure testing with nitrogen to locate the leaks is the best way. Only problem is if the system is leaking from one of the coils system is an off brand and may not be able to find a replacement coil. Other option which isn’t the best is to just add refrigerant and leak dye to the system as a band aide now. Added 2lbs of 410a. Had to heat bottle to get charge to go in. Now pressure is 365 in heating mode, Customer has a newer boiler he may call us about getting it going once he gets oil for the tank.
Completed heat tune up for propane furnace. Replaced 20x25x1filter Inspected heat exchanger, burners, flue pipe, inducer assembly and hoses; Some wear and flaking on burners, common with any propane appliance. I left email estimate to upgrade burners to stainless steel. Burners can become bad enough that they will not light across resulting in a no heat situation. Upgrading to stainless steel is ideal. Inspected hot surface ignitor and verified resistance with meter Cleaned flame sensor and verified flame rectification circuit Measured temperature rise and static pressure Checked wiring, controls, electric motors and components; there are no surge protectors; left estimate for a surge protector for each of the 2 main circuits of system Checked manifold propane pressures. Good. A low propane pressure switch is recommended. Would be installed at the incoming propane line and wired in to system to shut it down of pressure falls below setpoint. Inspected drain and pump. An overfill pr
Luis 10-23-25 Performed heat maintenance, Bosch heat pump checked thermostat operation ok system test back up heat 5 kw ok replaced customer supplied 423 filter Checked temperature rise across coil. Checked Drain and cleaned, checked amp draw to indoor unit and checked internals of system. Checked outdoor coil and fan ok checked line set insulation, checked amp draw and voltages to compressor, also check refrigerant pressures via control module ok. Everything is working within range. Cycle heater pump ok. Provided Estimate to add surge protector for indoor air handler.
Completed heat tune up for propane furnace. Furnace is from 2011, outdoor unit is from 1997 Washable Filter ok Inspected heat exchanger, burners, flue pipe, inducer assembly and hoses Inspected hot surface ignitor and verified resistance with meter verified flame rectification circuit Measured temperature rise Checked wiring, controls, electric motors and components; there are no surge protectors; left estimate for a surge protector for each of the 2 main circuits of system Checked manifold gas pressure. There was a propane leak in furnace gas line. Homeowner agreed to repair today. Complete and tested today. Leo was in a cracked clos nipple in the gas valve itself. Inspected drain and pump. Combustion, draft and smoke tests: Pass Gas furnace is operating well at this time.
8-22-25 Luis performed ac tune up on Amana 2.5 ton system. Checked electrical connections and components on outdoor and indoor unit. Checked refrigerant pressures and temperatures. Inspect air filter ok check supply and return air temps ok. Capacitor and contactor ok cycle ac unit ok.
Completed AC tune up for 2.5 Ton Ruud heat pump system 10x20x1 filter ok Indoor coil some corrosion as to be expected given age. Underside of coil is very restricted with dirt/debris. Cleaned outdoor coil with available hos. Inspected wiring, controls, electric motors and components; Measured temperature split 74-55=19°and static pressure Inspected drains; cleared trap, an a trap would allow for full cleaning and has an overfill protection switch. Left estimate for EZ trap. Checked integrity of compressor motor (mega ohm test) Assessed refrigerant charge checked pressures. Slightly low on R410A refrigerant. The indoor coil is very restricted which explains refrigerant pressures we were seeing. Provided estimate to clean indoor coil in place. There is enough play in Lineset to allow for cleaning, Considering age of system it is better to upgrade to new heat pump. AC system operating ok at this time. She will consider estimates.

6-20-25 Luis, customer called in for no cooling, unit would not bring temperature down below 79. Someone else change condenser fan motor, found unit off upon arrival. Set thermostat to cool and checked operation indoor blower runs, (oil furnace). But no outdoor found disconnect in the off position. Switched disconnect to on position and test operation. Unit is very old, all parts are about die. Major rust and corrosion on electrical components. Outdoor coil is fully restricting flow due to damage on aluminum fins. Compressor is making loud noise. Unit uses r22. Currently unit is giving some cool air. Final recommendation is system upgrade, indoor unit has no return to first floor. (This will need to be address during new system design). Home comfort consultant to come out tomorrow mourning.
Customer called in for no cooling, found system off upon arrival wet switch was tripped. Found no water in the pan. Reset switch and test operation check filter ok. Flush drain ok. Maybe moisture from attic activated the switch. After testing system I noticed condensation at air handler cover. (No insulation in place) this is mostly the source of condensation buildup. Check supply and return air temps ok 24 degree split. Check outdoor unit refrigerant levels and pressures (within range). Attic unit does not have drain protection on 3/4 drain line. We might me able to install ez trap if ez trap does not fit we will have to add secondary float on coil. We will also insulate entire unit to prevent condensation. Customer decided to just replace wet sensor for now and see how the unit reacts. Install new sensor test operation ok.
Reviewed home and geothermal installation of 2nd floor system. Unit is a pond loop geo and single supply and return piping split between 2 units with 1 pump for both systems.
Very professional and courteous knowledgeable, and explain explaining how the system worked and how I can make things better

Luis is the best.
These guys were very professional and so so nice. The actual install crew was great doing the install and actually warned me of a propane leak I had that had nothing to do with their install, and even went as far as to try to repair it for me! They also let me know I had a water heater leak I never would have notice on my on. Everyone I’ve interacted including the guy they sent at my quality check has been extremely kind and professional. I would recommend this company to anyone I know.
