Luis 9-9-26 Customer called in for no cooling/outdoor fan motor not running. Check system operationThermostat was set to off went downstairs checked indoor air handler with 15 KW electric (not tested) went outside and check heat pump operation. Lennox 3.5 ton from 2014. Noticed fan motor was cycling on and off every couple minutes. Current motor is Ecm and has been update couple times. I called manufacturer to get pricing and availability. I also found capacitor reading below standards, contactor pitted. I provided estimate for repairs. System is 12 year old. System currently non operational and requires recommended repairs and has passed normal life expectancy. Replacement of system is strongly recommended. I was not able to check refrigerant levels. We need to perform repairs so we can check refrigeration system. 9/9/26 Dan I arrived to the customers home to service their 4 yr old 95% amana gas furnace system. I started with checking the air filter and replaced , the filter size is 16x25x1. I checked all my electrical connections and voltages. I inspected the heat exchanger and tested the burners , flame sensor and the igniter. I water tested all tubing and hoses and inspected the collector box . I inspected the exhaust and fresh air pipe for restrictions and bellies. I inspected the inducer and the blower motor operation. I checked and tested for combustion and took temp rise splits at the return and the supply. Everything is running fine at this time of service.

I checked all my electrical connections and voltages. I inspected the heat exchanger and tested the burners , flame sensor and the igniter. I water tested all tubing and hoses and inspected the collector box . I inspected the exhaust and fresh air pipe for restrictions and bellies. I inspected the inducer and the blower motor operation. Replacement of system is strongly recommended.

Issue was indoor unit was humming, outdoor unit now coming back on flyer reset of wet switch. Homeowners had wet switch on a plate at attic air handler. I took felt backing off switch and placed on a zip tie to elevate slightly. Found blower motor operational. Thermostat was set to mode off fan on. Flushed drain line with gallon water and sprayed drain and drain pan with treatment. Made demand for cooling from thermostat. Found outdoor unit and refrigerant pressures ok Homeowner agreed to plan membership as well as diagnostic fee. Completed AC tune up for 3 Ton AC/Air handler. Dates to 2018. 8 years old According to written service log we did do some ductwork additions and improvements April 2019 but I’m not 100% sure if we installed system. Homeowners replaced 20x20x1 ceiling grille filter today. Indoor and outdoor coils in good condition. There was some biological growth on blower housing and drain pan as to be expected. Luis 8-6-26 Performed ac tune up on Goodman 4 ton system from 2016. Indoor furnace LP check all electrical connections and components. Air filter ok. Flush drain ok. Check blower motor. Check air flow. Gas heater piping is not installed correctly there is flex connector inside heater cabinet provided estimate to hard pipe gas piping to heater. Indoor unit does not have any water protection. Check outdoor unit electrical capacitor and contactor, check refrigerant levels and pressures. Customer has a person that installed this unit last year. He will contact same person to see if they can fix the gas piping and add water protection. System currently operational but nearing end of normal life expectancy. Due to age, replacement of system should be considered in near future.

Luis 8-3-26 Performed ac tune up on two Amana heat pumps first and second floor. Check all electrical connections and components. Filters ok. Flush drain test drain system ok pump for first floor ok. Gravity on second ok. Check airflow ok check outdoor coils and electrical components ok check refrigerant system levels and pressures ok. Cycle both ac heat pumps ok. System in good operating condition at this time. I provided information about coil contamination system to keep coil clean and free from bacteria.

7/17/26 Dan I arrived to the customers home to service their 12 yr old Lennox a/c system. . I checked the wiring connections and the voltages . I checked and replaced the indoor air filter , filter size is a 20x25x1. I Inspected the indoor coil and tested the primary drain pan with water and flushed the drain line and cleared. I Took indoor temp splits at the return and the supply and checked the blower motor condition and operation. I looked at the outdoor unit wiring connections and voltages . I inspected the outdoor components and checked my unit pressures by using super heat sub cool method. The system is currently operational but past normal life expectancy. Replacement of system is recommended in the near future. I collected for their service agreement renewal for $189 paid by credit card.

I Arrived to the customers home for a Q.A INSPECTION on a heat pump system. I checked all my electrical connections and voltages . I made sure all wiring and connections were completed in a neatly manner. I checked the air filter and replaced if needed filter size is a 413 AA. I made sure the system had all the proper accessories tied into the equipment. I Inspected the indoor coil and tested the drain lines. I looked at the outdoor heat pump and checked my wiring and checked the level of the disconnect and the heat pump. Inspected the outdoor components and unit pressures. Everything is in good working order.
