On 10/9/26, I conducted a comprehensive heat pump check-up for a 4-year-old Trane system. I began by examining all electrical connections and voltages to ensure proper functionality. The air filter was inspected and found to be in good condition, with a size of 413. I then checked the indoor coil and blower motor, measuring their amperage draws. Indoor temperature splits were taken at the supply and return points. The outdoor heat pump was evaluated for BTU output and inspected for any issues. Unit pressures were also checked. All components were found to be operating correctly.

During the recent tune-up and safety inspection of the Amana 90% propane gas heater from 2016, I evaluated the system's operational safety and efficiency. The heat exchanger, burners, safety limits, and blower motor were checked and found to be functioning properly. The combustion test was successful, and the 413 filter was replaced. However, the ignition system showed significant wear, necessitating service or replacement to ensure reliable startups. Additionally, the humidifier is leaking internally, with replacement being the most cost-effective long-term solution.

On 10/1/26, I visited a customer's home to replace worn electrodes and the ignition transformer on their oil burner. Following the recommendations from a recent oil check-up, I meticulously installed the new components. After the installation, I conducted thorough tests to ensure the system was functioning correctly. The customer paid the balance of $862.74 via credit card. The job was completed efficiently, leaving the oil burner in optimal working condition.

9/25/26. Replaced cracked power monitoring box under warranty. Set up parameters. Tested operation.

Performed precision oil tune up on 1990 York oil furnace. Replaced 20x25x6 filter, homeowner provided. Checked all electrical connections and components. Vacuumed out heat exchanger and smoke pipe. ( found heat exchanger pretty rusty took photos). Replace nozzle and filter. Performed smoke and combustion test. Found electrode tips ends worn off and weak transformer. Overall would recommend replacement of system, oil furnace is working at this time.

9/18/26 Dan I Arrived to the customers home for a heat pump check up on a 6 yr old amana system . I checked all electrical connections and voltages . I checked the air filter and replaced, filter size is 20x20x1 . Inspected the indoor coil and the blower motor amperage draws. I took indoor temp splits at the supply and the return . I looked at the outdoor heat pump and tested for an outdoor btu output. Inspected the outdoor components and unit pressures. Everything is working fine at this time of service.

9/16/26. Performed precision a/c tune up on (2) climate master geothermal systems. Return is joint. Air filter is clean. Checked all electrical connections and components. Flushed out condensation drains and blew out with co2. Inspected coils. Tested capacitors. Checked water temperature splits and air temperature splits. Found no surge protection on Ecm blower motors, provided estimate to install. Both systems are working properly at time of service.

Luis 9-9-26 Customer called in for no cooling/outdoor fan motor not running. Check system operationThermostat was set to off went downstairs checked indoor air handler with 15 KW electric (not tested) went outside and check heat pump operation. Lennox 3.5 ton from 2014. Noticed fan motor was cycling on and off every couple minutes. Current motor is Ecm and has been update couple times. I called manufacturer to get pricing and availability. I also found capacitor reading below standards, contactor pitted. I provided estimate for repairs. System is 12 year old. System currently non operational and requires recommended repairs and has passed normal life expectancy. Replacement of system is strongly recommended. I was not able to check refrigerant levels. We need to perform repairs so we can check refrigeration system. I checked all my electrical connections and voltages. I inspected the heat exchanger and tested the burners , flame sensor and the igniter. I water tested all tubing and hoses and inspected the collector box . I inspected the exhaust and fresh air pipe for restrictions and bellies. I inspected the inducer and the blower motor operation. I checked and tested for combustion and took temp rise splits at the return and the supply. Everything is running fine at this time of service.
