Luis 5-18-26 performed ac tune up on attic air handler with 4 ton heat pump. Check electrical low and high voltage connections and components, flush drain check airflow supply and return air temps ok. Check coil contamination system ok, Check outdoor unit electrical, refrigerant pressures and levels ok. Capacitor ok. Cycle heat pump ok. System is operational and running to manufacture specifications.
Luis 5-14-26 performed four ac tune ups on two package geo units, and two split geo. Splits unit are located on second floor. And both package unit are located in basement. One of the basement geo kitchen/office is from 2004. Other basement is from 2019. On spits units: air handlers are from 2004 and compressor side are from 2010/2019. All units don’t have water protection, no surge protection, Check all electrical connections and components, replace all filters. All supplied by customer. 2004 basement unit drain system is in bad shape. I provided estimate for repairs and recommendations. Both second floor air handlers are from 2004. Both are cooling at minimum numbers. I noticed music room/bedroom will most likely have issues. Indoor coil gets cold 50%. Indicating restriction with txv or coils. If customer has issue this summer final recommendation is to replace system. Customer also has old carrier zoning system. I provided estimate to replace dampers and zoning panel with new ther
I arrived to the customers home to service their 2 yr old bosch a/c system and their 3 yr old Bosch . I checked the wiring connections and the voltages on both systems . I checked and replaced the indoor air filters for both systems the filter size are 16x25x4 ( supplied) and 16x25x1 . I Inspected both indoor coils and tested the primary drain pan and cleared and tested the ez traps. I flushed the drains with water to tested the trap and the pump. I Took indoor temp splits at the return and the supply on both systems , and checked the blower motor amperage draws. I looked at the outdoor units and the wiring connections and voltages . I inspected the outdoor components and checked my unit pressures by using super heat sub cool method. Everything is working fine at this time of service for both systems.

4/30/26 Dan I arrived to the customers home to service their 4 yr old Amana a/c system . I checked the wiring connections and the voltages . I checked and replaced the indoor air filters , the filter sizes are (2) 20x20x1 . I Inspected the indoor coil and tested the primary drain pan and cleared and tested the water drains and traps if applicable. I Took indoor temp splits at the return and the supply and checked the blower motor condition and operation. I looked at the outdoor unit wiring connections and voltages . I inspected the outdoor components and checked my unit pressures by using super heat sub cool method. System in good operating condition at this time.
Luis 4-30-26 performed ac inspection on climate master geothermal unit from 2010. Check all electrical connections and components. Replace customer supplied air filter. Flush rain and test pump ok check supply and return air temps. Check water pressure and Temperature on geo loop. Compressor amp and voltages. Cycle ac unit. System currently operational but at end of normal life expectancy. Due to age and likelihood of issues moving forward, replacement of system is recommended. Customer is aware age of system and is hoping to get couple more years out of the unit.
4/23/26 Dan I arrived to the customers home to service their 1 yr old trane a/c system . I checked the wiring connections and the voltages . I checked and replaced the indoor air filter , the filter size is 16x25x1. I Inspected the indoor coil and tested the primary drain pan and cleared and tested the water drains and traps if applicable. I Took indoor temp splits at the return and the supply and checked the blower motor condition and operation. I looked at the outdoor unit wiring connections and voltages . I inspected the outdoor components and checked my unit pressures by using super heat sub cool method. System in good operating condition at this time. The customer was in a meeting. I sent him a payment link for $89.00 check up.
I arrived to the customers home to service their 1 yr old Mitsubishi heat pump system . I checked the wiring connections and the voltages . I checked and found the indoor air filter is good the filter size is 20x20x1 and the washables are clean. I Inspected the indoor coil and tested the primary drain pan and cleared and tested the water drains and traps if applicable. I Took indoor temp splits at the return and the supply and checked the blower motor condition and operation. I looked at the outdoor unit wiring connections and voltages . I inspected the outdoor components and checked the compressor and fan operation . System in good operating condition at this time for the ducted and the wall mount mini .
I arrived to the customers home and the capacitor did finally fail . I quoted the customers for a new replacement dual capacitor. They appointment I removed the old failed capacitor and replaced with the new OEM capacitor and then tested system operation. Everything is back up and running at this time of service collected payment paid by credit card.

A most professional and knowledgeable technician, Tan (or Lon as he wished to be called), arrived punctually at our home, and without any delay set about his task in a most organized manner. I accompanied him and asked him several questions which he answered me without showing any impatience or annoyance. He was thorough and demonstrated a skill and ease which comes when one is well versed in knowing the set of tasks which one needs to perform. He listened to my concerns and knew exactly what needed to be checked and modified ( a small amount of freon to bring the our heat pump to the specs of the manufacturer. He is an asset to the DiBiase enterprise. Kudos to all!

Mr Ruggierello was a very knowledgeable, curteous and professional technician, but my problem was very complicated and Dan could not do more than diagnose my problem as it required a licensed electrician to make an additional repair.
