Job Locations and Reviews
I arrived to the customers home to service their 7 yr old gas furnace system. I started with checking the air filter and replaced , the filter size is 16x25x1. I checked all my electrical connections and voltages. I inspected and tested the burners , flame sensor and the igniter. I water tested all tubing and hoses. I inspected the exhaust and fresh air pipe for restrictions and bellies. I inspected the inducer and the blower motor operation. I checked and tested for combustion and took temp rise splits at the return and the supply. Everything is running fine at this time of service. I did replace the customers 5 mfd blower motor capacitor that I recommended in may 2024. Collected 260.03 paid by cc.
Luis 1-5-26 Perform heat pump tuneup, check electrical low and high voltage connections and components customer just replace air filter inspect air handler drain trap. Check supply and return air temperatures 20° split temperature rise. Outdoor Temp 34 degrees. Check outdoor unit refrigerant levels test defrost. Ok. Cycle heat pump ok.
I Arrived to the customers home for a heat pump check up on a 1 yr old system . I checked all electrical connections and voltages . I checked the air filter and replaced, filter size is 18x24x1 . Inspected the indoor coil and tested electric heat package. Took temp splits for the electric heat and blower motor amperage draws. I looked at the outdoor heat pump and tested for an outdoor btu output. Inspected the outdoor components and unit pressures. Everything is working fine at this time of service. Also looked at the customers oil furnace , they have an oil smell . I found no oil leak or smell either around the unit or in the cabinet. Did find ports and flue pipe was impacted by soot. I got it cleared out and cleaned out. I checked the combustion and found ok . I did recommend a chimney cleaning to be sure it’s not impacted. If chimney is ok I recommend oil furnace replacement. No charge from recent tune up.

Fully assessed overheating situation. There is a total of 8 zones in the home. Found that the kitchen zone that is connected to this geo was accidentally left in fan on position. Turned back to auto and air stopped blowing in office area. While on site customer wanted to replace weak capacitor for geothermal unit in the basement replaced and tested operation. Geothermal is working properly at time of service.
Performed precision heat tune up 4 geothermal systems. Replaced 16x25x1 and 20x20x1 filter. Homeowner replaced media filters. Checked all electrical connections and components. Found 40 mfd capacitor tested at 36 mfd, provided estimate. Also found no Ecm surge protectors on package geothermals, provided estimates. Checked temperature air rise, and water temperature splits. All geothermal systems are working at time of service.
Performed precision oil tune up on Armstrong oil furnace. Replaced 16x20x1 air filter, .50x60a nozzle and Rf1 oil filter. Checked temperature rise. Vacuumed soot from heat exchanger and smoke pipe. Performed smoke and combustion test. Would recommend upgrading oil furnace. Oil furnace is working at time of service.
12/11/25 Kurt and Conner: performed heating tune up on 2 90% gas furnaces - one located in attic and one in basement. On both units: - checked temperature rise and found both in good range - checked total external static pressure, also in good range for both - checked all electrical systems, components, and connections. Found no issues. - checked air delivery systems and blower capacitors. Both capacitors had been replaced by customer and were still reading like new. - inspected combustion gas removal system and found in working order. Attic inducer motor was rattling upon arrival. Tightened connections to motor bearings and rattling stopped. Recommend replacing inducer if problem comes back. - checked drainage systems on both units and found no restrictions or blockages - checked ignition system and burner assembly. Still operating within manufacturer specifications. All systems operating within spec at time of inspection. Recommend considering replacement options soon due to ag
Fully assessed no heating situation. Found geothermal loop was broken open at glue joint. Provided estimate to complete repair. Will need to use a purge cart once loop is repaired, then tune up on geothermal can be completed. Set to emergency heat for now. Will replace 2 feet section of gray schedule 80 geothermal piping and (1) 1 1/4” coupler, 90 and male adapter, will use purge cart to complete repair. Will also need special adhesive for repair. 11/25/25. Replaced 1 1/4” fittings as nessisary. Checked for any leaks, no leaks found. Purged out geo loop with purge cart and re installed insulation. Also performed geothermal heat tune up. Replaced 30x 32x2 air filter. Checked all electrical connections and components. Checked temp rise. Checked water temp split it was 8 degrees. Tested 45/5 capacitor it was on the weak side it was 39/5. Geothermal is working properly at this time.

A most professional and knowledgeable technician, Tan (or Lon as he wished to be called), arrived punctually at our home, and without any delay set about his task in a most organized manner. I accompanied him and asked him several questions which he answered me without showing any impatience or annoyance. He was thorough and demonstrated a skill and ease which comes when one is well versed in knowing the set of tasks which one needs to perform. He listened to my concerns and knew exactly what needed to be checked and modified ( a small amount of freon to bring the our heat pump to the specs of the manufacturer. He is an asset to the DiBiase enterprise. Kudos to all!
11/24/25 Tan Performed quality assurance visit on newly installed heat pump. Client had questions about his thermostat reading temperatures a few degrees above and below his setpoint. Thermostat is located in kitchen area so it’s likely when they cook, it throws the readings off. Confirmed temperature is correct with my thermostat. Settings are also correct. Client mentioned he had some power outages first week it was installed and thermostat was not calling at some point however it’s been fine ever since. Scheduling is not used and preference is set for hold until client changes temperature. Tested electric heat kit and confirmed 10kw. Also checked airflow settings and found them correct for 3 ton system at normal airflow. Same for aux heating set for mid-high. Ductwork is sealed and wiring looks great. Condensate drain is pitched. Surge protection is found in blower and outdoor system. During inspection of low voltage wiring, it blew the fuse as soon as I touched it. I found the wir

Mr Ruggierello was a very knowledgeable, curteous and professional technician, but my problem was very complicated and Dan could not do more than diagnose my problem as it required a licensed electrician to make an additional repair.
