Completed QA for ductless Minisplit install Zone 1. Outdoor equipment is on left side of house from front. Checked all aspects of install: mechanical, wiring, piping Soap bubble checked flare joints for leaks Confirmed proper configuration of power monitor/surge protector Tested system operations in heating: measured temperature rise and checked refrigerant pressures. Install passes QA inspection.
QA for Minisplit install Zone 2; outdoor equipment on right side of house from front. Assessed all aspects of install: Wiring, mechanical, piping. Made sure power monitor/surge protector was properly configured. Tested system with all 3 indoor heads demanding heat. Checked amp draw and refrigerant pressures. Soap bubble leak check on all joints. Went over cleaning filters and use of remote with homeowner Install passes QA inspection

Completed heat tune up for single head Minisplit that serves the sunroom. 15,000 BTU Cleaned washable filters. Inspected wiring, measured amp draw. System has power monitor and surge protection. Measured temperature rise. 65-116 Monitored refrigerant pressure at Servi port while running system in high demand heating with blower at max speed. Good System operating well at this time.
2-20-26 Luis, customer called in for one of the zones not heating upon arrival. Customer stated that he just turned the heat on and it’s working now. I checked system operation test water feeder, air eliminator and circulation pump. I purge line for testing purposes, water feeder works, air eliminator does not bleed any air. There is some noise coming for circulation pump impeller. Cycle boiler, customer stated that circulation pump was running but pipes were cold until this morning prior me arriving. I also inspect aquastat and noticed temperature for limit was set to 200F. I asked customer is that was a reason for that, he said he didn’t know about, with customer permission I lower high limit to 180 and low limit 150f. Customer has indirect tank for heating hot water. I did provided estimate to replace circulation pump #5 and replacement of air separator head. Customer will call office.
SOLD: 01/29/2026 11:47:02 AM - Zone 2 ( right side of home, driveway side 12k btu for sun room 6k btu for bedroom 1 6k btu for bedroom 2 Completed install , pressures tested , evacuated and charged system. Running to standards with 115 supply temp heating. Ran line hide for copper line set and wiring . Also ran power wire to breaker.

Tan was great. my new AC unit was functioning, but reported a steady communication error. He was able to diagnose the problem to 2 potential issues and promptly fixed it. (Replace a bad wireless communication unit). No issues since then. I appreciated Tan’s explanation and willingness to explain the problem.

Joe came to my house late on Friday to assess my failed unit. He came after 5pm and generated quote options later that evening for me to assess. Impressed by the dedication to service. Also, provided several options and explained the pros/cons of each for me to choose.
Came out same day to diagnose old ac unit that failed. Shared the cost to fix, but recommended replacement due to age of the unit. I was very comfortable with that recommendation. Able to get a rep out to provide quote same day!
