6/11/26. Fully assessed no cooling situation on 2016 Rudd heat pump system. Found indoor unit running but not outside heat pump. Found no power at contacter. Found 30 amp breaker tripped inside. Tried to reset instantly tripped. Pulled leads off that go to compressor and found with a meter and with. Megometer that the compressor was electrically grounded. Will provide estimate to replace compressor with indoor txv. Also at this point do not know if the system is low on charge. Would highly recommend replacing heat pump system due to the risk of this repair.

6/11/26. Fully assessed no cooling situation on 2016 Rudd heat pump system. At last visit added over 4lbs of charge and let them know that there was a good possibility it could leak out quickly. Found system flat again with only 5 psi. Found refrigerant oil at joint at outside coil. Sprayed with soap bubbles to confirm. Provided estimate for repair. But due to the age of the system would also strongly consider replacement. Also provided estimate for a compressor replacement because there is a strong possibility the compressor could go due to running low on charge.

6/8/26. Fully assessed no cooling situation on 2016 Rudd heat pump system. Found 3amp fuse blown. Went up on roof to outside heat pump and Ohmed out contacter it tested at 1 ohm, should be 14 ohms. Also smelled burnt. Replaced contactor and tested operation. 410a refrigerant pressures are 332/127 with 12 subcooling. Checked temperature split it was 18 degrees. Heat pump is working properly at time of service,

6/3/26 Dan I arrived to the customers home to service their 20 + yr old American standard a/c system. . I checked the wiring connections and the voltages . I checked and replaced the indoor air filter , filter size is a 16x25x1. I Inspected the indoor coil and tested the primary drain pan with water and flushed the drain line and cleared. I Took indoor temp splits at the return and the supply and checked the blower motor condition and operation. I looked at the outdoor unit wiring connections and voltages . I inspected the outdoor components and checked my unit pressures by using super heat sub cool method. The system is currently operational but past normal life expectancy. Replacement of system is recommended in the near future. I collected for $89.00 paid by cc.

6/3/26 Dan I arrived to the customers home to service their 6 yr old Amana a/c system . I checked the wiring connections and the voltages . I checked and replaced the indoor air filter , the filter size is 16x20x1. I Inspected the indoor coil and tested the primary drain pan and cleared and tested the water drains and traps if applicable. I Took indoor temp splits at the return and the supply and checked the blower motor condition and operation. I looked at the outdoor unit wiring connections and voltages . I inspected the outdoor components and checked my unit pressures by using super heat sub cool method. System in good operating condition at this time.

6/3/26 Dan I arrived to the customers home to service their 3 yr old Bosch a/c system . I checked the wiring connections and the voltages . I checked and found the indoor air filter is good, the filter size is 213 , customer replaces. I Inspected the indoor coil and tested the primary drain pan and cleared and tested the water drains and traps if applicable. I Took indoor temp splits at the return and the supply and checked the blower motor condition and operation. I looked at the outdoor unit wiring connections and voltages . I inspected the outdoor components and checked my unit pressures by using super heat sub cool method. System in good operating condition at this time. I collected for $89.00 one time a/c check up , paid by cc.

I arrived to the customers home to service their 8 yr old amana a/c system and their 5 yr old Lennox . I checked the wiring connections and the voltages on both systems . I checked and replaced the indoor air filters for one of the systems. The customer will replace the AA 210 , the filter sizes are 15x20x1 and AA 210 . I Inspected both indoor coils and tested the primary drain pan and cleared and tested the ez traps. I flushed the drains with water to tested the trap and the pump. I Took indoor temp splits at the return and the supply on both systems , and checked the blower motor amperage draws. I looked at the outdoor units and the wiring connections and voltages . I inspected the outdoor components and checked my unit pressures by using super heat sub cool method. Everything is working fine at this time of service for both systems. The 2nd floor system still has good pressures and numbers for sh / sc. I collected for $378.00 for a service contract renewal. Paid by cc.

Luis 5-27-26 Performed ac tune up on high velocity system from 2025. Check indoor unit electrical connections and components. Flush drain test pump and water safeties ok. Check coils and blower ok check outdoor unit electrical connections and refrigerant levels ok. Cycle ac unit ok. System is working properly at the time of service, filter grill was not closing properly, I used cable tie to make good connection so grill doesn’t move. New filter was also installed.

Reviewed jobsite and recordeed measurements for new system replacement in attic space. Recorded breaker size. Breaker is a 30 amp and most likely will need to be decreased for 2 ton system being installed.

5/22/26. Fully assessed no cooling situation on 2016 Rudd heat pump system. Gave system a call at the thermostat and air handler came on went up on the rooftop and found outside heat pump locked out on low pressure lock out. Looked inside the heat pump and found copper suction line completely broke clean off at the reversing valve. This could be an issue with the compressor that broke off the joint. Highly recommend replacing entire system. Provided estimate to repair but could definitely be further issues.
