Returned to manually adjust gas/air ratio on 5 yr old Bosch tankless water heater. Followed parameters according to installation manual. System operating properly at this time. Logged a call with Bosch tech support to determine next steps if system continues to have issues.

3/12/26 Found system completely frozen when we arrived. Found cover off air handler and system was running in cooling mode. Let tennet know that the system needs to thaw. Found also that when giving the system a fan only call, found 24v between c&g, found control board not sending 24 v to blower motor. Provided estimate to replace indoor control board. They may be further issues once system unthaws. Need to return to further diagnosis.

Completed heat tune up for natural gas furnace. There is a condensate pump safety but no EZ trap. System lacks ideal water safeties. A wet switch is preferred to float switch in the pan. Provided email estimates. 3/10/26. Brazed over broken fitting at high pressure switch. Pressure tested at 350 psi nitrogen. Soap and bubbles checked. Vacuumed down system to 380 microns. Added 7 lbs 11 ozs of r410a.( provided by Atwater). Ran system in both heating and cooling mode. Pressures were good. Temperature rise was 20 degrees. In the past we have replaced flame sensors every 2-3 years when theybegin to develop pits in the metal. Both flame sensor ok but I informed them that they may need to be replaced next year. Luis 3-9-26 Installation of whole house humidifier, 620A. New water line. New round duct, run drain to condensation pump, test pump ok. Test operation ok. Check water connections ok. Showed customer how to use humidifier ok. Set to 4 on humidistat.

Luis 3-9-26 performed oil boiler cleaning, burnham oil boiler from 2015. Check system operation, inspect and test all components, found expansion tank full of water. Provided estimate for repairs. Clean heat exchanger and inspect flue pipe. Clean electrodes and realign them ok. Replace oil nozzle, pump strainer, oil filter ok at this time. Check oil flow. Performed combustion test and smoke test ok. Water pressure ok. Cycle boiler ok. I provided estimate for repairs and recommendations.

No hear oil furnace HP hybrid. 20x25x1 filter severely caked in n drywall dust. Replaced filter Found failed EIM. EIM was installed in 2022 so it is covered under parts only warranty. Non Warranty price would be $710; Warranty price is $478. Homeowner agreed to replace EIM, renew oil Heat+AC plan membership and diagnostic. Ordered and picked up new EIM. Completed Factory reset on thermostat. Connected to new EIM and existing wireless outdoor temperature sensor. Configured for heat pump with oil heat lockout to be at 50°F and balance point 40°. Droop 2.5° as before. Afterwards tested system including humidification. System operating well at this time. Will bring back failed EIM for warranty processing,

Luis 3-6-26 customer called in for no heat, propane company came out to deliver propane but since no one was home they fill tank and closed tank valve Re-Light Pilot and Check Operation, I performed leak check on primate system. Pressure held 8 psi for 5 minutes, no leaks. I Reset boiler, bleed line and test operation, I check all there units in basement to make sure coils are getting hot. All three air handlers are getting hot. Performed combustion test on boiler to make sure is burning correctly, I test gas stove to bleed air ok. Boiler is back in working condition. I did noticed some items that will need attention, air eliminator head has some corrosion and it looks like is not venting properly, #67 air vent for one of the air handlers is not venting properly. There is a water connection that is been capped by hose cap, it should be had pipe with 3/4 black iron cap for safety. I provided estimate to repairs these items. Boiler is 18 years old. I would recommend Looking into upgrade
