Checked water pressure, found no expansion tank on existing water heater. Measured water temperature. Water heater is 14 years old , would recommend replacing at this time. Provided estimate.

3/12/26 Found system completely frozen when we arrived. Found cover off air handler and system was running in cooling mode. Let tennet know that the system needs to thaw. Found also that when giving the system a fan only call, found 24v between c&g, found control board not sending 24 v to blower motor. Provided estimate to replace indoor control board. They may be further issues once system unthaws. Need to return to further diagnosis.
