 Found system completely frozen when we arrived. Found cover off air handler and system was running in cooling mode. Let tennet know that the system needs to thaw. Found also that when giving the system a fan only call, found 24v between c&g, found control board not sending 24 v to blower motor. Provided estimate to replace indoor control board. They may be further issues once system unthaws. Need to return to further diagnosis.

Added 7 lbs 11 ozs of r410a.( provided by Atwater). Ran system in both heating and cooling mode. Pressures were good. Temperature rise was 20 degrees. Heat pump is working properly at time of service

Clean heat exchanger and inspect flue pipe. Clean electrodes and realign them ok. Replace oil nozzle, pump strainer, oil filter ok at this time. Check oil flow. Performed combustion test and smoke test ok. Water pressure ok. Cycle boiler ok. I provided estimate for repairs and recommendations.

Completed Factory reset on thermostat. Connected to new EIM and existing wireless outdoor temperature sensor.
Configured for heat pump with oil heat lockout to be at 50°F and balance point 40°. Droop 2.5° as before.
Afterwards tested system including humidification.

Pressure held 8 psi for 5 minutes, no leaks. I Reset boiler, bleed line and test operation, I check all there units in basement to make sure coils are getting hot. All three air handlers are getting hot. Performed combustion test on boiler to make sure is burning correctly, I test gas stove to bleed air ok. Boiler is back in working condition. I did noticed some items that will need attention, air eliminator head has some corrosion and it looks like is not venting properly, #67 air vent for one of the air handlers is not venting properly. There is a water connection that is been capped by hose cap, it should be had pipe with 3/4 black iron cap for safety. I provided estimate to repairs these items. Boiler is 18 years old. I would recommend Looking into upgrade
