Job Locations and Reviews
6/25/26. Re brazed over leaking pressure switch connection and installed new indoor txv valve. Pressure tested at 300 psi nitrogen and bubble checked. Vacuumed down system to 400 microns. R410a pressures are 338/136 with 6.3 subcooling and 20 degrees temperature split return. A/c is working properly at time of service.
6/25/26 performed precision a/c tune up on 1&2 year old Bosch heat pump systems. Replaced (2) 20x20x1 air filters. Checked all electrical connections and components. Brushed out ez traps. Checked all readings at digital control boards. Checked refrigerant pressures and temperatures. Both systems are working properly at time of service.
Will re braze broken joint at outdoor unit. Pressure tested system at 400 psi. Vacuum down system below 500 microns and re charge system using refrigerant from Atwater. 6//24/26. Repaired leak at condenser. Pressure tested 300 psi nitrogen. Vacuumed down system to 350 microns. Added in 7 lbs 410a. Refrigerant pressures were 310/134. Temp split was 17 degrees. Outdoor unit does vibrate a lot while running. A/c is working at time of service.
6/23/26. Un sweat old reversing valve from heat pump system. Brazed in new reversing valve in its place. Also replaced by flow filter dryer. Pressure tested and soap checked at 300 psi nitrogen. Vacuumed down system and added 6 lbs 3 ozs of r410a. Tested heat pump in cooling mode. R410a refrigerant pressures were 237/145 with 4 subcooling, high return temperature. Checked temperature split was 17 degrees. A/c is working at time of service.
6/23/26. Replaced o.e.m. Compressor and txv on 2016 Rudd heat pump system. Recovered all refrigerant. Un sweat old compressor and filter dryer. Installed new compressor, bi flow filter dryer and bolt on indoor txv. Pressure tested system at 300 psi and soap checked. Vacuumed down system to 362 microns. Added in 6lbs 2 oz 410a . Tested operation. 410a refrigerant pressures were 229/110 with 3.7 subcooling. A/c is working properly at time of service.
6/22/26. Fully assessed no cooling situation on 2016 Rudd heat pump system. Found after giving system a call for cooling, outside u it came on but not indoor blower motor. Found failed blower motor. Replaced and tested operation. Checked temperature split. Temperature split was 18 degrees. A/c is working properly at time of service.

6/22/26. Fully assessed blower motor constantly running on 2016 Rudd heat pump system. Maintenance just replaced the thermostat and it did not fix the problem. Found indoor control board very corroded from moisture. Did not find any water leaking from up above apartment. Mostly from condensation. Dried up water and installed new control board. Blower motor is now turning on and off correctly. Temperature split is 18 degrees in cooling. A/c is working properly at time of service.
6/18/26. Fully assessed no cooling situation on 2016 Rudd heat pump system. Gave system a call for cooling. Indoor unit came on and condenser fan motor came on but not compressor. Tested 30/5 capacitor it was good. Only thing we could try was an Ssp6 hard start kit, but you don’t know how long compressor is going to last. Installed hard start kit. Compressor did come on. 419a refrigerant pressures were 321/137 with 3 subcooling. Also would start considering replacement. A/c is working at time of service.
6/18/26. Fully assessed no cooling situation on 2016 Rudd heat pump system. Gave a/c a call for cooling and found outside unit coming on but blower motor just rocking back and fourth. Had blower motor on the truck, they agreed to the repair. Replaced blower motor and tested system operation. Temperature split was 18 degrees. A/c is working properly at time of service.

Had a problem with two steam radiators. Luis arrived and diagnosed the problem, corrected it and verified that the radiators are now working properly. My tenants and new baby are warm and happy. Luis does it again!
