Found only one conductor from isolation relay landed on the Taco zone relay panel TT contacts. The red conductor was wire nutted off. 
I wired in red conductor to TT contacts and hydronic coil valve opened.
Tested system operations afterwards.

Temperature rise 110-70=40° Good

Opened humidifier bypass valve and set humidistat to 35%RH
The wrong pad is installed in humidifier. There is a chance of a leak as a result of this. She agreed
Offered humidifier service.Installed corrct pad Aprilaire 35, cleaned housing and tested.

I noticed that the indoor fan was continuing to run even after taking away demand for heat and setting fan to Auto… found (3) flash error code at the refrigerant mitigation board which means active refrigerant alarm. However there is no refrigerant leak and wiring connections are good. 
The sensor has failed. I will forward all info to our management

Ran in cooling and manually disabled outdoor fan to force defrost.
Them turned back to heat pressures good. 325/100

Ohm values of both the coil temp sensor and the outdoor air sensor are good 19k ohms 51°F.

Attempted to force defrost using test pins on control…nothing.
System is not going into defrost. Need to provide estimate and return with defrost board.

Best thing to do is run emergency heat at night when temperatures are low outside. Then heat in day time to avoid frosting outdoor coil until we can return.

Reviewed oil hot water heater.  Water heater has brown water and is only somewhat working.  There is a softening system.  There is a oil furnace in the same room.  The oil tank is rusted.  Recommend oil water heater or tankless lp option.  Need to check availability.

Luis 11-13-25 performed propane gas heater tune up on two systems, first floor Amana and second floor Lennox 
On first floor I replaced burners with stainless style replaced air filter. Check heater operation check supply and return air temps ok, service humidifier test operation and set to 35% winter. Performed  combination test ok heater ok unit does not have surge protection and no water protection. 

On second Lennox heater replace air filter. Check system operation, air delivery, combustion removal and ignition system. All three systems are in bad shape below standards. I provided estimate to rebuild heater. I would recommend getting an estimate to replace system. 
Home comfort consultant to come tomorrow between 12 and 1

I arrive for a no heat call. On site I decided to go ahead and do the heat check up. The customers have a 7 yr old gas furnace system. 
I started with checking the air filter and replaced , the filter was dirty.  The filter size is 16x25x1. I checked all my electrical connections and voltages. I inspected and tested the  burners , flame sensor and the igniter. I water tested all tubing and hoses. I inspected the exhaust and fresh air pipe for restrictions and bellies. I ran a test on the inducer motor and pressure switch. I inspected the inducer and the blower motor operation. I checked and tested for combustion and took temp rise splits at the return and the supply. Everything is running fine at this time of service. 
I couldn’t replicate an issue at this time of service . The service contract is covered , I did collect for a diagnostic fee for 84.15.

Cleaned flame sensor and verified flame rectification circuit
Measured temperature rise and static pressure
Checked wiring, controls, electric motors and components; there are no surge protectors; 
Checked manifold  gas pressures
Inspected drain and pump. There is a condensate pump safety but no EZ trap. Left estimate for EZ trap.

Found REME cell was expired (No LED) Cell was last replaced 10/2023. Offered to replace cell. However after installing determined the ballast on REME has failed. It is not covered under warranty (Installed 10/17/19) 
Offered APCOX Whole Home Air treatment system. Lifetime warranty on unit. 3-year bulb lifetime. I discounted it $50 considering the REME failed 1 year out of warranty.
