Got the check for install.

Performed quality assurance on Daikin additional mini split head. Checked over electrical connections and line hide. Ran system in cooling mode. Temperature split in cooling mode was 19 degrees very good. System is working properly at quality assurance.

Recovered refrigerant from system. Added indoor head unit. Installed line hide and ran new lineset, drain, and comm wire. Made all connections, pressure tested, checked for leaks. Charged system to factory charge.
Kurt was wonderful! Punctual! He was very informative and gave us a lot of information. We appreciate him finding that way will need to replace some things soon which will give us time to save. We feel very confidence with Dibiase and their technicians and service.

Found contacter burnt and pitted , replaced 40amp single pole contactor. Also performed precision a/c tune up on Lennox a/c system. Checked all electrical connections and components. Checked temperature split. Looked over glue joints on furnace exhaust pipping that homeowner repaired, seems to be adequate. Checked refrigerant pressures and temperatures. A/c is from 2010 and evaporator coil is getting corroded, would recommend starting to think about replacement. A/c is working at time of service.

Completed Quality assurance inspection for 2.5 Ton Goodman R32 AC system. *Heating is Carrier 60,000 BTU 90% efficient furnace installed 2009 Inspected all aspects of install: wiring, drain piping, safeties, cooling fan speed. Tested system in cooling, added treatment tabs to AC drain line Measured temperature split. Checked refrigerant pressures and diagnostics Install passes quality assurance inspection.
Nathan was very thorough and fair. We appreciated his input tremendously.
Dillon made us feel comfortable. He explained things very thoroughly and worked well with us on what kind of system we could afford.

Replaced indoor coil, adapted to existing plenum, flushed lineset, repiped drains to new condensate pump, added ez trap and r32 integration board. Wired all safeties to break 24v. Removed air braces and old Ac unit. Installed new unit on ground with new pad and disconnect. Flushed lineset. Started and tested unit. Job is complete

Per Tune up on carrier ac, checked indoor blower, and temperature split. Checked and cleaned drains and checked indoor coil. Indoor coil is in very bad shape and is very corroded. Customer stated she has had to add charge in the past and once I got to check the refrigerant levels in the outdoor unit I noticed the system is about 2 pounds low. Gave customer estimates on leak repair vs just charging it as a bandaid and set up an appointment for them to get a consultation on a system replacement, contactor is also in need of replacement as well as water protection should be installed, an estimate was created for those repairs as well.

Estimate

Customer has been using electric heat as of last night. Equipment is 3 Ton Rheem Heat pump with electric auxiliary. System was locked out on low pressure. Put gauges on system. Is sitting at 14 psi. Good amount of refrigerant oil under reversing valve, Offered to do nitrogen leak search. Found leak bend in 1/4” copper stem stem where discharge pressure switch is connected. Leak is in the bend itself NOT in a fitting. Checked over rest of refrigeration system including indoor coil, filter drier all brazed joints. No other leaks detected. The filter drier is installed close to indoor coil. Disconnect in OFF position. Breaker for outdoor equipment OFF. Leave it off. Left estimate to fix leak by braising shut, replace filter drier, pressure test system, evacuate system, and charge system (3 Ton capacity, factory charge 111 oz R410A) Lineset is short should not need much else if any. Indoor coil is on the negative sid of air stream. Should have a trap on the drain. Left estimate for
