Job Locations and Reviews
Performed precision heat tune up on Bosch and trane gas furnaces. Both media filters are ok. Checked all electrical connections and components. Found igniter and flame sensor for trane furnace should be replaced, provided estimate to repair. Checked temperature rise. Cleaned flame sensors. Found no surge protection installed on indoor Bosch equipment, provided estimate. Found condensation not always draining correctly on Bosch gas furnace, let homeowner know this. Checked resistance of hot surface igniters. Performed combustion test. Both gas furnaces are working properly at time of service.

Performed precision heat tune up on ncp package unit. Replaced 16x25x1 air filter. Checked all electrical connections and components. Found some bacterial growth inside unit, provided uv air purifier solutions. Checked temperature rise. Checked gas pressure. Cleaned flame sensor, performed combustion test. Gas furnace is getting to the point of replacement but is working at time of service.
10-28-25 Luis. Customer called in for no heat on trane link heat pump . Found unit on communication error. Outdoor unit not responding. 249 volts to outdoor unit. 24 volts and 2.5 do voltage on harness. The is black marks on board. And burning smell. New outdoor inverter board is needed. I do went to attic to change filter and check all electrical. There is no back heat at air handler. We will finish tune up when we come back with new inverter board.
Fully assessed no heating situation. Found kids bedrooms were not heating. Went downstairs in basement and found that the Larrs boiler that we did not install was turned off at the power switch. Kate called her contractor and found he had turned it off when he was here. Turned back on. The boiler heats radiant floor heating in the floors. Loop got hot from the supply to the returns. Boiler is heating fine at time of service. Also took photos of another a/c only system that needs added next year to maintenance contract.
10/15/25 Tan Performed quality assurance on Trane heat pump system. Client overall happy with our installers. Only concern he had was airflow to lower level in heat mode. Checked air handler and found it leveled. Accessories installed correctly with ez trap, wet switch, and ecm surge protection. Media cabinet is good. Cfm settings were correct but I increased to high to help lower levels and turned down some dampers to rooms closest to air handler to increase velocity. Temp split and static were good. Amp draw was great and within manufacture specifications. Checked outdoor unit and found it leveled along with surge protected disconnect. Wiring connections are secure. Refrigerant caps are tight. Line hide and line set are clean and sealed. Refrigerant levels are good. I crossed referenced charging sheet on door panel. Inspection is a PASS Walked site with Dillion and customer wants to upgrade to WiFi thermostat. We proposed crediting back the cost for the current T6 install and prov
Installed new blower motor under warranty. Tested Completed heat tune up for package gas/AC system. Installed by Dibase 9/1/20 Filter replaced a few days ago when Luis diagnosed system: Clean Cleaned flame sensor Checked gas pressures Inspected wiring, controls and electric motors. Equipment has surge protection Measured temperature rise. Combustion and draft tests: Pass System operating well at this time.
Luis 10-8-25 Customer called in to state that she does not currently have ac. She said she has the thermostat set to 73 and it is currently 77-78 in the home. found system operation in the off. With fan on. I noticed fan motor running un normal. Stopping and turning it would not stayed running all the time. I check 24 volts to motor ok. 245 present all the time. I switched to cooling fan motor stayed running for minutes I tested all other components ok refrigerant levels supply and return air temp ok. After minutes fan started to do same thing as at the beginning. New motor is needed. No charge warranty we installed motor back in July 2025.
Completed AC tune up for 2.5 Ton Americn standard heat pump system 20x25x4 filter ok Indoor and outdoor coils in good condition Inspected wiring, controls, electric motors and components; checked electric heat amp draw 40A 10KW Good. Measured temperature rise and static pressure Inspected drains; added treatment tabs to drain pan. Checked integrity of compressor motor (mega ohm test) Assessed refrigerant charge checked pressures. AC system operating well at this time. There is a small vanity where plumbing freezes from time to time. I popped drop ceiling tiles and it is the pipe between the vanity drywall and the exterior wall that must not be insulated. The space above ceiling has adequate blown in fiberglass insulation Homeowner renewed plan membership today,
Completed heat tune up for comfort pack unit. 51,000 BTU input. Replaced filter 16x25x1 Inspected burners, spark ignitor, inducer assembly. Cleaned flame sensor and verified flame rectification circuit Inspected wiring, controls, electric motors and components. Heating fan speed was TAP 2 med high I changed to Hi because supply temp got very close to hi limit point. Supply temp improved after adjustment. They have a few supply grills closed. In the winter it is better to have them opened because the duct system is too small to support them being closed. There is no surge protection. Left email estimate for heavy-duty surge protector Made adjustment to outlet gas pressure (from 2.6” to 3.4”) Combustion and draft tests: Pass System operating well at this time,

Tested blower capacitor. Checked temperature rise. Performed combustion test. Gas furnace is working properly at time of service.

We had service tech Kurt arrive for our yearly AC system check up. Kurt was on time, friendly and had a deep knowledge of HVAC systems. He ran a complete battery of tests on our old system, while never getting bothered by the homeowner standing there, asking questions. We are very happy with the level of service and care Kurt provided. Ask for him...you will be impressed! 10/2025, Fall heater service. Kurt returned, this time to check and prepare out heating system for the coming winter. I requested Kurt because I thought he would be just as thorough and knowledgeable with out heating as he had been with out AC....and he was. Everything I said above still applies. After completing the service call, I received an email with docs & photos of all the tests and their results.
