Luis 9-22-26 Performed heat pump inspection on Lennox 3.5 ton heat pump from 2019. The unit was evaluated across four primary performance categories: electrical integrity, refrigeration circuit, heating/cooling thermal output, and safety control sequences. Electrical & Components: Supply voltage, compressor/motor operating amperages, contactors, and run capacitors were checked against manufacturer rating plate specifications. Refrigerant & Performance: Low and high-side operating pressures, subcooling/ superheat values, and the indoor air temperature split (AT) were verified to ensure proper heat transfer in both heating and cooling modes. Controls & Safety: Defrost board sequencing, reversing valve actuation, auxiliary heat engagement, condensate float safety switch, and air filtration were inspected and function-tested. Luis 9-21-26 Customer called in for no cooling, blank thermostat. Found water sensor activated on attic, tried to reset but sensor would not reset. Quoted to replace sensor customer approved. Check drain and drain line ok. Very difficult to check drain, check drain termination and system is draining. If customer has the same issue blank thermostat, manager to come out, we will need to send thinner tech.

Luis 21-26 Performed gas heat tune up on two year old Goodman 90% gas heater. Check all electrical connections and components ok replaced filter 413 test pump and check drain, clean sensor and inspect burners check gas pressure and perform combustion test ok. Supply and return air ok cycle gas heater ok. I informed customer about water heater age. 16 year old. Provided estimate to replace water heater. Customer will call in to office to schedule plumbing visit, there is some work to be done.

Luis 9-18-26 customer called in for high velocity system not keeping up in summertime. We were out here August 4 for the same issue. I went entire system, indoor and outdoor check refrigerant pressures airflows inspect all ductwork. I did found main supply round duct not fully attached leaking air into attic space. Used foil tape to repair connection, compare refrigerant numbers before and after direct repair. I also adjust restriction plate to lower CFM outdoor unit is 1.5 ton needs around 400/500 CFM based on chart currently at 420 cfm. Supply temp 46 return temp 73. Outdoor drain continues to drip water. Thermostat took very long to decrease 2 degrees. Found no other issues. No charge warranty.

Luis 9-18-26 Performed quality assurance on recently installed heat pump. Test 8 kw back up heat ok. Test airflow and drain system ok thermostat operation ok outdoor refrigerant levels and pressures ok. System passed inspection.
