Job Locations and Reviews
Luis 6-15-26 No cooling. Found water sensor tripped but no water around sensor, reset and test operation ok. Check and test drain ok. Refrigerant levels and pressures ok. Found no issues for waste smells to tripped. High humidity. We did provided estimate to replace sensor with new style. Customer will continue to monitor ac operation. No charge for today warranty.
6/14/26 Dan I arrived to the customers home to look at their system, not working in the attic thermostat was blank. I found the wet switch was tripped, and the filters need to be replaced. I pulled the filters out of the ceiling rack, the customer ordered new filters . I also found the drain line had some debris, I cleared and tested. The wet switch took the longest to reset . I did put in recommendation for a newer style wet switch that resets easily. I got the system back on and tested system operation and pressures. Everything is back up and running at this time I collected for extended diagnostics and diagnostic fee. Recommended a newer style wet switch for the customers to review.
Estimate
Luis 6-5-26 Performed tune up on 3 ton Bryant ac unit from 2000. Found system running on cooling, check electrical inside blower and thermostat operation. Flush drain test pump and clean trap. Check airflows 15 degree split indoor coil not as cold as other years. Check outdoor unit refrigerant r22 are lower than normal this year. Customer to expect lower cooling capacity soon. Capacitor is reading 0 mfd the reason the compressor is running is because the super boost. I provided estimate to replace capacitor, I would highly recommend system replacement. Customer approved capacitor replacement. Test system operation after repairs. Ok. System currently operational but requires recommended repairs and has passed normal life expectancy. Replacement of system is strongly recommended.
Luis 5-27-26 Customer called in for no cooling. Found thermostat off upon arrival. Asked customer to turn the ac on. Checked system operation indoor blower runs. Outdoor compressor does not start. Found open capacitor, I provided estimate for repairs and recommendations customer decided to just so the minimum repair Replacement of dual capacitor. After repairs test system operation ok. Check refrigerant levels. System is working properly at the time of service.
Luis 5-20-26 customer called in for no cooling, ac unit is from 2003. Found system off with fan on. I. Noticed some water signs around heater. Test system operation found system to be low on refrigerant r22. I also noticed capacitor and contactor in bad shape. Power wire insulation is damaged, leaving exposed high voltage wire. At this time my only repair option is to get an estimate to replace system. Customer agreed on getting an estimate to replace system. This upcoming Friday between 2 and 3. • No obligation quote to replace system • A Comfort Specialist will provide several options to suit your comfort needs and budget • New equipment can offer better reliability, greater efficiency and improved comfort • Higher efficiency models run quieter and cost less to operate • Gain peace of mind with manufacturer and service provider warranties
Luis 5-15-26 Performed ac tune up on daiken 3 ton system, two stage ac unit. Check indoor coils, air delivery blower system. Supply and return air temps. Flush drain test pump ok. Clean trap. Check air filter ok at this time. Check outdoor unit refrigerant levels and pressures. Coil is dirty restricting airflow. Refrigerant levels seem to be lower than normal we will need to clean coil first before adding any refrigerant, adding refrigerant is an indication of refrigerant leak. I would recommend coil cleaning, adding ac renew and add refrigerant with dye. Adding dye will tell us if the system is leaking and potentially will show the leak. Customer wants to think about recommendations, and will call office.

Great service. Very knowledgeable.
Luis was pleasant, courteous, and explained things well. I think the employees should wear name badges with pictures, but they do send a picture of tech beforehand. Wait time to get an appointment can be longer than desired, but not outrageous (a week for this service, but last visit was over 2 week wait). Overall very satisfied with service.
