Checked gas pressure. Performed combustion test. Found no surge protection on blower motor, provided estimate. Also found some bacterial growth around coil, provided estimate to install uv to kill growth. System is 14 years old and getting to the point of replacement. Gas furnace is working at time of service.

Performed electronic leak search over package unit. Found both evaporator coil and condenser coil are leaking. Wayne would like it priced up to replace both evaporator and condenser or replace entire package unit. Our office to follow up.

I checked the air filter and replaced, filter size is 19x23x4 it’s supplied by the customer. I also serviced the customers humidifier and tested, I set the humidistat at 35%. I Inspected the indoor coil and tested electric heat package. Took temp splits for the electric heat and blower motor amperage draws. I looked at the outdoor heat pump and tested for an outdoor btu output. Inspected the outdoor components and unit pressures. Everything is working fine at this time of service.
