- replace oem pressure switch kit and test operation 1/9/25. Replaced pressure switches and tested operation. Ran furnace for about 15 minutes, gas furnace is working properly at time of service.

Installed new mini split system. Mounted 2x4’s and hung units using off thread. Installed new breaker and new power wire to outdoor unit. Installed new condensate from each unit and pitched appropriately going outside. Ran new communication wire to each unit. Mounted a branch box in the attic and mounted a branch box in the basement. Cut necessary holes in siding and mounted new slim duct. Ran new line sets to each unit and pressure tested line sets. Left the system on pressure overnight. Placed lineset on vacuum. Charged the system for 18lbs and 7oz. Installed new outdoor unit. Leveled the ground and placed down new pad. Installed new rectorseal with voltage monitor.

SOLD: 12/31/2025 4:21:57 PM - Furnace only for upstairs Replacing furnace for upstairs and leaving existing ac system for upstairs. Disconnect flue, gas, and electrical components from furnace. Suspended existing coil to remove furnace. Installed new furnace and 14x25x1 filter rack. Adapted metal to existing return and supply. Started up system checked gas pressure and combustion. Set proper air flow.

Reviewed call with customer and they mentioned that there have been several incidents where a smoke smell was present coming through the erv vents. Checked balancing of erv and reviewed all ducting. Checked fireplace area to see if there were any cross connects between ductwork and erv. Checked all erv settings. Customer explained smell only happened once since our last visit. It was discovered that the smell may be coming from outside when other homes are running their fireplaces. They said they could smell it from outside. Instructions were provided on how to shut down erv when smell is present. Will look into timer.

Fully assessed no heating situation. Found gas furnace locked out on a code 23 which is pressure switch closed before inducer motor starts. Pulled out dual pressure switch and found back pressure switch was stuck closed. Sucked on pressure switch hose and found water got into pressure switch. Got furnace to work for now, but it did shut down once while I was there. Need to provide estimate to replace dual pressure switches.

Provide estimates for new reme air scrubber and panasonic erv.

Installed erv control set to 20 min an hour on eco . Also balanced to .50 in wg. On both sides .

Luis and Alan 12-24-25 customer called for no heat, ROOFTOP UNIT CLOSES TO PIZZA EXHAUST FAN. THERMOSTAT LABEL #1 we were out here month ago for same issue new board was needed. I talked to carina and explained her that it was the same issue she was not aware. She approved replacement of ignition control board and replacement of filters. After repairs test system operation and performed combustion test ok. all doors are in place used bigger screws to hold all panels securely since sometimes panels had come off. Cycle heater ok. Luis 12-24-25 Luis and Allan performed quality assurance on second floor gas heater that was installed month ago. Check all electrical connections and components, settings on unit and thermostat ok. Test heater combustion results and gas pressures ok. Customer stated we. We were supposed to bring a 416 filter. That was promised during sales call. I called office we will need drop filter or direct shipping to customer, he has plenty of filters. But he was promised new one from us. Customer also mentioned about heater pan not being big as the other heater pan. Explain to customer this pan will cover entire heater and ac units. As well as the humidifier. System is working properly at the time of service.

We need a controller to function the humidifier so we have to order that and come back to install and program the ERV
