I checked about the clicking and snapping sound, which is normal and shows that the electronic air cleaner is doing this job. I did clean it and the customer would also like air filters for his ERV vent that we just installed which are 10 x 20. he would like a quote for a new ERV. So we need to follow up with him and find out the pricing and availability of a new ERV and when we go back to install, we can bring the filters.

Found broken Aprilaire feed tube, replaced feed tube on humidifier and tested operation. Also performed precision heat tune up on 2015 trane gas furnace. Replaced 16x25x1 filter and 12x12x1 air filter. Checked all electrical connections and components. Checked temperature rise. Found very small crack starting in heat exchanger, not thru yet. Let homeowner know. Cleaned flame sensor. Checked resistance of hsi. Performed combustion test. Gas furnace is working properly at time of service.

Luis 12-1-25 Bill called into the office for issues with the boiler. Upon arrival. I talked to Bill and he explained couple issues with the boiler three steam vents three-quarter male are leaking by the basement piping. Couple of the vents on radiators also leaking. Inspect boiler operation found boiler water level to be high there normal. Went trough series of troubleshooting, I insect water feeder and low water cutoff. I called supervisor and before any adjustments were made. I did some adjustments on water feeder, switched to low water cutoff option (previously 3 gallons) and 2 minutes delay (30 seconds before) I tested water feeder/low water cutoff ok. Customer wants to change three of the three-quarter vents in the basement..

Luis 11-25-25 customer called to get some options on replacement of thermostat. I provided couple options customer decided to go with smart thermostat with room sensor. Installed thermostat and set up programming to customer needs. Test heater operation ok. Cycle ac unit ok. Customer also setup ecobee app and connected thermostat to internet. Customer also renewed service plan.

Reviewed building to determine concerns. A radiator leaked and caused damage to several areas. Boiler is leaking and needs to be replaced. Owner would like option to replace boiler and one to replace air conditioner with heat pump.

Powered humidifier leaking at system we installed last Friday. Drain was piped in series with the AC drain which in some cases especially in high static pressure or high airflow scenarios may prevent the humidifier from properly draining. I ran humidifier drain separately to an open spot of the condensate pump. Then checked over system. Found heating fan speed to be one speed too high set for 1830 CFM. Set fan speed to 1620 option based on capacity of furnace (100,000 BTU)and the airflow performance chart. This could have been part of why humidifier was not draining properly as well. After adjustments I ran system with demand for humidity for approximately 10 min. No leaks. System operating well at this time.

Installed new trane gas furnace. Built new return and installed new Aprilaire filter. Tapped/ caulked return and supply. Adapted gas line and vent piping. Adapted high volt and installed new outlet and switch. Adapted condensate line and piped in furnace drain. Installed new thermostat and wired in low voltage with safeties. Connected all red link equipment. Cleaned up work area and tested out equipment.
