Fully assessed no cooling situation. Found a/c going off on high pressure. Found failed indoor txv. Compressor is shutting off at 522 psi. Explained to Wayne that there is a possibility that the compressor could also be damaged. Will replace txv first. Provided estimate to replace txv.

Replaced inducer motor with part provided by customer. System working properly at time of service

Luis 9-5-25 customer has two hvac unit first and second floor. Customer has service plan on main unit (first floor only 5 ton system Bryant) performed ac tune up on first floor check electrical low and high check air filter, flush drain test condensation pump and inspect vinyl tubing. Condensation pump takes longer than normal to discharge water. Would recommend replacement of pump and run new vinyl tubing (make it shorter distance) Check supply and return air flow temps. Check outdoor unit refrigerant levels and pressures. Check capacitor and contactor. Found capacitor reading below standards, contactor is showing wear. Provided solutions to take care of these issues, i also included preventative repairs to keep unit running strong and running at high peak. I during Todays visit I noticed exhaust pipe for both heaters are in bad shape. Would recommend replacement of flue pipe before becomes safety hazard. Went over today’s visit with customer and emailed estimates for recommendations

Fully assessed refrigarant leaking situation. Put gauges on system to see where the system is running at right now. Found it to be running at 119 suction at this point and 18 degrees temperature split. Performed electronic leak search over system. Found leaking evaporator coil. Need to price out coil replacement for system and return and install new evaporator coil. Our office to email over estimate. Perform leak search on package unit

Performed precision oil boiler tune up and a/c tune up on amana heat pump system. Homeowner recently replaced 14x30x1 air filter. Replaced.85x80b nozzle. Replaced Rf1 oil filter. Vacuumed soot from heat exchanger and smoke pipe it was very dirty. Found ignition transformer wore down, circulator pump is running hot and auto fill not filling water correctly, provided estimate to repair but oil boiler is 18 years old and would recommend replacement of oil boiler. Now on a/c side homeowner mentioned blower stopping and starting, found this occurring while I was in the attic. Blower motor is failing and air handler was installed in 2022 by dibiase. Cleaned ez trap. Checked temperature split. Tested outdoor capacitor.

Front cover screws were stripped out. Re-tapped the holes and put new screws in.

Installed new Healthway super V. Placed filter on return and made new return plenum. Moved humidifier and reconnected wiring and condensate. Installed new outlet for super v. Installed new inline for ERV filter. Created custom bracket for unit. Reconnected supply runs to new inline filter box. Cleaned existing ERV and inspected filters. Filters are clean. Leveled existing AC unit with rocks. Also leveled mini split outdoor with mulch. Tested all functions on basement unit, everything is working at time of install.
