1/12/26 Dan arrived to the customers home to service their 15 yr old 95% gas furnace system. I started with checking the air filter and replaced , the filter size is 16x25x1. I checked all my electrical connections and voltages. I inspected and tested the burners , flame sensor and the igniter. I water tested all tubing and hoses. I inspected the exhaust and fresh air pipe for restrictions and bellies. I inspected the inducer and the blower motor operation. I checked and tested for combustion and took temp rise splits at the return and the supply. Everything is running fine at this time of service. The furnace is doing ok , but I made the customer aware that it is 15 yrs old and should be replaced in the near future. I did leave 3 estimates for the customers to review. 2 options on replacement of the customers water heater. It’s a natural gas / natural draft 50 gallon. 1 option for adding a wet switch
