Found no surge protection on blower motor , installed x13 surge protector. Also performed precision heat tune up on Bosch inverter heat pump system. Replaced aprilaire 213 air filter, homeowner provided. Checked all electrical connections and components. Checked temperature rise. Checked refrigerant pressures and temperatures at outdoor control board. Heat pump system is working properly at time of service.

arrived to the customers home to service their 7 yr old oil furnace system with heat pump back up . I started with checking the air filter , the customer services his air filter. 313AA. I checked all my electrical connections and voltages. I checked and replaced my strainer and nozzle , and the oil filter. I inspected and set my electrodes for proper gapping for optimal performance. I inspected the flue pipe for corrosion and pitting. Inspected my heat exchanger and the chimney for clearance. I bled the oil burner and tested system for smoke and combustion. I took temp rise splits at the return and the supply. I checked out the heat pump system checked the components and pressures, and took temp splits . Everything is running fine at this time of service.

Performed 6 month inspection on climate master geothermal. Air filter ok. Checked all electrical connections and components. Check temperature rise. Checked water deta t. It was 7 degrees. Used uv flashlight and glasses. Found a lot of refrigerant dye at water/ refrigerant coax. Will let our office know info and they will go from here. Geothermal is working at time of service.

Fully assessed oil boiler. Started up boiler and it had a little smell but not to bad. Performed combustion test it was good. Boiler is a little dirty and should be cleaned but not terrible. Opened up boiler and checked chimney base everything was open. Recommend for us to come back and complete a tune up on oil boiler. Boiler is working properly at time of service. I arrived to the customers home to perform a Q.A. Inspection on there new hybrid system. I started with checking the air filter and found good. the filter size is 213 AA. I checked the overall neatness and performance of the newly installed system. I checked over all system accessories. I checked all my electrical connections and voltages. I inspected and tested the burners , flame sensor and the igniter. I water tested all tubing and hoses. I inspected the exhaust and fresh air pipe for restrictions and bellies. I inspected the inducer and the blower motor operation. I checked and tested for combustion and took temp rise splits at the return and the supply. I checked the outdoor unit level and disconnect level. Made sure the overall visual inspection was good for the outdoor heat pump . Everything is running fine at this time of service for both sides of the equipment. I did have to caulk the inside of the line set in the basement and also the packing nut on the old humidifier t

Performed quality assurance on recently installed unit. Unit is wiring as cool only thermostat only has heat and cool option. Maybe for future use. Cycle heat pump ok check air supply and return air temps ok. All wiring and connections ok. Quality assurance passed.
