Performed a QA on a heat pump system. Took photos of the equipment and looked at the overall install of the indoor unit and the outdoor heat pump. Looked at the wiring connections and the voltages. Inspected the drain lines and tested the condensation pump. Inspected the air filter. Looked at temp splits for the system . Outside unit checked the disconnect and the outdoor unit level and made sure all connections are sealed and wiring was completed in a neatly fashion. Refrigerant Charge was adjusted added 10 oz of R454B to manufacture specs. New equipment is working fine at this time of service .

Ther are two units in the club house. They said that units were not keeping up with temperature the other day check operation of both air-conditioning units. Both of them are working normally they’re cooling for providing 21° split between supply and return air check refrigerant levels and pressures. OK both filters ok. Check a static pressure on both units. Both amount are running at 1.5 static pressure. I can only locate one return per unit. I also noticed thermostat was set to 75 and when people adjust temp it would hold for two hours then go back to 75. I talked to Sam and Brian and they decided to enable home assist and set 72 set point for home mode. Would recommend getting an estimate to add more return and possibly supply.

Perform precision AC tuneup on Amana inverter heat pump system. Checked over all electrical connections and components. 20 x 22 x 1“ air filter is clean. Brushed out easy trap. Tested condensate pump. Inspected evaporator and condenser coils. Check temperature split. Do not check refrigerant pressures due to a critically charged system. heat pump is working fine at time of service.

Performed 6 month inspection on climate master geothermal system. Checked air filter ok. Cleaned out ez trap. Checked over wiring. Checked refrigerant pressures and temperatures, checked water loop pressures and temperatures. Added dye to the system for in the future to know where geothermal is leaking refrigerant. Geothermal is working at 6 month inspection.

Luis 8-8-25 performed ac tune up on geothermal unit. Check electrical low and high voltage connections and components. Replacement of filter, flush drain test pump ok. Check supply and return air temps 17 degree. Indoor coil is condensation at good rate. Static issues affecting supply and return air temps. Check water pressure and temps ok. Check back pressure on refrigerant side ok 123 psi. Add tabs to drain cycle ac unit ok. Provided estimate to add bacteria protection.

Luis 8-8-25 return visit to install new control board for boiler. Test operation ok used smoke pen to check for may gas leaks could not find any gas leaks, I also used electronic gas leak detector no issues found. Test operation ok I did adjust warm weather shutdown to 68 degrees. Customer stated boiler would run in summer time while thermostat in the off position. I checked operation and found no issues with boiler. (Potentially old board was doing that).

Checked the AC side of the system . Checked the air filter and replaced. Checked the wiring connections and the voltages on high volt and low volt. Inspected the indoor coil and flushed and tested the drain line. Checked the blower motor condition and inspected the blower amps . Went to the outdoor unit and inspected the wiring connections and the components . Checked and tested the pressures by using superheat and sub cooling methods. Checked the amps for the compressor and the fan motor and checked the indoor cooling temps at the supply and return. The AC system is working fine at this time of service.

Installed new Goodman indoor coil and heat pump outdoor. Placed indoor coil on top of existing oil furnace building 6” transition. Adapted high volt and installed new outlet and switch. Installed new 30amp double pole breaker and ran new power wire for outdoor unit. Ran new condensate line and installed new ez trap and condensate pump. Ran new vinyl tubing from condensate pump to outside. Ran new thermostat wired for existing thermostat and wired in low volt with safeties. Installed new dragonfly board for A2L function on existing furnace. Ran new line set and connected to new equipment. Installed new Goodman heat pump on leveled pad and snow legs. Installed new disconnect with surge protector and wired into outdoor unit. Cleaned up work area and tested out equipment. Wired outdoor unit for A/C only. Did not collect payment no one was here.

Estimate for adding a new system

Fully assessed no cooling situation. Found (2) 16x25x1 air filters completed caked with dirt. Showed pastor how to change these filters. Also found no high returns in the sanctuary only low supply’s and returns, the system will only cool so well without high returns. Checked refrigerant pressures after removing dirty air filters, they were good. He is interested in possibly installing a/c in other room in the church, need someone to come out to give an estimate.
