Fully assessed oil boiler. Started up boiler and it had a little smell but not to bad. Performed combustion test it was good. Boiler is a little dirty and should be cleaned but not terrible. Opened up boiler and checked chimney base everything was open. Recommend for us to come back and complete a tune up on oil boiler. Boiler is working properly at time of service. Installed co detector. Install co defender

I arrived to the customers home to perform a Q.A. Inspection on there new hybrid system. I started with checking the air filter and found good. the filter size is 213 AA. I checked the overall neatness and performance of the newly installed system. I checked over all system accessories. I checked all my electrical connections and voltages. I inspected and tested the burners , flame sensor and the igniter. I water tested all tubing and hoses. I inspected the exhaust and fresh air pipe for restrictions and bellies. I inspected the inducer and the blower motor operation. I checked and tested for combustion and took temp rise splits at the return and the supply. I checked the outdoor unit level and disconnect level. Made sure the overall visual inspection was good for the outdoor heat pump . Everything is running fine at this time of service for both sides of the equipment. I did have to caulk the inside of the line set in the basement and also the packing nut on the old humidifier t

Performed quality assurance on recently installed unit. Unit is wiring as cool only thermostat only has heat and cool option. Maybe for future use. Cycle heat pump ok check air supply and return air temps ok. All wiring and connections ok. Quality assurance passed.

Installed new trane gas furnace and heat pump outdoor. Placed furnace in 30x60 drain pan with new wet switch. Built new return and supply. Tapped/ caulked return and supply. Adapted high volt and installed new outlet and switch. Ran new condensate line and installed new ez trap and condensate pump. Ran new vinyl tubing from pump to sewer drain located in basement. Installed new thermostat and wired in low volt with safeties. Adapted gas line and exhaust vent pipe. Installed new low pressure cut off switch on propane line. Flsushed existing line set and connected to new equipment. Installed new heat pump outdoor on leveled pad and snow legs. Installed new rector seal disconnect and wired it into outdoor unit. Cleaned up

9/11/25 Barry: Installed (4) new stainless steel burners to replace aluminized steel burners. Installed AG300 surge protector on 120V indoor equipment circuit (@ 2x2 junction box) Completed heat tune up for propane furnace: 16x25x1 filter ok Inspected heat exchanger, burners, flue pipe, inducer assembly and hoses Inspected hot surface ignitor and verified resistance with meter Cleaned flame sensor and verified flame rectification circuit Measured temperature rise and static pressure Checked wiring, controls, electric motors and components; Checked mainofold gas pressure Inspected drain and pump. Combustion, draft and smoke tests: Pass Gas furnace is operating well at this time. Homeowner paid for balance today.
Performed precision gas furnace tune up on 2002 trane propane furnace and 2022 Payne heat pump system. Replaced aprilaire 213 air filter and installed 16x20x1 air filter in heat pump air handler. Checked all electrical connections and components. Checked temp rise. Check gas pressure. Found 3 cracks in propane furnace heat exchanger. Showed homeowner this. Also found burns falling apart. Locked out and tagged out gas furnace. Would recommend replacing gas furnace a/c for main house. Set up appointment with our office to give a replacement estimate. Also found no return duct on apartment air handler. Need to also price this out with installation of main house new system annd anlso re sealing supply plenum . Also provided estimate to install wet switch on apartment air handler.
Performed a QA on a heat pump system. Took photos of the equipment and looked at the overall install of the indoor unit and the outdoor heat pump. Looked at the wiring connections and the voltages. Inspected the drain lines and tested the condensation pump. Inspected the air filter. Looked at temp splits for the system . Outside unit checked the disconnect and the outdoor unit level and made sure all connections are sealed and wiring was completed in a neatly fashion. Refrigerant Charge was adjusted added 10 oz of R454B to manufacture specs. New equipment is working fine at this time of service .
Ther are two units in the club house. They said that units were not keeping up with temperature the other day check operation of both air-conditioning units. Both of them are working normally they’re cooling for providing 21° split between supply and return air check refrigerant levels and pressures. OK both filters ok. Check a static pressure on both units. Both amount are running at 1.5 static pressure. I can only locate one return per unit. I also noticed thermostat was set to 75 and when people adjust temp it would hold for two hours then go back to 75. I talked to Sam and Brian and they decided to enable home assist and set 72 set point for home mode. Would recommend getting an estimate to add more return and possibly supply.
