Luis 12-14-25 customer called in for no heat, found gas boiler cycling on and off no error showing, I perform troubleshooting at troubleshooting procedures, found out that the boiler has an issue electronically with the ignition/suction vacuum. I was able to get boiler running. I did test other components, cycle boiler couple times. I provided estimate for repairs. Due to high cost of repairs. Would recommend getting and estimate to replace boiler. (Based on history the block was leaking at some point) customer will decide by tomorrow. Office to follow with customer.
11-12-25 Luis; customer called in for mini split not working (last two years) unit was installed back in 2019. No manufacturer information on unit. It looks to be carrier product. Found unit off upon arrival test operation set controller to heat 86 degree. Found system to be very low on refrigerant, at this time customer needs to pressure test find leaks and repairs we don’t know what’s leaking. Provided estimate for recommendations. Customer Will call office if she wants any repairs.
I cannot recommend DiBiase enough! They show up when they say they will, communication is great and Kurt the technician and his coworker were great representatives of the company! Kurt explained what happened and did a thorough job. Oh and they came out the same day I called. DiBiase will be my go to company from here on out!
Fully assessed no heating situation. Found thermostat off when we arrived. Gave system a call for heat , everything came on. Checked temperature rise with dirty air filter in place it was 60. Checked circuit board for any codes, ( this board does not recall history). Replaced 16x25x1 air filter with one homeowner provided. Gave homeowner information about Maintenance plan. Performed combustion test. Co alarm was not going off from gas furnace several times, just a low battery. Provided estimate to install new low level co detector.

The issue is with the fact that in these weeks where there is no demand for cooling from the first floor thermostat the AC does not run and therefore no cooling is running at all. I showed her where a the (2) supplies are in the basement and where the dampers are. They are currently closed. There is a plug in dehumidifier which IS running the discharge air of which is 92°F which will cause the basement to warm slightly. There is no equipment malfunctioning whether it be new system or others system in the dwelling. 75 Gallon propane atmospheric water heater dates to 1996. Some soot and corrosion near flue piping. Recommend replacing water heater provided email estimate for Bradford white 75 gallon water heater (6 year tank warranty) and an estimate for Rheem Ikonic tankless water heater. We will email Rheem (8 year tank warranty) 75 gallon atmospheric propane water heater quote as soon as we can get pricing. They also are interested in solving the issue of the master bathroom t
Arrived for no cooling. No issues from previous coil install. I had a failed hard start. I quoted the customer for a labor warranty and diagnostic. Unit is back up and running and pressures look good. Paid by cc
Checked the AC side of the systems. All near 11 yrs old . Checked all the air filters and replaced and checked all electrical wiring and voltages. Checked the indoor coils and inspected the drain pans . The condensate drains on all units were water tested and cleared. Checked all the blower operations and amps. Inspected the outdoor unit coils and inspected the wiring connections and voltages for all units . Tested the pressures by using superheat and subcool methods and checked the amps for the compressor in the fan motors on all units . Checked the indoor cooling temps at the supplies and returns for both systems . All AC units are working fine at this time of service . I Did have to replace a section of low volt wiring for the outdoor condenser B unit. Quoted 245.86. Customer approved the work. I sent a payment link for payment
07/17/25 I arrived to the customers home house wasn’t getting below 73. We were there today to replace his indoor coil when I got there. I put my gauges on the outdoor unit. Check my pressures. Check my superheat sub cool found my superheat was low made some adjustments on my adjustable TXV. I got it up to 9.3 superheat and the unit now has 10° sub cold. The system is running and fishing pressures no charge warranty.
*Pump down refrigerant to outdoor unit and isolate *Remove paneling and pvc drain from indoor air handler to access coil *Cut lineset and remove old coil from air handler *Install new coil to air handler and braze lineset with new drier filter with nitrogen purge *Pressurize and check for leaks *Pull vacuum down to 500 microns to remove moisture *Install new pvc drain piping and paneling *Release charge back into system *Test operations Coil and pan are covered under manufacturer warranty This repair is just for labor. 7/17/25. Pulled refrigerant charge back into outdoor unit. Removed existing evaporator coil and installed new coil and re used existing txv valve. Brazed in and leak tested with bubbles, no leak found. Pumped down system to 300 microns. Let charge back into system and tested operation. Added 1 lb of 410a to adjust charge. A/c is working properly at time of service. Refrigerant pressures were 304/142. Temperature split was 28 degrees. A/c is working properly at time of
Upon arrival I found breaker tripped for package unit. Performed diagnostic and found grounded compressor. Unplugged compressor and tested operation of condenser fan motor and blower motor. I also found 70+7.5 capacitor was also blown. Gave estimate to repair system. Owner would like to see if he can get it sooner.
I arrived to the customers home for a brand new first floor unit not working. I went to the basement unit checked the controls found the unit was getting a call from the thermostat for cooling . I checked the air filter and found good. I went to the outdoor unit nothing was running. I opened up the cabinet and Found two broken leads on the contactor and some corrosion. I replaced the part on the warranty and repaired the wires. Turned the system back on tested pressures in system operation. Everything is back up and running at this time. No charge. This is from a new install.

Dan was on time and efficient. He was very informative every step of the way making sure we knew what he was doing g what he found and answering any questions. I highly recommend DiBiase. Barry was prompt, professional and courteous. He brought his tool bag along and it felt like he was serious about getting the problem solved and not like let me look and decide. He did a through check on the HVAC and also did some preventative maintenance. Also suggested options on what can help in the long run. I Will definitely suggest DiBiase H&C to family and friends based on the positive experience
Very thorough and thoughtful. Explained everything so we could understand the problem. Spent a great deal of time to make sure everything was right before he left, even though it was just 2 days before Xmas.
