Found seized inducer motor preventing furnace from operating. There were bands of silicone on back side of inducer around rotor.. I was able to pull these thin bands of silicone away from inducer which freed the rotor. Reinstalled and tested. Inducer now working but noisy. Induce needs to be replaced. Provided email estimate to replace inducer under parts warranty. While here: 1.Replaced 20x25x4 filter provided by homeowner. It is 8 months old. 2. set the water flow to the humidifier back a little using the feed valve. It was too strong when arrived. 3. Cleaned flame sensor and verified flame rectification circuit. 4. Combustion analysis/test: Pass System operating well at this time but the inducer motor has a high likelihood of failing altogether needs to be replaced. He agreed to repair. I collected diagnostic fee plus half of cost of repair today. We will collect balance for repair once work is completed. He is scheduled for tune up this coming Tuesday. Would like to do repair

Luis 12-22-25 customer called in for no heat, Amana natural gas heater 96% two stage. Found heater on error code ignition issue. Reset unit and found gas valve getting 24 volts but won’t open. I move harness and I was able to get heater to come on. I performed combustion test ok. I would recommend getting gas valve replace. I also noticed other items that will need attention, counter strike gas goes into heater cabinet. I also see heater drain is in series with ac drain, this restricts heaters drain. I provided estimate for repairs and recommendations.

Replaced heat exchanger, igniter, and flame sensor. Performed combustion test and tested operation of gas furnace. Gas furnace is working properly at time of service.

Luis 11-24-25 return visit to replace humidifier 3/4 shark bite tee to feed water to humidifier, I also replace all maintenance parts for humidifier, feed tube, tray me scale control new spud. Test system operation after repairs ok no leaks.

Performed precision heat tune up on Laars propane boiler and amana heat pump system from 2022, replaced 16x25x1 air filter. Checked all electrical connections and components. Checked temperature rise. Found no surge protection on blower motor, provided estimate. Tested both zones on gas boiler. Performed combustion test. Checked refrigerant pressures and temperatures, tested outdoor capacitor. Both systems are working properly at time of service.

Fully assessed no heating situation. Found compressor hot to the touch on split system geo but not running. Tested 40 mfd capacitor, found that it tested at 41 mfd. found 243 v going thru contacter but compressor was not running. System is from 2022. Suggested to homeowner that we add an ssp6 hard start to see if it gets compressor running. Installed and compressor started right up. William may add hard starts to all systems after doing research. Checked loop temperatures took photos. Checked air temperature rise it was 21 degrees and back up hydronic coil was working correctly. Geothermal heat pump is working properly at time of service. Add hard start capacitor.

Luis 11-7-25 performed gas heat tune on 80% Amana gas furnace check all electrical connections and components ok. Replace air filter. Test humidifier operation and service, replace humidifier pad test pump ok. Set humidity to winter 35%. Check all ignition components ok clean sensor and inspect burners check low and high stage ok performed combustion test and check temperature rise across heat exchanger ok, cycle heater ok. I did mention to customer about water connections on humidifier feed tube and saddle valve. I provided estimate to get those replace. Replacement of water feed tube system for humidifier and replacement of 3/4 valve that feed to humidifier. Office to follow up with customer to schedule return visit to do repairs on humidifier.

Luis 10-6-25 performed maintenance on gas furnace trane heater 80% from 2012. I checked the filter. Cleaned flame sensor. Inspected burners and heat exchanger. Inspected blower motor and assembly. Checked igniter. Turned on unit and checked operation of zone panel and dampers. Checked inducer operation. Checked gas pressures. Checked air temperatures ok combustion test ok. During inspection small to medium crack was found on heat exchanger. During combustion testing I did see good carbon monoxide levels and zero parts per million inside ductwork, these condition can change anytime specially since we are getting close to heat season. Where heat exchanger will be expanding and contracting. I provided estimate for repairs. And recommendations heater is from 2012 I provided couple options as solutions. Minis, repairs to heater rebuild. I would recommend getting an estimate to upgrade system. Home comfort consultant to come on Wednesday the 8 between 9 and 10

Luis 9-2-25 performed gas heat tune up on three Amana gas heaters. All three 95%. Check all electrical low and high voltage connections. Replacement of all filters. Check airflow inspect burners and igniters. Clean sensor performed combustion test on all three heaters ok. Test condensation pumps ok. Went over report with customer and provided estimate to add surge protection on indoor heaters. I also provided information on whole house air purification system.
