6/12/26 Dan I arrived to the customers home to service their 13 yr old trane a/c system. I checked the wiring connections and the voltages . I checked and replaced the indoor air filter , filter size is a 16x25x1. I Inspected the indoor coil and tested the primary drain pan with water and flushed the drain line and cleared. I Took indoor temp splits at the return and the supply and checked the blower motor condition and operation. I looked at the outdoor unit wiring connections and voltages . I inspected the outdoor components and checked my unit pressures by using super heat sub cool method. The system is currently operational but past normal life expectancy. Replacement of system is recommended in the near future. I did leave an estimate review also collected for new customer contract for $189.00 paid by cc.

Luis 6-11-26 Customer called in for no cooling 3 ton luxaire unit from 2016. Found system running upon arrival customer stated fan motor would not run this morning. Current motor is Ecm with module. I tested operation I found motor stopping at times, I check refrigerant levels and compare with manufacturer specifications. System is low on refrigerant. I provided estimate for repairs and recommendations. System currently not operational; requires recommended repairs. May be other issues! Would recommend getting an estimate to replace system. Customer would like to get an estimate to replace system. Came out to the customers home to look at their AC. Customer had said it was short cycling. I checked out the indoor unit first coil looks ok filter was dirty, I replaced it, and the blower runs fine. Got to the outdoor unit found pressures were very low, but my compressor was very high like it almost wasn’t pumping right possibly could’ve been indoor but I could smell acids into my refrigerant lines. Outdoor unit is contaminated it is 8 years old. I did sit down with customer and we agreed to have an estimate scheduled for a new system. It’s not worth fixing the system , will still have multiple issues . I collected for my diagnostic. The customer is scheduled tomorrow at 9:00 am for an estimate on the a/c .

Luis 5-19-26 Customer called in for water leaking from pump. Found vinyl tubing on floor. We originally run new vinyl from pump to sink, it looks like we only used one zip tie.p and vinyl tuning came loose and came out of the sink base. I corrected issue by adding couple more zip ties and I also fasten it to washer machine hoses for more sturdy connection. Test pump operation ok. No charge recall from installation.
Luis 5-4-26 performed ac tune up on carrier 3 ton ac unit from 2016. Check all electrical inside and outside units. Replace air filter, flush drain test pump ok. No water protection on system. Provided estimate to add water sensor, drain goes to outside 3/8 vinyl tubing. Craw space and out with line set. Check air supply and return ok. Check outdoor unit refrigerant levels ok capacitor and contactor ok. Cycle ac unit ok. System currently operational but nearing end of normal life expectancy. Due to age, replacement of system should be considered in near future. I emailed estimate for indoor air quality and water protection.
Luis 5-4-26 Checked the AC side of the system Goodman 13 seer from 2021. Checked the air filter and replaced. Checked the wiring connections and the voltages on high volt and low volt. Inspected the indoor coil and flushed and tested the drain line. Checked the blower condition and inspected the blower amps and tested for static pressure. Went to the outdoor unit and inspected the wiring connections and the components . Checked pressures superheat and sub cooling. Voltage and amps for the compressor and the fan motor ok indoor cooling temps at the supply and return ok The AC system is working fine at this time of service. Provided estimate to install air cleaner
Completed AC tune up for 3.5 Ton Amana AC system installed by Dibiase 12/1/20 5 years old Replaced Aprilaire 413 filter provided by homeowner Indoor and outdoor coils in good condition Inspected wiring, controls, electric motors and components; left estimates for surge protectors. 1 for indoor blower motor and 1 for outdoor equipment circuit. Measured temperature split and static pressure Inspected drains; cleared EZ trap, tested pump; added treatment tabs to drain pan. System does not have wet switch; device that will shut equipment down if water is detected on floors near equipment. Provided email estimate to install wet switch, Checked integrity of compressor motor (mega ohm test) Assessed refrigerant charge checked pressures. AC system operating well at this time. Homeowners paid and renewed plan today.

I Inspected the indoor coil and tested the primary drain pan and cleared and tested the water drains and traps if applicable. I Took indoor temp splits at the return and the supply and checked the blower motor condition and operation. I looked at the outdoor unit wiring connections and voltages . I inspected the outdoor components and checked my unit pressures by using super heat sub cool method. System in good operating condition at this time. I did leave her preventive estimates on her outdoor components. Her contactor is showing signs of pitting but not failing just yet. Her capacitor is good, still within tolerance. She will review the estimates.
Arrived a little early (totally fine, especially as he texted) and got the job done in a few hours. Didn't disrupt the household at all (I work from home). Entry and pathways were left cleaner than they were when the arrived. I;m very happy with today's service replacing a busted water heater.
Dillon was very professional and respectful while in our home quoting us a price for a new HVAC system. He didn’t try to hard sell us on anything we didn’t need and answered any questions we had.
