Luis 7-10-26 Performed QA 3 ton Goodman outdoor and indoor coil Adjust txv to get better sub cooling and super heat
7/6/26. Found unit that was worked on today was set on 70 degrees and it was 74 degrees in the restaurant. Checked r-22 pressures they were 239/68 very good. Other York system was satisfied. Recommend to Stan to turn down both systems to assist each other but ultimately they need replacement estimates. Our office to follow up with quotes.
7/6/26 Dan I arrived for a water leak in the basement. Pound PVC that goes into the floor. The floor drain was starting to back up does not go to sump pump, just drilled through the concrete. I recommended to the customer and adding a condensate pump and running vinyl tubing to her main drain . I gave her a few options. She went with the economy option which includes a contract the Condensate pump and 3/8 tubing. I set the new pump, and did some modifications to the 3/4 PVC and then ran the 3/8 tubing to the main drain and used clamps for the 3/8 tubing. I wired in the safety for the pump and then tested the condensate pump operation. Everything is back up and running at this time I collected for new contract, condensate pump, 3/8 tubing repair and diagnostic. Total collected for today’s service is $851.58 paid by cc. Luis 7-6-26 Customer called in for no cooling carrier rooftop unit found system running but thermostat set to cool. There are total of 3 units that cool and heat the dining area. Right side but units are working, Left side side of restaurant has trane (currently not working) and carrier unit that is also not Collings at this time. Test system operation and found dirty filters. Customer approved replacement of filters. Test system operation check refrigerant levels. System is cooling at maximum point. I noticed big holes on front of the heat exchanger. I turned off gas to carrier unit. I would recommend system replacement for carrier and trane unit. I talked to Joe while on site he will provide estimate for replacement. Replacement of filters
Luis 6-21-26 customer called in for no cooling recently installed system ac and coil. Found no power to unit blown fuse. I check all wiring and load components, no issues found installed new fuse and test system operation, system came on tests system operation, found stripped low voltage wire on outside unit, cut wire and add connections, I also test condensation pump ok. System is working properly at the time of service no charge warranty.
6/12/26 Dan I arrived to the customers home to service their 13 yr old trane a/c system. I checked the wiring connections and the voltages . I checked and replaced the indoor air filter , filter size is a 16x25x1. I Inspected the indoor coil and tested the primary drain pan with water and flushed the drain line and cleared. I Took indoor temp splits at the return and the supply and checked the blower motor condition and operation. I looked at the outdoor unit wiring connections and voltages . I inspected the outdoor components and checked my unit pressures by using super heat sub cool method. The system is currently operational but past normal life expectancy. Replacement of system is recommended in the near future. I did leave an estimate review also collected for new customer contract for $189.00 paid by cc.

Luis 6-11-26 Customer called in for no cooling 3 ton luxaire unit from 2016. Found system running upon arrival customer stated fan motor would not run this morning. Current motor is Ecm with module. I tested operation I found motor stopping at times, I check refrigerant levels and compare with manufacturer specifications. System is low on refrigerant. I provided estimate for repairs and recommendations. System currently not operational; requires recommended repairs. May be other issues! Would recommend getting an estimate to replace system. Customer would like to get an estimate to replace system. Came out to the customers home to look at their AC. Customer had said it was short cycling. I checked out the indoor unit first coil looks ok filter was dirty, I replaced it, and the blower runs fine. Got to the outdoor unit found pressures were very low, but my compressor was very high like it almost wasn’t pumping right possibly could’ve been indoor but I could smell acids into my refrigerant lines. Outdoor unit is contaminated it is 8 years old. I did sit down with customer and we agreed to have an estimate scheduled for a new system. It’s not worth fixing the system , will still have multiple issues . I collected for my diagnostic. The customer is scheduled tomorrow at 9:00 am for an estimate on the a/c .

Arrived a little early (totally fine, especially as he texted) and got the job done in a few hours. Didn't disrupt the household at all (I work from home). Entry and pathways were left cleaner than they were when the arrived. I;m very happy with today's service replacing a busted water heater.
