Job Locations and Reviews

Disconnect, remove, and properly dispose of existing package rooftop unit. Installed new package rooftop unit and new curb adapter. Completed all mechanical and electrical connections to the unit and seal curb and adapter. Tested out new roof top, working at time of completion.

Upon arrival found thermostat was blank in Kelly’s. Proceeded to rooftop and found package unit was condemned in 2023. Cycled other two package units to ensure proper operation. Other package units are operating appropriately at this time. Owner will still need to replace rooftop package unit.

Checked the AC side of the system . Checked the air filter and replaced. Checked the wiring connections and the voltages on high volt and low volt. Inspected the indoor coil and flushed and tested the drain line. Checked the blower condition and inspected the blower amps and tested for static pressure. Went to the outdoor unit and inspected the wiring connections and the components . Checked and tested the pressures by using superheat and sub cooling methods. Checked the amps for the compressor and the fan motor and checked the indoor cooling temps at the supply and return. The AC system is working fine at this time of service. Found his reme halo needed a new cell . Customer approved the work and i went out and got a new replacement bulb and replaced and tested .

Performed precision a/c tune up on 2016 Lennox a/c system. 16x25x1 air filter is clean. Checked all electrical connections and components. Checked temperature split cleaned out ez trap. Found no surge protection on indoor beam blower motor and control board, provided estimate. Tested condensation pump. Tested outdoor capacitor. Checked refrigerant pressures and temperatures at indoor and outdoor units. A/c is working at time of service.

Completed AC tune up for 3 Ton Trane AC system Replaced 16x25x1 filter Indoor and outdoor coils in good condition Inspected wiring, controls, electric motors and components both HVAC equipment circuits have surge protection. Measured temperature split and static pressure Inspected drains; clears EZ trap, tested pump; added treatment tabs to drain pan. Checked integrity of compressor motor (mega ohm test) Assessed refrigerant charge checked pressures. Operating subcooling matches manufacturer target subcooling 8° AC system operating well at this time. Left estimate for humidifier service for following tune up. Aprilaire 45 water panel needed. Homeowner paid and renewed plan membership today.

Installed new 50 gallon water heater. Adapted to cold and hot water lines. Installed new expansion tank. Reinstalled smoke pipe. Checked house pressure.

Upon arrival, I performed maintenance on AC system. Inspected but did not change air filter since it was relatively new. Inspected evaporator coil and drain pan. Inspected blower assembly and electrical connections. Cleared and tested drain line and condensate pump. Cycled system in cooling. Checked static pressure and temperature differentials. Proceeded to outdoor unit. Inspected outdoor coil and condenser fan. Checked refrigerant pressures and temperatures. Inspected electrical connections and components on outdoor unit. System is getting up in age, but is operating appropriately at this time.

Completed heat tune up for 80,000 BTU natural gas furnace: Replaced 20x25x1 filter Inspected burners, heat exchanger, inducer assembly and components Cleaned flame sensor, verified flame rectification circuit. Inspected ignitor, reading correct ohm value, Checked wiring and controls including fan sped settings, left estimate for surge protector Confirmed proper manifold gas pressure. Inspected drain and pump. Added treatment tabs to pump. There is no water safety left estimate for wet switch Combustion, draft and smoke tests: Pass Furnace operating well at this time. *Also left estimate for stand alone dehumidifier 90 pint per day capacity as to control humidity in unfinished basement. Humidifier drain can be piped to sump. Will require receptacle, wire and new breaker. Called Chris and processed payment. Discussed estimates I left
